@jasonkneen @virginmedia Or at least reimburse customers for the shambles of a service they provide! Only been with them for about a year and it's the worst choice I've made leaving talktalk never had these issues being with them 😡

I wonder how many customers @virginmedia are going to lose after today. I have a letter about the price hike saying I can cancel without penalty. The website and phones lines also down. O2 also seems to be affected. Service appalling once again. Off to @TalkTalk I go #VirginMedia

How does putting up the @bankofengland base rate help bring down inflation when it's mostly being caused by business with inflation busting increases? @RoyalMail with a shocking 13% increase, @TalkTalk with CPI+3%!!?? We need laws to stop this abuse.

@TalkTalk why dose no one listen or help they still have not sent out the router they promised stating there’s a delay I don’t trust this company now they are renewing my account which I NEVER ASKED FOR !!! What are they up to still waiting for complaints department to call 😠
