Rang them 7 times and counting promised me it’s cancelled yet it’s still live! 2months! I will have to dig the line out myself might have more success!!

Craig Spencer (@craigspencerUTT) reported@imogenmed @TalkTalk Good luck with that one - had the same problem they sent 3 engineers out who all said that it was talktalk who needed to speak to BT - That was June - July - August - September - sorted now but complaint ongoing - they say they will ring but never do
