@TalkTalk Hopefully it's finally getting after today's conversation with one of your managers. It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! 😡

@TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

@TalkTalk I am facing the worst service since the I have joined. Every night nearly around 10:00 PM my internet stop working. I called so many times to help and every time you say we will troubleshoot. I can’t watch @NetflixFilm in a single go. Worst experience of being #talktalk

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk I have had a live chat for 3.5 hours today telephone call for 1.5 hours and still no answer as to why you have cancelled my broadband even though I have a two year contract until 2024. Poor customer service today passed from pillar to post with no answers

Heard nothing further from @TalkTalk - such a bad experience, is anyone else struggling with their procedures and systems? CM-323319 I’ve been cut off twice today by your customer service and technical people. My issue is simple, I have not had any broadband service!
