    When talktalk say they can't help you because you have an open complaint but their telephone people say they can't put you through to complaints because they are not allowed. Is that even legal?

    @TalkTalk what an absolute joke, issue with my bill, paid 21 hours later still not reconnected to be told it could be 24 hours, or 48 hour or 14 days. Can you make a decision it’s a matter of clicking a button not fitting a new line!!

    .@talktalk Currently on day four of waiting for someone to contact me to fix my internet access, is there a reason why it takes this long to sort anything out?

    @TalkTalk @AnnColley3 Same here. Caller display not working on landline. Spent 2.5 hours on the online chat - nightmare! Service Management people much better but problem still unable to be fixed.

    So I’m writhing up my complaint with @TalkTalk in full. The complaint I logged on 26/08/22, which I still haven’t had a resolution to and it turns out I’m writing a novel! With 20 complaint points, I can literally write a book on how bad Talk Talk are as a company.

    I want to point out the 2 @talktalk employees who had me followed in and out of work (weirdos) were the least threatening. (Redacted) were the most threatening. They are not a bear normal people ever come across never mind poke.

    @CarlLids @TalkTalk Your not kidding! My contract ran out & they've been charging me £59 for fibre, a tv box I've told them doesnt work for over a year, free anytime calls to landlines that they still charge me £8 to call my mums house for 30 min! & a fiber boost when I'm meant to be on the fastest
