I can't believe how bad @TalkTalk are, their service is atrocious. 75 mins and SIX different people on their online chat, 80 minutes on the phone and THREE different people and still sat here unsure what's going on. Staggeringly bad.

@virginmedia is a ******* farce and a con! I just found out that I get charged per call divert and charged for the length of the call! This adds approximately £40 per month to the bill. This **** didn’t happen with @skytv or @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk you are an absolute joke, your customer service is appauling. Its taken 2 weeks to solve a simple issue on our broadband and when you finally fix the issue you charge us £65 for the privilage of an engineer you sent who wasn't even skilled in broadband faults.
