    @TalkTalk why is it that I've had nothing but trouble with your broadband for months. I was told a new router would sort it! Still is 💩. Try to log on to my account and even that's having technical difficulties. should have swapped supplier!!!!

    @TalkTalk You offer me fibre 65 for £29.95/m with free gifts, then not only do you not send me the means to claim the free gift, you put the price down to £23/m. As a long standing customer I'm not impressed.

    @TalkTalk your apparent amazing super fast fibre broadband is tosh, can’t handle 2 game consoles and a mobile phone on what should be 45dl speed and handle multiple devices. Beyond fed up of your awful services now.

    @TalkTalk this company is a joke, cancelled my contract on 3 separate dates and there still taking money out of my account for a contract I never had with them #badcustomerservice I’ve asked to speak to a manager and they say within 48 hours but 3 days later no call.

    So after 5 days, @TalkTalk have said they had followed process in cutting of my dad’s line after my Mum’s death, though I had written to instruct them to transfer account to him, and to contact me if any problems, given he’s 87 and vulnerable. They did not make any attempt to do.

    @SarahHemm @TalkTalk @virginmedia That's awful. Young people on the end of the lines who don't care for whatever reason and no managers to help. I did like the old days of people who actually helped you. I don't know why telecoms service is so awful in particular.
