    @TalkTalk we are still suffering from toxic combo of rubbish broadband and rubbish customer service. Well over a month unresolved technical issue yet cannot leave without penalty despite terms saying there is a month limit on enduring such ineptitude. #talktalkarerubbisrubbish

    @TalkTalk We're having internet issues and the Service Status page says it needs my mobile number while the line test is run, but it won't let me give it, or progress past this so we can't report the fault officially. It's been dropping off for days now.

    @TalkTalk I can't get a tv signal this afternoon - no channels at all. I still have broadband. Could you check if your signals are working please. I have checked that everything is plugged in - in all the correct places.

    @TalkTalk I have DM’d. But why has it taken 40 minutes and still I cannot@get your staff to cancel my contract with you. This is unacceptable. I want to leave. And why do you have two types of cancellation? Is leaving not leaving

    @TalkTalk are genuinely the worst company if you have a problem. Been trying to sort intermittent WiFi for weeks now and I’m now being ignored. @CISASUK can you advise please? I’d ideally like to leave this contract.
