@JeanSmith551952 @TalkTalk Real issue here is one of competition. There isn't any. We have 3 players at present delivering broadband by landline Sky, BT(Plusnet) and TalkTalk. All are awful and we have a regulator that has not ensured that entry into this market is possible for smaller players.

@TalkTalk I have been trying to get a hold of your company now for over a week and I’m now going to cancel my direct debit and get a new provider as your services are absolutely shocking. I advise everyone to stay clear of Talk talk.

@JeanSmith551952 @TalkTalk There's two issues there: download speed (34 to 54 Mbps) and buffering. If the stream is buffering and assuming the stream is a modest 5 Mbps HD video stream then the congestion is not on your local broadband connection but the TalkTalk network.

@TalkTalk no talktalk is just ****, like your ping isn't bad but your internet is so unstable, i always have drops in download speed/increases ping and i just lag a lot

I almost forgot & get on this??? The issue regarding my Daniel son & the internet late payment charges??? Yesterday TalkTalk cut the internet off. So I got my Daniel son to phone - don't forget the massive argument, accusations, distrust & family tensions this had all brought in
