Over 24h without internet now, while paying for unlimited fibre broadband. Unable to work and no sign of any engineer so far 👍 @talktalk You should really sort yourself out, terrible service. Very disappointing.

@TalkTalk what a disgrace. I have never experienced such atrocious customer service in my life. I encourage all customers to leave TalkTalk as it has been a horrific experience for me.

@TalkTalk for the last couple of days, my internet keeps dropping out. It’s happened four times already this morning yet the fault finder says the problem’s been fixed. I can’t access the online chat for some reason - how do I get this resolved?

PSA never ever, ever use @Talktalk. Been trying to cancel my broadband since 20th November and each the service representative fill out forms and each time I call back aft 10 days to confirm its been processed to be told no nothing has been cancelled. @Ofcom what will you do?

@TalkTalk It has been over a week since my internet connection was stopped and there was no attempt the resolve my problem. With studies, work and other aspects of my life being severely impacted, I expected an apology at the very least but instead I got nothing.

@TalkTalk I haven’t had internet since 5pm. Woke up this morning and it’s still off. I have had an incident report open since the 15/01/2023 as the internet keeps dropping yet nothing has been fixed. I work from home so need it sorting asap

@TalkTalk Internet off around 10.30am. Passed on the issue to Openreach as high priority because they can’t help. Great support 👎 Unable to work from home all day. Now 6pm and no sign of having it sorted anytime soon. Paying for something we don’t get is frustrating
