@TalkTalk I have repeated asked you to come to my house and removed dangerous cables. I phone and you repeatedly fob me off. I am being threatened by Openreach and you refuse to help me. TalkTalk are ******* hopeless. Avoid.

@TalkTalk Actually the worst customer service they've repeated same conversation for 3 days with 4 different advisors sending the same automated response about doing tests asking me to confirm what colour the light is about 20 times!!you know its orange coz its not working!🙄😒
