I’ve been on a “chat” with a @TalkTalk agent for over an hour trying to diagnose why I have no internet. Stop being so cheap, employ some engineers and stop wasting my Sunday so your shareholders can line their pockets. Treating your customers like crap is not a good look.

@TalkTalk Thanks Jo, but nothing ever happens, this has been going on for a year now. I believe the router or modem is the problem. I’ve got about 5 months left of my contract and am committed to stopping others from signing up to Talk Talk now. Sorry Jo, but the last year has been awful.

@TalkTalk What's the point, the service is finally back on & NOBODY at TalkTalk Future fiber ever does what they say that they will do / promise. I also have an internet phone adapter that has not worked properly for 2 weeks & what do your staff do? NOTHING

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Im utterly appalled that You have an outage / wifi not working from 1am, & you cannot be bothered to have any staff available for customers to talk to until 9am, So not much Talk at TALKTALK, what a useless company
