    I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

    @TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

    @talktalk internet and landline not working since 23 August. Had to call out an ambulance for my husband on Sunday following a fall as couldn’t contact Community Alarm. Totally disgusted by lack of help or response to calls. @STVNews @BBCScotland

    @TalkTalk I have DM you multiple times and you do nothing. Check the history. Utterly appalling service. Promised new router from your service centre a week ago and when we called on Friday it hadn't been sent despite being promised. A toymtal disgrace. NO WiFi for 5 weeks since June.

    @stevecroft6 @TalkTalk Talk talk is garbage and its pissing me off. The amount of disconnection issues I get is unbelievable. I'm stuck without connection at the moment and it's ruined my night...

    @TalkTalk #badservice #terrible our WiFi broke a week past Sunday. They said they'd send a new router. Hadn't arrived by Friday when we phoned. They hadn't sent it. Promised next day delivery on Friday. Now Monday still not arrived. Staff just don't do their job.

    @TalkTalk think there’s a problem with my router, keeps dropping out and losing internet connection, have reset it and it works for a little while, then drops out again, have reset it six times so far today. Problem has been going on for about a week.

    @TalkTalk Day 6 of no internet after you disconnected our house. No idea when it will be restored, fed up with the ineptitude, broken promises, and complaints being closed down by you without any consultation at all. The promised 'Case Manager' contact is now 2 days late
