@TalkTalk I was informed by their Chester office that Keith Bradley removed documents from the complaint I made regarding poor social work practice. UNISON then went on to conspire with the Council to present false misleading information and falsify Court documents.

I've been waiting in for TalkTalk today for an internet upgrade. Between 8am-1pm they said... Still no one's here. Wife had the morning off work so I could work, she's now at a midwife appointment and I'm getting madder by the minute! It's a ******' joke. Super piss-poor.

@morris751 @TalkTalk Oh this has been ongoing since December 2021, my official complaint finally got logged on 4th Jan 2022 after having to resort to twitter. Its a shame really. Need to get out of this contract with talk talk since they clearly aren't sticking to their promises

@TalkTalk Wife has been on the phone to your lot. Some ******** cancelled the order, we didn't even know, so we've waited in all day for nothing! No one was even coming. She starts work from home next week leading up to maternity leave, this is very VERY poor service.
