    @TalkTalk My broadband connection has been very unstable this evening, disconnecting multiple times. When I ran a online test it simply said 'track fault' with no additional information, what does this mean?

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @virginmedia What do you think? I do it at least 10 times a day.. God knows why I bother. It's the most unstable broadband service I have ever used... and I have been with Tiscali and TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk hi, new customer here. WiFi router and TV box was meant to arrive today via @YodelOnline - it hasn’t. No way of contacting anyone at Yodel. I have a tracking number, and shows it been in the depot since last Wednesday

    @TalkTalk well their you go line speed 41 should be min 59. They have had this problem for weeks and all I get is a DM. Absolute rubbish service. Bet I get please DM, don't waste my time. Fix the fault
