@TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

@TalkTalk I am facing the worst service since the I have joined. Every night nearly around 10:00 PM my internet stop working. I called so many times to help and every time you say we will troubleshoot. I can’t watch @NetflixFilm in a single go. Worst experience of being #talktalk

So my WiFi has been down a couple days and I had to book an engineer but it’s miraculously working now so I no longer need the engineer but if I cancel it’s £75 but I can’t get through to anyone even though it says you open at 8 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 😒

@TalkTalk tried to get a problem resolved today with your online chat. I was transferred 8 times and was on the chat for over 2 hours! End result, no further forward. Extremely unhappy at the unacceptable level of service. No ownership taken for the issue raised. Please help

@TalkTalk What is going on with this, this has been going on for too long, my Grandmother has her medical alarm connected through her landline and now if anything happens to her she cant be contacted Your live chat and telephone service constantly disconnects. You are risking her health

@TalkTalk Any ETA to resolve this? I spent 3 hours on the phone with my mother in law getting her to reboot and rest the various routers as told by your support. At no point did they mention this general issue.

@TalkTalk Why has Talk Talk hiked up my 89 year old price up before his contract ended, which was yesterday. He has not received any notification of this rise which you are legally required to provide! He’s a vulnerable customer and you have caused him significant distress!
