Two @TalkTalk online chat agents told me an openreach engineer was coming today. But clearly not telling the truth. Just on the phone to their equally useless call centre. Terrible customer service. Useless company.

@TalkTalk There is a network issue in Milton Keynes as well. Speeds have absolutely plummeted over the past two days. It's not my router setup as I haven't had problems with it prior to the drop in service recently.

@TalkTalk Hi Julian, no need, I think we actually spoke on Messenger. It is more of a complaint in the sense that you should not be offering Fibre65 to customers when the speed is not achievable, in fact identical to the Fibre35 that I had with Talk Talk. It is misleading to say the least.
