Went to cancel the order with Virgin Media and they've offered to push back my installation date and give me £50 credit towards the termination fee with TalkTalk. Hopefully their service continues to be as good.

Once again @TalkTalk internet is not working, my children can't access their online lessons, and my wife is having to teach using her mobile phone data, this is not acceptable.
