@TalkTalk automated help line a complete waste of time. Spend 10 minutes telling it you have a router problem and it checks your landline and says all is OK

@TalkTalk 6pm Friday internet goes off. Practice is offline whole of Saturday. You say due to planned maintenance on local exchange but not on status page. No update so call back and find it isn't local exchange, it's "site". We install LTE 8am this AM and cancel customer contract with you

@TalkTalk Been with you 6 months and never had a solid week of full WiFi. Have to ring or direct message you every week for you to fix our WiFi! It’s now been down for 5 hours today! And you tell me I have to pay exit fees? JOKE
