I'm sorry to say @TalkTalk has the worst customer service i have EVER experienced. 6 phone calls, over 5 hours on hold, a 70min text chat conversation and they still can't process a cancellation i logged over a month ago, and are now trying to charge me more! Avoid avoid avoid

@TalkTalk Hi, no one can help. I spoke to someone in the technical department who said it wasn’t possible for me to have a voip service. I don’t understand why this is so and most of the talktalk staff don’t know either.

@TalkTalk I have now called 6 times to talktalk raised 1 complaint and my account has not been cancelled and been told I would be contacted within 5 working days! This was 8 days ago! The customer service is **** and I have cancelled my direct debit! Contact me urgently

@bt_uk @Scarlett_hump Virgin runs off of different network so not relevant. But bt, sky and talktalk all seem to have issues.
