    @TalkTalk Internet currently down, supposed to be working from home but cannot do so. Also your customer service line keep hanging up on me whilst on a call!

    @longwire1000 @TalkTalk Kept ringing and demanded a call back from the complaints team. Spoke to a lady called Melanie who read my notes and said "I can see why you're leaving as what you've experienced is awful". So guess you got to speak to the one diamond in the rough

    @TalkTalk advisors use the term ‘cheers’ responses. How unprofessional is that, especially when your making a complaint! Save that term when your with your mates down the pub!

    @TalkTalk my ultrafast and reliable future fibre that was newly installed 2 weeks ago is down already. 24 hrs of no service upto now, please can I have an update when this is going to be back on please?

    @ClareForeman6 @TalkTalk @_alicebeer The poor lady’s family just keep getting told by Talk Talk they can’t find the account but are now threatening a late payment fee!! How can’t they charge this when they aren’t able to take payment as they can’t find it on the system!

    And no thanks @TalkTalk, I've tried speaking to your customer service and absolutely nothing was resolved. I'll await the confirmation that you can't deliver my minimum speed and then switch somewhere else ASAP.

    @TalkTalk Hi, yes we got an upgrade and had an engineer come two weeks ago but its been even worse since then. Connection drops every 5 minutes. It’s lucky I’m not working from home at the moment…
