@TalkTalk They have tried dealing with you for hours on the phone, and informed you they are not moving until October 1st, and you are not re-instating the line. They're now (unreasonably) passing it to me to deal with as my request has caused the issue in the first place.

@seeperry @joelycett @Ofcom Yep a totally closed network. If it’s not on OFNL then you can’t move. So I can’t move to VirginMedia , BT , TalkTalk etc. And OfCom are totally aware and do nothing about #OFNL

@TalkTalk Well I've done all I can. I've sent the owners a copy of this conversation so they can see themselves. But perhaps there's something lacking from the customer services side of things that should be addressed, and you could be the one to bring it up and get some brownie points.

@TalkTalk why exactly am I paying for wifi that doesn’t work? It’s been like this for almost 2 weeks. None of that “check your router” or “we’ll run some tests” acknowledge it is a fault on your end. Just looking at your page it’s not only me with the issue

@TalkTalk But you can get your Customer Services team to contact them though, right? I mean, you are part of the same team, aren't you?

@TalkTalk have no been without internet for nearly two weeks despite numerous assurances that the problem will/has been resolved; how much longer are we expected to wait?

@TalkTalk Why do the owners have Internet Services, and not Phone services then? A cancellation request should only be acted upon on the date it is requested for. You provide the services to them, BT do not, so you must be the one that cancelled the service.

@TalkTalk Unlike @bt_uk who were more than happy to call me and get to the bottom of things. Please don't take that as trolling, just pointing out a serious Customer Services flaw, which I appreciate is not your fault.
