@TalkTalk My sister is trying to get an internet connection in her new home. She ordered the service on 5 July. Told there is a connection issue. Tried multiple times to resolve. Different answer every time. She needs internet to be able to work. Nobody is helping her. What should she do?

@TalkTalk had a terrible experience with you as a new customer, booked to have broadband installed and never had the router sent out, router arrives after complaining 2 days after the openreach engineer installs, to find out my service was never activated (1/2)

Can't believe it took AN HOUR to move my @virginmedia business service and the only way to do it is to take out a new (more expensive) 24-month contract. Absolute scammers! The only reason I stay is because @nowtv and @TalkTalk are both horrendous services. UGH.
