    @TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

    I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

    @Punkoala1 @bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam Poles, boxes and cables belong to BT Group, maintained by Openreach, not BT retail who you tagged, they sell a phone/BB service just like Sky/TalkTalk and over 600 other providers on this network.

    @TalkTalk After 48 hrs and more than 2 hours on chat, the issue cannot be resolved. For GBP 30 a month, I have other better options. if you can't fix this issue, then lets terminate the contract. This is getting ridiculous. Your Services are a JOKE

    @EmmaKEdDev @TalkTalk it's not just that tbh. They promised one thing, cancelled, said 'it's easy to install!!" ...not when you are 80 and can't bend down or walk without a frame it's not. I am fuming

    @TalkTalk If you are a Comms company surely it should be on your screens or is it like my service useless and not working I’ve had enough I’m emailing ombudsman I have screen shots of daily line faults yet when I first go on theirs no fault !unbelievable service

    @TalkTalk without internet for four days and no one’s willing to tell me when an engineer is coming out! Your agents can’t make a coherent sentence. Terrible edited saved responses and no reply to wanting to make a complaint!

    @stacemccann @meltedmatt1 @TalkTalk I had similar problems. All foreign call center don't have a clue. I am moving to another supplier. Frustration is the end result.
