@TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

@TalkTalk Hopefully it's finally getting sorted after today's conversation with one of your managers. It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! 😡

The fact you have a dedicated loyalty team at @TalkTalk is laughable. Despite you knowing I have had no tv services for nearly 18 months, you still keep charging me. And when I leave, now I can have a nice cheap deal? You would do well to treat existing customers a bit better.

10/10 for service. You can tell that they're actually run by nerds and not by call centre hacks *cough* TalkTalk
