@TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

@TalkTalk @Google 10. I felt someone had taken over my connection, so TalkTalk sent me a black router, but it didn't solve the problems. Before xmas I had used the Samsung S7 phone without a sim to take pictures & I was shown how to forward them to my gmail address, over my TT home WiFi...

@TalkTalk @Google Over the Christmas period I had two blue screens on my PC, both caused by TT WiFi connection dropping (due to local network problems). Microsoft reinstall it the 1st time in a number of remote sessions, but the second time the PC wouldn't go online & all 4 dongles ceased to work.

@TalkTalk Thanks for replying. On Google it says "This device is not Mirocast enabled" displays when the ISP forces the connection to 5Ghz instead of 2.4Ghz over ethernet, which prevents older devices going online. My chromebook shows my connection as proxy WiFi direct when it is unstable.

@TalkTalk @Google 18. A Miracast Alliance document dated 2015 (which I told TT about) explains that manufacturers should ensure that, if a device is not Mirocast enabled (and therefore won't go online) it shoudn't indicate WiFi failure, security issues or give a blank screen (but my PC does).

Part2 @TalkTalk from that moment the Internet went down for my TalkTalk Wi-Fi and I’m also assuming the telephone signal has also gone down too. I contacted OpenReach to tell them about this issue and they wouldn’t listen and passed the book stating it is up to your provider….

@TalkTalk @Google 7. From when the name of the 1st TT Super Router started coming up twice, the sign in page for Google was completely different. It was plain white with black writing & included a blue link which said "sign in if you are a current user of this device".....

@TalkTalk 3. I lost my @Google Sheets App & when I tried to recover it, the app sheets page was green (it was previously blue). They also included some business accounts which were not mine. I have never had a business, but my brother-in-law who gave me the HP printer/fax machine did.

Part5 @TalkTalk long story short @WeAreOpenreach and it’s employees are incapable of doing a job correctly the 1st time round that they now want your company to fix it, the woman named ‘Suchetama’ I spoke to from Openreach (who was majorly rude and unhelpful) stated this.
