    @Emzzoxox @TalkTalk No dispatch note at all . No one is answering the phone. The chat now saying all agents busy. The service today is truly dreadful.

    @TalkTalk I am so very tired of explaining over and over and over again. There is zero point in doing it again. Hours of life gone trying to solve a problem that is your doing TalkTalk. Customer service is abysmal. So stressful too. TalkTalk should be ashamed! I’ve gone to another provider
