Dear @TalkTalk yet again your support has my 90 year father on the cusp of a heart attack. 2 days without access, new router sent and set u, still no access to his service. Problem is with the external service not the router but your lot still have him plugging and unplugging...

@MartinSLewis I've been trying toget a landline. Its been 3 weeks since my broadband and landline installation but @VodafoneUK simply cant get their act together and sort the landline part of it. Countless wasted hpurs with thech support. Big mistake moving over to them from talktalk.

@TalkTalk I am happy to message here so others can see your reply. My internet was off from 15:00 yesterday. When I woke up it was on. I am assuming I will not be expected to pay for the time you failed to provide the service I am paying you for.

@TalkTalk I haven’t received an activation code for Now tv( due25th) and your customer service team in call centre in South Africa seem incapable of helping me. One told me the contract I was given was a mistake.
