@TalkTalk You also never informed us that there is a risk of the account being cancelled from your side once a change in ownership has been requested, this was confirmed by your team. There seems to be no consideration of postal delays contributing to you not having received the form 3/

@AlmasyKinneas @TalkTalk I had same issue and solved it myself. Click on "Another amount", enter the amount you want to pay and it should go to the payment screen

@TalkTalk Trying to cancel my contract ending 17/3/23, statutory 30 days notice, the retention team put me on hold and then ignored me. In total I made 3 calls, as I'm old, 79, I accused them of using #bullying tactics. I hope the final call was successful.

@TalkTalk I've been waiting since December to have the missed engineer message removed from the My Account. They said the issue has been sorted. Still on my account. Utter rubbish. How hard is it to remove a message.
