    @TalkTalk an hour and half phone call yesterday to your CS, shall I spend the afternoon on Twitter so you still can’t resolve the no internet problem, absolutely awful service, I wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone, talk talk about waste my time

    @TalkTalk customer service is shocking.., why have you not cancelled my broadband for 4 months and why does the line never work when it’s time to cancel?

    @TalkTalk Hello, Is it normal to lose my internet service for more than 11 days, without any response from the technical team?! BTW, I contacted customer service by phone, last Friday.

    @TalkTalk After 12 days without internet, speaking to multiple people with no luck and no updates on when the issue is resolved, is it possible for me to get a resolution and decent communication on the status of the issue? Do I have to resort to social media like this?

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk DM sent. Just to highlight how rubbish your service has been. One of your customer service agent just disconnected the call after being on the phone for 40 mins and didn’t resolve the issue. So please sort it Angie

    @TalkTalk sent a complaint email this morning just after 9.15am....no reply.......just when I thought your customer service couldn't get any worse.....how wrong was I?
