@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Cancel D/D and tell them to shove it

  • MyFaveFilm My Favourite Film Podcast (@MyFaveFilm) reported

Anyone use TalkTalk and having issues with their new 4k tv box, it's a bit rubbish would love to talk to someone from @TalkTalk about it.

  • cbosoft CBO (@cbosoft) reported

@TalkTalk Why am I being charged for an engineer visit? He came, did NOTHING and left with our problem unsolved. This problem has been ongoing and is on YOUR END not ours. Worst customer service I have ever received.

  • markandersonrun Dr Mark Anderson (@markandersonrun) reported

@TalkTalk its customers. It is day 22 of me being without internet access and I am shocked by your lack of understanding that effective communication with customers is a basic part of providing a service (a service which, as I say, I've not had for 22 days, though you still take payment).

  • SmallColin Small Colin (@SmallColin) reported

Absolutely raging with @TalkTalk and their lack of customer service. Since the 24th September my dad’s broadband connection has been terrible at best. He has tried speaking to their “support” many, many times via phone/chat but nothing ever gets done.

  • YardleyShooting Mike Yardley (@YardleyShooting) reported

Do they do it on purpose? @TalkTalk is a useless company to deal with. My internet has gone down again. Can't contact them by phone. You go through their awful numeric options & dysfunctional voice recognition to be told, eventually, when you get past this hurdle: "we're closed".

  • f_andre_brown Fynn (@f_andre_brown) reported

Never use @TalkTalk. They have the worst customer service and make it almost impossible to cancel when you need to (for me I moved flat). Because of their incompetence and miscommunication I'm being charged for an additional 2 months I haven't used...

  • f_andre_brown Fynn (@f_andre_brown) reported

@TalkTalk and being charged £50 because I can't replace the router. Even though a customer service rep told me on the 2nd October that I need not return the router because I'm out of my fixed contract period.

  • markandersonrun Dr Mark Anderson (@markandersonrun) reported

Anyone had a long term issue with internet provision & received any support beyond platitudes, poor communication & - hopefully at some point - what seems the standard £8.40 per day from 48hrs after you reported the problem? 22 days here, & @talktalk are not talktalking...

  • BeesterGee GeeBeester 🇬🇧 (@BeesterGee) reported

@TalkTalk I wouldn't use #TalkTalk again if you were the last provider of internet & it was free. Some time ago we struggled with your intermittent level of service for months. You never fixed the issue & things only finally & mysteriously resolved when we went to another provider.
