    @TalkTalk your broadband is bad for one whole year i have been complaining to no use. For last 3 days no broadband. Contact centre is even more useless. I am sick of this. I am using my phone bb for working, why am i paying you? Useless service.

    @TalkTalk Reply to my earlier tweet then please. Our TalkTalk box will not power up (yes, we checked everything - cables, sockets, switches). We can’t use the tv service we’re paying for because the box won’t work. Why can’t I get through to anyone to report it?
