@TalkTalk my 86 year old father has spent 9 hours on the phone to you over the last 3 weeks as his “upgrade to fibre” has meant that he’s had no landline. To an older person this is vital and unacceptable. 23rd March this started and still not sorted. Just very poor!

@TalkTalk lady in retention department was so lovely today and transferred me to the full fibre team. Really wanted to help me out so thanks to her. Unfortunately the woman in the full fibre team heard my problems with talktalk and never once apologised, terrible customer service

Hi @TalkTalk, was supposed to have an engineer round to set up new broadband yesterday so took time off work, no one showed and now can't get someone out for almost another three weeks! Please can you help, need connected sooner than that!

Openreach phoned up and said it's a quick fix, change ports this made no difference. He said nothing more they can do its down to Talktalk. Rang them another 1hr 20mins they have said Openreach need to come out , didn't turn up , another call, 1hr 40 Openreach booked again.
