@luke100watt @olde_seadog @TalkTalk They are telling me today that they are going to increase my fixed price place by £2 per month next month....half way into the contract. What is the definition of fixed price plan? This is why companies fail, they don’t look after reasonable customers.

@TalkTalk Happy St Patrick’s day to you too @talktalk. Thanks for the £2 increase half way into an 18th month fixed price contract. I have it in writing that you won’t increase my price for 18 months. Companies that survive look after their customer, it’s not always about the bottom line

@TalkTalk worst customer service ever experienced. Moved house, notified prior, no UFO broadband at new house. Website clearly states no early termination for this. Still trying to charge me weeks after moving! No compensation offered for hours and hours on the phone

@TalkTalk I was in a meeting, and my internet was slow. I called up to report the fault, and as a result I got disconnected entirely without any warning. I struggled to get through to a Customer Service agent as I had to navigate a series of voice prompts, which was stressful.

@luke100watt @TalkTalk @Ofcom Yes, I have, thanks. It’s just a toothless tiger.... I agree with you that it is wilfully misleading to call the package fixed-price (small print or not). Best thing to do was cancel my service and warn others away from TalkTalk.
