    @TalkTalk I’m not dm’ing you. All you do is tell me it’s my fault. Follow up with some bullshit that I should buy a booster from you (that doesn’t work) and then if you do send an engineer out, which you won’t, lie about the speed. So no. So you can **** off cheers

    @TalkTalk Today got another message that engineer did some job ….🙈🙈🙈 still no resolution- no internet Went to app again , found internet fault 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 asked to contact customer service (( again ..))) to book another “ ghost “ engineer Runout of ideas how to make them hear me

    @TalkTalk router failure two hours of checks and the support chat says I need to wait three working days for a response. Very unhappy no internet line checks good the router has failed but no action can be taken. Very unhappy with this service. I would welcome some help here
