@TalkTalk 3rd time in a month for OX3. Your test said it was a problem with my home set-up but I've gone through all the troubleshooting (plus it was fine all morning then randomly went down). Now I find there is indeed a problem in the area.

@TalkTalk Thank you Rose. After an eternity being frustrated by the chat-bot I finally managed to speak to a pleasant human - who seems to have sorted it out. But why subject customers to the aggravation of bad automation when real people do the job better?

@TalkTalk I had a short service outage in Warwickshire County, I live in Kenilworth. Unplugging and plugging back in the Openreach Modem got me running again but latency has increased by about 5-10ms. Issue happened at 12:04, had no outages since.

when talktalk doesn't even notify you on your bills being changed, and they should notify you. I'm paying almost 30 a month, which was supposed to be fast internet. Its now slow. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk @ShellEnergyHome is this the same for your customers as we are experiencing a similar issue and we are in Gloucestershire and use She Energy, we have called your operators who have heard of an outage but haven't had any guidance??
