@ThatRyanChap Same happened for me a couple of days ago. I’m with VM which isn’t talktalk but the problem was the child protection settings had been ramped up overnight. I logged onto my account today and switched them all off and problem solved. It’s probably the same with talk talk

@TalkTalk how come on your website it says you’re open until 6 but when I call it says you’re closed. 5th day without internet. Continued lie after lie about when it will be resolved. I want just want to know when you will fix it

@TalkTalk For anyone considering this company, don’t bother! Over a week of internet not working properly, hours on the phone and chat, and still not fixed! Customer service is also appalling. Advice to all - DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

Hi All, We started communicating at 13:01 and I have just come off from Talktalk at 17:08. They passed me through four agents, none of the agents would do as I asked, none of the agents knew how to help and it seems like a game to waste your time. Why treat customers this way?

@TalkTalk What’s the point ? All you do is send a link to click which I’ve done and gotten nowhere . You don’t actually provide any help via this platform other than fob me off . There’s zero clarity in any of this , so frustrating.
