@TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel my account but on the line they keep saying to call back in 2-3 hours. I am concerned about a cancellation fee as it is beyond our control: 1) there is no aerial in our new flat, only Virgin. So no channels work on youview box 1/2

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk I have an engineer due to visit tomorrow morning between 7am-9am as my broadband was not working. The issue is now fixed so I need to cancel. I can't get through to anyone to cancel.

@TalkTalk Internets gone down out of nowhere when I need it most. Everytime this happens. Getting annoying now, things like social media work which is useless right now but nothing else works that's got to do with Internet.

@StuartGartland @TalkTalk This actually happened to me I tried contacting the customer service I didn't get help not quite long I was able to fix mine with the help@of yulizahack on ỊNSTAGRAM and ever since then I didn't have any problems with my account
