    so my 90 year old dad called and went through their utterly dreadful call handling process and explained the issue and was told the £91 fee would not be levied - the customer service lied @Ofcom @TalkTalk...

    then today he looks at his account and sees he has been charged. Calls you lousy overseas customer service who gives hive him lip and then hangs up on him @Ofcom @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk more lies from ye. Ye have charged us for 2 engineer appts for you not being able to provide us with Internet for 5 weeks, & the Eng not showing up. Said we'd be compensated, we haven't. Lie after lie. Ye are the worst CS I have ever seen by a mile. Ridiculous

    We need a replacement box and if that isn't forthcoming, I believe you will be in breech of our contract and I'll have to take our business elsewhere - not something I want to do because we're generally happy with @TalkTalk but at the moment I'm paying for an inferior service
