@TalkTalk Nobody is able to arrange call backs in TalkTalk it seems. I spent 45 mins on the call and was promised one and didnt get it. The next day 45 mins on the online chat, another promise, another failed promise. Your post says you are 'here to help' what help are you actually giving?

@TalkTalk What should have been a straight forward service to leave Virgin & move to TalkTalk has took 5 weeks?! Hence paying another month now on a package we'd plan to cancel. Even that or no TV at all. Phone to ask for help only to be consistently put on hold.

Terrible levels of customer service from @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup on broadband. Have called 3 times and each time get cut off for no reason
