Why does it take 3 hours on the phone to @TalkTalk to be told utter rubbish & then, when assured the office is open to 7pm, get told the technical team have packed up for the day? Do any #telephone companies in the UK offer decent customer service & #VOIP for elderly people?

@TalkTalk Hi my new installation order scheduled for today is delayed, while checking with customer care they said this delay is due to issue with openreach and this will solve it by tomorrow. Now suddenly at 9 pm BST it is showing me your order is active, but still nothing is installed

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.
