@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

@TalkTalk customer service really need to up their game. Been on phone 45 mins and passed from pillar to post. Only need to talk to installation team to let them know there is no box outside house before my installation. Then when someone could help gave me wrong number 🤯

@TalkTalk Still without fibre internet engineer is meant to be fixing the issue contacted you for 3 Hours over the weekend and fobbed off with a fibre filter in the post . No resolution complaint made . External issue and son who has gcse exams has been unable to submit work . Not happy

@TalkTalk when are you going to sort my connection?? I'm currently 1 (yes ONE) Mbps!!! What a joke. You keep sending me links that don't load because your service is so slow. Two weekends ruined by slow internet, I want this dealt with tonight, no excuses
