    @TalkTalk Hi we have Internet but no dial tone at my parents house. We have tried getting through by phone and live chat but haven't had any joy at all. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.

    I urge everyone to steer well clear of @TalkTalk for wifi. Just go check their feedback. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

    Liverpool area @TalkTalk no internet at all and need to work from home. Appears a national problem but your website is advising no problems in the area??
