@TalkTalk Yes and I hjave done that, but I should not have had to complain or make multiple calls and chat sessions to close an account, its just disgusting service and possibly infringing Ofcom rules and guidelines.

@TalkTalk I signed up for your 'Fibre 40' on July 19th. Your team are still trying to install it months later after failing multiple times. I have asked for my account to be closed and to be refunded. I have MANY screenshots. You may have failed to provide the service, but not to bill me.

@TalkTalk What's the point of that? You only have to look at the many other tweets that are reporting the same problem to realise this is a wider issue. It's all become rather tedious when you rely on email for work
