    @TalkTalk why don’t you publish a clear concise dashboard of problem areas & a month ahead activities which impact clients? Or simply email your clients before you drop them off the network? I see no mention of my post code TN4 0PX even after speaking to someone at 9am.

    @TalkTalk I am absolutely sick to death of constant CONSTANT Internet drops. How many times do I need to phone, text, chat with you before you actually take this serious and fix this issue!!!!

    @TalkTalk I’ve already attempted to discuss them and been hung up on twice. Seems a common theme of poor service on all methods of communication with you guys. Think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

    @TalkTalk I am so infuriated and disappointed by the customer service i have received today I have had to endure a DM interaction on twitter since half 8 this morning. The interaction stopped with one operative only to be picked up by another but I had to start from the beginning

    @TalkTalk Hey, I missed a call from a member of your future fibre team earlier. On the voicemail they said they'd send me a text with a number to call back on but I haven't received it. Can you help? Really don't want to spend another hour on hold.

    @TalkTalk Seriously !!!! I was on phone with talk talk since 11 am this morning for charging me on my old finished and new upgraded contract. Rather than sending me through various departments no one is helping . What sort of service is this. 3 hours on phone and talk talk can't solve
