    Day 36 and the residents believe that @TalkTalk might be installing a router this morning but since @WeAreOpenreach have yet to give a date to connect the house to the network they will still be waiting for broadband for at least another 4 days #incompetence

    @SianRob47311238 @TalkTalk @SkyCustomerHelp Back on this morning. Just a pity there was a lack of information/timescale throughout. Guessing it was an Openreach issue but ppl will blame their own providers unless there's clear info out there.

    @TalkTalk You’re asking every single customer to drop a message in the DM… and you will look into it !!! The outage has been going on since 3rd November… nothing has been done. I regret taking up this service, it has been nothing but incompetence and poor customer service!

    @TalkTalk I’ve spoken to someone on the phone now. THREE working days to sort the issue out. Not really acceptable is it. I’m sick and tired of paying for a service that I am not receiving. I work from home some days. So for 3 days I can’t work. It’s not on.

    @DavidShepherdNW @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach Ahh, sub-contractor Britain, where it's never the fault of the entity you contracted with - it's always the fault of the other contractor. A great way to avoid responsibility, while skimming as much profit as possible for "managment" through out the whole process.
