    @TalkTalk I have had no service since Nov 19th I have had a new socket installed 4/12 and the main cable renewed 8/12 just need to know when the 2 will be connected frustrating

    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

    @TalkTalk My broadband connection has been very unstable this evening, disconnecting multiple times. When I ran a online test it simply said 'track fault' with no additional information, what does this mean?

    I'm in the process of 'trying' to leave TalkTalk for an alternate provider. You are being unprecedentedly obstructive and downright unhelpful. Quite frankly the worst customer service and experience of my entire life. The matter is being referred to OFCOM #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk Still waiting for an Amazon Eero Pro 6 WiFi Router to be delivered to me. That's a week since I flagged it Customer Service for the 2nd time and still no sign of it. My Full Fibre went live on Tuesday. I'm owed compensation for this, as I've checked the @ofcom website

    @TalkTalk This is the third time an engineer has not showed up. I had a (third) appointment booked, and you all now say there is nothing booked. I cannot get anybody to help and keep being taken in circles. Your agent just hung up on me. I need to schedule someone to come TODAY
