@TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

@TalkTalk Hopefully it's finally getting after today's conversation with one of your managers. It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! 😡

@TalkTalk I’ve just been chatting with an agent as had slow connection. They told me to disconnect wifi - reset it and said to “wait” then they disconnected saying “we’re now closed”…. What do I do now?!

Wow @TalkTalk and their customer service is on point. Not. Speak to them on chat apparently they can’t do it told to ring the number closed he then tells me he’ll pass me on. No replies. Apparently chats now closed too. Maybe it’s not worth being a new customer after all 🤔

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service. In early December 2021 reported my sister’s death as she was a customer. I got stuck In a loop with live Chat and then when there was a point blank refusal to provide a callback eons waiting for a human being to answer the call I was being charged 4
