@TalkTalk Internet currently down, supposed to be working from home but cannot do so. Also your customer service line keep hanging up on me whilst on a call!

@TalkTalk I’ve not been able to access my emails (in webmail or in iPhone app) since Monday, it says my password is incorrect. I’ve tried re-setting the password.....but it still says password is incorrect! Help please!

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@CarolLa13282625 @TalkTalk @openreach I used to be an OR customer facing engineer. The care alarm company may do a 3G fallback enabled alarm, give them a call tomorrow and ask. As far as the phone line goes, has it been raised as a welfare case? Is anyone else effected?

@TalkTalk I contact you via DM and you tell me to try webchat, I'm on it waiting for 40 mins, you tell me to call - the line says "u have a limited team, try webchat" - this is a customer service feedback loop #talktalkwifi

@TalkTalk My broadband is down. Router is plugged in lights on nothing working. Has logged mobile out of network and despite me trying to add the network back to my phone and husbands phone it will not allow it. Please sort this out.

@TalkTalk biggest scammers going about my internet has been terrible getting worse month after month I’m told the networks fine and it’s my devices. Call again and told I need to do all the tests before a engineer can be seen so I do them again to then be told no engineer….

@TalkTalk Repeatedly contacted u (over 6mths).scripted reply Apart from Francis who put the phone down!! Been trying 4 days 2 put a case 2gether (v diff with intermittent access).But finally sent breach of contract details 2day.thanks for your reply.
