@GiggleJPiggle @TalkTalk Cancel you near the end of your deal and the force you on to a new 24 month deal. When I said no I have to pay £90 early release! When I say no to that they transfer me to the people that can't access my account. The ones I've spoken to for three days. @TalkTalk 😡

Switched internet providers to @TalkTalk because sky was crap and of course we still haven't got it working. Should have gone live yesterday. Ring the helpline and they say to talk call back in 3 hours...

@GiggleJPiggle @TalkTalk The lovely people from @TalkTalk just get better. Just had to pretend to be a new customer to get to speak to someone. My account was closed wrongly but the are delighted to sign me up on a new 24 month deal. So thats how they get you on contract. 1/2

@NathanBLawrence I had a concurrency bug in a Windows app I wrote for AOL/TalkTalk about 10 years ago that turned the Systray icon green instead of blue and I never got to the bottom of it and I still think about it a couple of times a month.

@TalkTalk Getting help off talktalk is like talking to the wind....still waiting on the 30 day promise to compensate for the 2 weeks without phone or broadband only to say it's with their 'back office' for another 30 days .... and charged for a router I supposedly needed but didn't.

@TalkTalk sent me texts & mail asking me to call up for a deal, as I am leaving for @virginmedia . I have called 3 days in a row to be told their ‘systems are down call back tomorrow’ after 6+ yrs as a customer why should I stay with them?
