    @TalkTalk I have not had Internet now for 5 days, I spoke to you regarding this on the first day of no service, you said you was sending an engineer and then a home visit which I took time off work nobody came, you then just closed my complaint with no consultation this is poor

    Absolute nightmare trying to cancel a contract with @TalkTalk . Was told on the phone my contract had been transferred to 02 and to ring them . Couldn’t tell me exactly when. Eventually through ‘ chat’ managed to cancel. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @Roberto_Gadgio I had trouble with Talktalk yesterday. An Openreach problem now fixed

    FN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.
