  @FairlyCatTTV That's crazy. I had a couple of issues with TalkTalk and they sorted out within a couple of days. I am sorry to hear that is happening to you. Let's say with the packages they charge and the way they treated you I wouldn't go to them in a hurry.

  @FairlyCatTTV @TalkTalk & sky are the two I’ve had the worst experiences with. So far @bt_uk haven’t let me down yet and will refund you if there is any interruption to your service. They are a tad pricy tho.

  @TalkTalk sell a service that doesn’t exist in our area, setup the account with a incorrect email therefore failing security checks everytime, and still insist on threats of bailiffs even though my parents never received a contract. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

  @virginmedia Yeah - just got a notification that that's happened. Was most surprised to lose my Internet- changed to you from the dreadful TalkTalk and this is first problem in 4 years so was v shocked. Kudos to Virgin for sorting promptly.

  people from talktalk knocked on my door and told me to do a speed test and my router was on 1.7 MBPS😭😭😭i didn't realise how **** it was
