@MartinDDean @PoliSciJack TalkTalk- customer service & speed All three- poor hardware and unreliable connection. I have my own router as a result, and whilst this is much better, the service being intermittent has played havoc with my work. I’m with virgin currently so this is most recent- WFH a problem

Really bad customer service from @talktalk after 3 weeks with no internet, hours of phone calls, numerous engineer visits and had the phone put down on me after being on hold for 20 mins, only to phone back and be told to call back tomorrow.

@TalkTalk I cancelled my contract with you on Saturday as you could not provide the service to my new flat. Why am I receiving emails saying my fibre65 is ready to go? I don't even have a line. Please can you confirm with me my contact has been cancelled?

@TalkTalk your customer services is appalling. 40 mins of the worst line ever, trying to have a conversation with someone sounding like they were battling through a snow storm, only to be given the wrong number for Openreach.

@Jo2901TF @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk Jo. Good for you, these utility firms seem very happy to take your money off you but don’t want to offer you any sort of customer service for it. We had a bit of a problem with Severn Trent water, but eventually it got sorted thanks to a nice and extremely helpful engineer.

@TalkTalk I recommend that you speak to whoever has this info from me. Or check dms against my Twitter name. Up to yourself, as long as I can show a 3rd party that I’ve taken “reasonable steps” to fix this, I’m good.
