  @TalkTalk I have moved into a new apartment with an all inclusive utility bundle containing internet - the connection is very very slow (5mbs) and an old router - I see from an ISP lookup that it is a TalkTalk line - is there anything I can do given I am not the account holder?

  So sorry about the connection issues with today's stream luckily my contract with @TalkTalk is over soon so I can switch to @BTReport , yeah it may cost a bit more but I bet my internet won't die 3 times in one day with them! 🤬
