  @TalkTalk elderly parents service cut off on 29/4. They did not request this. You admitted fault. signed up again. Phoned today and was told order did not go through? New connection date 18/5. This is absolutely shocking. Please help.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   @TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
