    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    Sitting here catching up on one of @timthetatman streams and my wifi cuts ******** out and doesn't work. So I have to turn it off and on again which slows it down even more @TalkTalk sort out ur **** this is happening way to often, where my wifi just shuts down on me.

    @TalkTalk I've just paid £50 for Mail Plus. I have TalkTalk email adresses but not broadband or phone so have to pay now to access emails on my laptop and phone now. But no emails are coming through. Just phoned talktalk to explain and was told I could not be helped as I'm not a customer.

    @TalkTalk.....What a crap customer service you offer. 2mbs instead of the guaranteed 65mbs and when you are contacted about it, my call goes through to India, where in passed from one dept to another for an hour, before the line goes dead! Come on @Ofcom, get a grip of them.

    Good afternoon. We were told one month ago by TalkTalk that because my Dad has been recieving approximately 2mbs instead of the 65mbs that he is guaranteed, you were giving him a month free and if you couldn't fix the problem within a month, he could walk away from the remaining
