    For anyone considering switching internet provider to @TalkTalk my advice is - don't. Their customer service is as bad as everyone says it is. 😡

    Why @TalkTalk For you to have me crawling on the floor checking wires etc when the problem is yours not here in my house. I’m 77 getting back up off the floor ain’t easy nowadays

    @TalkTalk please explain to me why we can’t get through an episode of Pepper Pig without our internet cutting out at least 4 times! No engineer turned up to the initial set up and now you want us to pay for you to come out and see why our connection is so crap 🤬

    Yorkies: Is anyone else's @TalkTalk UFO connection down? Unhelpfully, they don't have any customer service channels open on a Sunday, so unsure if it's just me.
