One of the reasons for The Nowhere Office is that life admin has become so "extra". 44 minutes on the phone to @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup to cancel a service and have been assailed with gobbledegook about "default product" and basically told no. Really who devised customer service?

@TalkTalk The fact that you can't see my DM history and the reason why isn't of a private or personal. It's a talktalk incompetence issue and would surely be of public interest. So please. I insist. Share on here...

@TalkTalk If you look at my DM history you will see that your department has looked into this before and all they have been able to do is escalate the issue. I continue to receive texts and no calls. All want an email response.

@TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach Isn’t it amazing that my mobile signal (£12 per month) is ELEVEN times faster than the unreliable and intermittent broadband that you provide for more than twice the price?
