    @TalkTalk two months and still waiting for my broadband to be disconnected. 10 phonecalls, being transferred and hung up on 5 times, tried raising a complaint twice just to be hung up on. Being told three different stories, and then hung up on again. Still no further forward..

    @TalkTalk I've called them 10 times now. Pointless even trying. They either hang up or transfer me to a department that is closed.

    @TalkTalk I have called this number and after a long wait, finally got through to someone.. who just transferred me through to a retentions team (not what I asked for) and now waiting a long time on hold (again), just for someone to try and stop me leaving! Terrible service @TalkTalk

    @virginmedia Sooner? Sooner than what/when? I was told on the 31st of July that installation would happen today! 22 August 2022! I waited patiently while my #TalkTalk service ended as I was "supposedly" moving over to a faster & better company/service! You FAILED even before I started!πŸ˜³πŸ™„πŸ€¬

    @TalkTalk The most unbelievably poor customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Approaching 3 hours of being passed from department to department and no resolution. Each saying the problem lies with a different department. Round and round in circles.
