@TalkTalk Thank you Ian, I would just like an update on my faulty line, I’ve had no internet when I have needed it most, I sometimes work from home. Plus I have just paid my full bill for a service I have not had provided to me for a week, so I am unhappy to have had to pay this

@OpenreachHelp can you give @TalkTalk a number to call you so they can update me on the Basingstoke issue? They can't call you, all they could do was book an engineer for you to then review the request and hopefully you'll realise the issues linked and call me with an update.

Hi @TalkTalk - I'm getting a slow amber light on my router. I've tried restarting a few times, but still can't get internet access. Is there any fault in the PO7 area?
