@TalkTalk Hello, I have been having issues for years and I was advised by an open reach engineer while troubleshooting that I need to be connected to a different DP. Talk talk advised me the only way to do this is to cease the existing line and request a new one. I now have no broadband!

@TalkTalk Still no communication or update back from your UFO team , Still without internet after 2 weeks now as you are still unable to connect me as a new customer. And still you are non the wiser on an eta of the problem ! , Enough said really !.

@TalkTalk I have a business account and you have let me out of the contract early because the broadband speeds are so poor that they don’t even meet your minimum requirements let alone what was promised

@BBCHughPym So we won't use the NHS who has pretty much everyone's details. Instead we give it to a group of private firms who are usually in competition, with separate IT systems and head it up with someone who's only achievement was to fail at TalkTalk. What could possibly go wrong?

@TalkTalk no Internet for 24hrs, flashing red light on the router, switched on/off, hit reset, nothing. Your online help is terrible and directs me to contact your team but doesn't even put me in a queue & just says you're too busy & to try again later. What do I do now? Help!
