    @TalkTalk still messing me around with "we don't do calls". Instead let's faff around in Twitter or FB while you're simultaneously trying to work via mobile tether/hotspot. Worst provider I've had the misfortune to sign up with

    @TalkTalk an hour on hold trying to cancel our broadband. Then despite insisting we want to leave, your rep puts us though to tech support without even asking us. Shocking. What do we need to do to cancel?

    Half an hour into a phone conversation with @TalkTalk and I'm getting really frustrated. My connection is terrible and has always been unreliable and now customer services are being rude.

    @talktalk still no router! Unbelievable! The last person I spoke to (I’ve spoken to a different one daily) was supposed to be sorting my no internet issue and call me back surprise surprise hasn’t bothered! Over 3 weeks with no internet! You are the most disgusting company!

    @TalkTalk All I've had is issues since being with you your customer service is absolutely trash my internet keeps going off you've had 2 people out to my house to tell me it's fine should be no issues it's constant issues had no WiFi since 1am! Utter joke

    @talktalk you are actually useless first U never come to help/set up the wifi. nor do we receive the cable U allegedly send. I was told i could move & change over WITHOUT paying a thing. Sid, the customer service assistant told me. now i have a bill for over £100 & still not help

    @TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk
