    @TalkTalk #talktalk ordered fibre as a new customer a month ago. Scheduled engineer coming today? No. Equipment sent. No. They changed the date to mid April wi telling me. So no internet for 2 weeks. Zero communication from @talktalk

    @TalkTalk really not happy with you at the moment. I've had no internet for over 3 weeks, and was expecting an engineer today between 1pm - 6 pm. My wife turned down a shift at work to wait for them, and they didn't show up.

    Somebody from @TalkTalk called my mum this morning, as we are trying to sort out their account. The idiot mistakenly gave a BT number for us to call back. IDIOTS. All we want to do is change account name (with a PoA in place) and payment details.
