    I'm now on my 4th engineer on TalkTalk twitter DM's. They've just asked if the problem is with my wireless or wired connection. Not only are they not listening to me, they're not listening to each other.

    Entering my second month of no landline service from @TalkTalk and imminently expecting a fifth promise of when it will be fixed. Impossible for me to know if it is @TalkTalk or @OpenreachHelp at fault, but this system is seriously broken.

    @geraintthomas @TalkTalk How far are you from the cabinet? We had exact same problem & eventually BT engineer told us we should never have been sold superfast as we are on the threshold distance for it, & that is why it keeps dropping. He said slower speed doesn't drop as often

    @daveleask @TalkTalk Just to let you know it's not just you, problems in SK9 too. Service Centre checks don't show any problems but in practice there is no or very little internet connectivity.

    @TalkTalk we are experiencing problems with accessing websites, and streaming services like Netflix. In Wilmslow Cheshire, do you have an issue. I have reset router but still a problem.

    @TalkTalk hi, we are having some continous problems in s35 over the last month after very good supply since the pandemic started. Any clues?? Asked other local TT customers and they have the same issue so presume its at the exchange?
