    @TalkTalk It's fine. I finally got everything sorted. It was more the numerous times your staff either cut me off or said they would call back and didn't which was the issue

    @TalkTalk very disappointed in your bereavement team. So far: 1) very poorly written letter sent to my elderly mother 2) she phoned you this morning after spending 10 minutes spelling her name to your non native advisor she was advised systems down and get a call back

    Jesus dealing with @TalkTalk customer service phone lines is painful. The ammount of times I've waited on hold for an age and then been cut-off by their customer service person is ridiculous

    @1977_terri Oooft, that's a stinging endorsement. My worst, back in the day, was TalkTalk Business, but I have to admit that they have improved dramatically in the last few years.

    @TalkTalk Having an elderly relative currently struggling, and failing, to get a resolution to a problem caused by another of your systems failures about which you tweeted "there's no need to contact us about this delay", your customer service is simply not fit for purpose

    @TalkTalk Thanks, I have already tried using your online chat support 2 or 3 times and I get told the issue is resolved, but it's still running at 29mbps d/l speed (using your own website's speed test) I'll send a DM.

    @TalkTalk My Dad's been trying to move to NOW Entertainment as he's had messages that his TV package won't continue past 01 Aug. there were problems with the email link sent and now he is caught in having to have the request cancelled and then reinstated. He is worried his TV won't work.

    @TalkTalk Been told on the phone to set up a mobile password as account holder is not at home but the wifi is down and we need an engineer. Can’t speak to us as we’re not the account holder. How do we set up a password??

    @TalkTalk was considering changing broadband once my BT contract ends. Mate has had no broadband service from TalkTalk for almost a week and hasn’t been able to get it sorted. Still a crap service i see from the worlds worst internet provider.
