  @TalkTalk Thanks for the response. There was Homework Time set for that timeframe Mon-Fri, to cut out gaming and social networking. So it doesn't fully fit the symptoms of my issue but I've turned it off and will see if it solves the problem tomorrow night. Thanks.

  @TalkTalk Since the start of the year my internet has cut out for exactly an hour every Sunday night as midnight. I see this is an issue for a number of people. Is this fixable because that hour is an important internet usage time for me?

  @TalkTalk Our elderly parents have been without landline and broadband for 5 days. We live 100 miles away and cannot help. They need this sorting out urgently...
