  @TalkTalk I know there is an issue as I’ve been advised that some planned work is being carried out without notification to any customers. Somebody in the area has been advised 2-3 days for a return of service although I was told an engineer was working on it as we spoke. Someone is lying

  @TalkTalk on the 30th November you told me you would be in touch to get a BT engineer out to me to fix the fault with my internet. I still haven’t heard anything and my internet is still just as dire. Not happy at all

  @TalkTalk Shame on you. Contacted you to report a fault on my elderly Mother's phone. You identified the fault, but won't fix it until you speak to elderly Mother on phone. Just repeat that round in your head until it makes sense.. Just.... can someone.... please.... go fix it.
