Angus (@Angus_02) reported@TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏

💜lilac💜 (@lilacbeagle) reported@TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach Tomorrow, Friday, will be our 5th day without an internet connection/broadband. It says on your website there is a problem but in the meantime we are without broadband and apps and having to use mobile data. Can you help? Elizabeth

Not Telling You (@NotTell24055912) reported@currys you are currently giving the 100% worst customer service i've experienced since leaving TalkTalk 10 years ago. You should be ashamed. My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.
-
Paul Ivory (@paulivory1963) reportedWhat an absolute shower of sh1t your company is. After over an hour of trying to talk with someone who actually wants to care and deal with an issue, I've got nowhere excepy angry and stressed. You are an absolute indescribable, shoddy outfir @TalkTalk #talktalk
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reportedFor the second month running, @Talktalk have tried closing a complaint ticket by pretending not to have received a reply. The quality of @TalkTalkGroup's (presumably outsourced) African support centre is appalling. #TalkTalk should be avoided.

Luciano Di'Napoli (@LucianoDiNapol5) reported@Lesleyae51 Really? Ive just left Talktalk and moved to Virgin, hope I dont have the same problems....

stephen griggs (@stephengriggs92) reported@TalkTalk Hi I've been a talktalk broadband customer for many years. Have now had an email saying, as I am not a broadband customer, my email will cease working. How can I fix this?
-
G (@gilbertsanchz) reportedReal world weight, then the fix. SQL injection has powered some of the largest breaches in history. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.

John Peeling 🇺🇦 (@Tambourineman88) reported@TalkTalk how do I log in, getting "We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked." message
-
angela pring (@homegoal) reported@TalkTalk I would recommend to anyone not to bother going with Talktalk for their broadband as the customer service is shocking. You can only talk to someone online not a physical person and you just get fobbed off and mislead and your issue don’t get fixed
