@TalkTalk get a grip of yourselves and stop giving my 75 year old mother the run around. It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.

Anyone had any issues with @TalkTalk WIFI where your new hub simply never connects to the internet? It’s been 1 week since my live date and 2 days since confirmation that I have access to the internet (lie). No agents have solved the issue, just told me to be patient...
