    What a bunch of tw@ts @TalkTalk are, turning my email address off unless I pay £5 a month. Had that email c30 years. Giving no option to export address. Basically extorting money. Will let it go and never go near this business again.

    @TalkTalk How do I get an engineer out? My parents go a new modem and an engineer was meant to come they didn’t show, trice. This was months ago I tried to set up the new modem but there seems to be a bit missing? Current internet is 💩We need help been customers since 2008

    @TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies

    @TalkTalk you have called me to make a new offer of service as am near end of contract. I ask that the offer be put in an email foe me yet, your team tell me they only do outbound. Your in the communication area, how is that you cannot send me an email of the offer I'd like.

    @TalkTalk This was a nationwide issue. Your website was down. When I eventually got in it said my connection was fine. Two things. 1. Your diagnostic tools aren't working properly. 2. Why did it take so long for you to post a SM message saying there were issue.
