I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

@TalkTalk is there a problem with your online shop as just get a ring of dots rotating. Trying to upgrade to Fibre65 and prepayment.

@TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

@TalkTalk Recently upgraded to full fibre. Fibre 150 is my package, it’s supposed to have been active for a couple of months now. Will I actually get the package I’m paying for? I’ve tried to ring with no help. Currently getting 20mbps not the minimum 75-150 im paying for. Poor.

@TalkTalk I am stuck in an endless loop with you. I need our internet problem resolved. We are paying £45 per month for Fiber 65 with a guaranteed speed of 41mbs. We are getting about 15mbs and it's constantly dropping completely.

@TalkTalk So I called today and got told there is no email only offer. I got told I would have to cancel my change to Virgin and stay with yourselves to get email. Absolutely not happening and I'm not impressed about being given the run around. 😒

@TalkTalk had some truly awful, cocky 17 year olds trying to sell your Internet door to door today. Their first mistake was calling me “ love” I’m 30 years old. Think they will put the whole of my street off using your company
