    @TalkTalk This has been going on since 15th Oct... I've spent hours on the phone. Engineer has been and replaced the master socket and you've replaced the router and its still not working. I can never talk to anyone that can help.

    @TalkTalk That's the problem... I call you and all you keep saying is that there is no problem according to your diagnostics. I've even spoken to your loyalty team and Jake told me there is nothing you can do. Live chat are useless!

    @TalkTalk just spent 45 mins on chat to one of your guys about terrible WiFi and tv service - no improvements and chat has crashed now as well as TV. Needs sorting - please look into it.

    @TalkTalk It’s almost impossible to cancel. All their lines when you call are perfect except the cancellation line! Rang them 7 times and counting promised me it’s cancelled yet it’s still live! 2months! I will have to dig the line out myself might have more success!!
