  Well after 10 years as a loyal customer of @TalkTalk my mum has left. The worst customer service ever!! No Internet for a week. Been overcharged for years apparently. Today they disconnected her TV! A totally shambolic company. #talk talk

  @TalkTalk left my 80 year old parents with no internet again for a week. Router had been verified independently and you "fixed" two issues on the line but still no service. What is the notice period to move to a decent provider? Your line checker page doesn't even work!!

  @TalkTalk hello, we’ve been having issues with our wifi for over 2 weeks now - spoke to live chat for help who said there was nothing wrong and wanted to charge for replacement box. Pls help as I need wifi for uni and this is v disappointing. Thx
