@TalkTalk no broadband on Christmas day. You said yesterday open reach were solving the issue "with the utmost priority" yet I have recieved no updates without chasing since it went down about midday yesterday.Having no Internet on Christmas,ESPECIALLY this Xmas is unacceptable

@TalkTalk Your Internet service is becoming a real disaster to us we have had an attempted burglary and because of Internet service it was not recorded I want to cancel my service and all costs waived

@TalkTalk I have communicated with 6 different Talktalk customer services representatives, inc. 1 earlier today. All have been polite & professional, but unable to help. I don't see what you will be able to do that they couldn't, especially as Open Reach have stopped for Christmas.

@TalkTalk Haven’t had internet for 6 hours here near Durham. Last update on here says an outage in Scarborough but nothing else since. Is there an Issue local to me? If so, why hasn’t there been a notification on here?!

@Luke_Drage @TalkTalk Type 192.168.1.1 on an internet browser, login to the router using the admin password that's on router and look for DNS, change from automatic to Google, but there are others like cloudflare and opendns that are decent
