    @TalkTalk I beg of you to please improve your WiFi. I’ve had to leave an online lesson due to how unstable the connection is. This can’t be accepted during a pandemic when students rely on your network

    @TalkTalk Have managed to finally get through on phone. Note on account states ordered new WiFi hub, but order not placed. Am now back to the start. Feel incredibly let down to be honest. Not getting what I’m paying for and dreadful customer service. My kids need better internet. @TalkTalk

    And, pretty much bang on 23:00, on 18/01/2021, down it goes again. Will it be up by morning @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp ? Six times since Saturday now. How much longer? Just not good enough. Beckenham resident.

    @TalkTalk 2/2 and some of us are being told the problem has been solved. Can someone clarify what's going on and if there is someone looking further into this issue?
