@TalkTalk anyone thinking of choosing Talk Talk think again their customer service is appalling. Sent a link to complain the agent took that long to reply i was timed out been on hold for the “technical team” for 30 mins then they end call. I want a refund and I want to leave!

@yourolly Openreach then leases these cables to other service providers like EE, PlusNet, Vodafone, TalkTalk, Sky etc, who can then also either pay to use OR’s kit in the exchange or rent space to house their own kit (LLU or Local Loop Unbundling)

@TalkTalk My service has been down since Saturday the 28th of February. You can’t get an engineer out to me until the 11th March! Utterly ridiculous, with a low priority for customer service.

@TalkTalk We are now down to 5mbps ffs, we are contacting sky because my wife works for NHS interviewing and can not go without internet the way we are, we are working off next doors sky and had no issues you hit 12 hours, you’ve had 48 months and still it’s rubbish!

@TalkTalk She had a visit today, he left within 5 mins w/out doing anything. She’s since spent almost 2 hrs on the phone with them to try and cancel. Threatened with not having a service for 2 wks she was bullied into staying. How can she cancel without being on phone for hours?
