    @TalkTalk Ive had no internet for the last 24 hours,checked lines and connections all fine,nothing on Talk Talk website,went on independent sites for internet issues and multiple Talk Talk customers reporting issues! What is going on?

    @TalkTalk since two days internet was very slow , and today it’s completely broken , and says issue with open reach and we arranged engineer to look into issue in another 2 -3 working days , meaning I need to stay with out wife until end of this week

    @skippy_c @virginmedia I don't think there's one single, genuinely good internet service in in the UK. I'm with TalkTalk and they're ok, and way cheaper, but not amazing. However their latest package gives you something like 300mbps.

    4 hours of online chat with TalkTalk and still no resolution! Please can I speak to a manager? It’s so exhausting just trying to get this simple problem solved.

    @TalkTalk No **** off. I’ve tried for over a month with both companies. Either you work out my number and call or I will be ruining you both in court. You bully boys and **** customer service don’t scare me at all YOU ARE BOTH IN WRONG I HAVE EVIDENCE 😡

    @petebeddard Yeah. You would need the line active for the new provider to take it over. Should have just contacted the new provider, wasnt any need to contact TalkTalk to cancel. #RookieMistake
