@TalkTalk Well that proves the point I was saying I wish I had chosen you and not @bt_uk as my provider. Ironic you replied to a complaint about @bt_uk and they haven’t bothered. Not that I’m the least surprised they couldn’t careless. I will use you next time for sure.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup you are full off it. You promise phone calls back from your managers, and when I do call you just pass me around the office. I have called you everyday for the last week and I have not had a reply or my issue dealt with #worstcustomservice
