.@TalkTalk I have wasted hours and hours of my time on the phone and chat over many weeks trying to get issues resolved. Am promised callbacks that never happen. Promised compensation never appears. Today 48 minutes on the phone, passed to wrong person, line went dead.

@Tessadunlop @TalkTalk I sympathise I wasted hours on the phone with them, truly awful! I also suggest either threatening to or actually getting in touch with the Communications Ombudsman - businesses tend to have to pay the cost of referrals to Ombudsmen so they're not keen to let things go that far!

A lady (an Indian scammer) called and said "Hello, this is technical support from @TalkTalk about your internet cONeCTion." and I was like "we don't have @TalkTalk" then she hung up. I wanna play a game so badly now. LOL. Call her up and say I'm @SkyUK. LMFAO
