@TalkTalk This is shocking!! Customer service is terrible! I work from home and am reliant on the WIFI however anyone I get in touch with repeatedly mentions it being the back of the router yet several people in the area are reporting the same thing. Can you please send someone out?

the fact that @TalkTalk are going to charge me £60 for a service I've had like two minutes because i plan on moving is ridiculous
