    @TalkTalk I upgraded to fibre today but TalkTalk forgot to send new router. Was told old one would work until new arrives but it's been deactivated. Could you reactivate pls? We need it for work tomorrow and support keep ending our live chats.

    @TalkTalk hi, my TalkTalk box froze about 20 mins ago. I rebooted completely but now all HD channels seem to have disappeared. Is this an issue with my box or something to do with your planned upgrade tomorrow?

    @TalkTalk I'm stuck on the phone now. It's not acceptable! Months and months of TERRIBLE broadband. This is unacceptable! I've complained to your complaints team many times and yet a £10 reduction on my last bill..really!

    @TalkTalk WiFi just keeps cutting off throughout the day which is affecting my work. Then starting again with each cut lasting 10-15 minutes. Then I get through to staff who say there are no issues

    @TalkTalk 2 hours w/ online support agent trying to report a crossed line on my phone. Apparently they had to do tests that could only be carried out if I could transfer to 3G which I don't have. I borrowed a phone, the link sent asked me to login - I HAVE NO LOGIN for the support site!
