    @TalkTalk Your business broadband service is a joke so far. Engineer sent out and then told my switch on date has been changed to two weeks later than scheduled. No proper internet to run my business. Told I can only log a complaint when my connection is active. Here's one now.

    @TalkTalk , wish you would talk. Nearly an hour on a "help" chat with baby very simple enquiry. Still unresolved, still being asked the same question, still being told the same info. Absolutely not good enough.

    @TalkTalk Do you have any idea what customer service means? The service we have experienced today is nothing short of ineptitude! Passed from one team to another with each agent having to re-read the chat each time. The call we have been on has been almost 2 hrs!

    @TalkTalk I spoke to 3 different teams (going through security x3) and that was the response I got. Rang the number in the text you sent me, that was the sales team who couldn’t help, spoke to the fibre team who couldn’t help as it was the full fibre service, full fibre team said above.
