    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    Well @TalkTalk are still providing exceptional service ~ they've not given me the discount promised as compensation for 18 months of excellent* service ~ service is working great* again ~ they've the nerve to add a £40 charge for them Not fixing the issues *crap AF

    2/2 @TalkTalk Living alone & working remotely I'm not viewed as a priority & have to wait until when? Right now a phone is a vital service we all need to be contactable. Pls let me know when u can fix it so that I can receive incoming calls-any compensation 4 lack of service-no?

    So @TalkTalk are so abysmal that my internet is now cutting out every 30 mins or so. No problems according to their website and no contact information to talk to anyone. Fortunately I can tether my phone signal to be able to work tomorrow. New connection can’t come fast enough.
