@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

Appalling set up service from @TalkTalk who advised broadband would be set up by Midnight on the 8th October. Still no internet and claiming the line is working despite this. Unable to login to any account area to check the status due to further technical faults.

@iscozzese @TalkTalk I'm not surprised. I haven't heard from complaint manager since Monday morning when he promised he would call me back with an update by end of day. I called Help desk and they said he's working on it and will call asap. Well he hasn't. No care for customer at all.

Contacted customer service and had been told to restart the WIFI box etc but still does not work! We do have an engineer coming on Monday, however some family members work from home and we don’t have wifi? This is getting ridiculous. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk blocked my access to @Linktree_ and Flowpage. Called it site security issues. They used to work fine but I had to swap to Linktree when Flowpage stopped working. I can only access them on my phone data, I can't find a way to bypass TalkTalks security on this.

@TalkTalk Lots of interruptions and drop outs in the service, kids can not watch online movies or attend online tutoring. I can attend my online meetings or deliver online lectures. REALLY FRUSTRATING
