@TalkTalk Appalling service. Handling a complaint yet twice call back after the window they offered. 2.25 hours of webchat being passed around to be told a load of rubbish about my service issues.

@TalkTalk Hiya my Internet is off no WiFi or RJ45 connections I have gone into the 192.186.1.1 menus and the router believes there's Internet connection checked wires and all fine but still no connection to devices for last 2 days please can you help me diagnosis the problem
