    @EmilyKe62606148 @TalkTalk Atleast you have an engineer coming out. All i get is “there is an outage and no ETA till its back up, but dont worry we are doing our best” The lack of communication and transparency is nothing short of a joke.

    @TalkTalk is there a reason that your internet service is down? PPPoE is not connecting. It went down about 20 minutes ago. When will it be restored? I am seeing the outage in NG19

    Bloody knew I shouldn’t moved to @talktalk - switched mid January and I’ve still no date for installation. And Sky has ended their service. Only internet I have is via my phone. 🤬

    @TalkTalk appalling service.. a day off work wasted for an engineer who never arrived, despite several confirmation texts that it was going ahead. No communication that it had been rescheduled. Disgusted.

    Remembered why I vowed to never to go back to @talktalk worst customer service ever. Unfortunately BT price hikes didn't leave much choice 😕

    @TalkTalk No internet since friday 12pm DD3 area! @TalkTalk what is going on? Doesnt matter who you speak to all they say is they will contact cityfibre! Customer service is a joke.

    @TalkTalk Are you able to help me facilitate a change of ownership? I have submitted the form last November yet it hasn't been sorted until now. I kept receiving an email to pay for it which I think is unfair since no one has been able to use the service since November.
