Horrendous broadband provision at the moment @TalkTalk in the PR2 area. A tweet is easier than attempting a phone call, we tried that 5/6 times for my daughter and she still pays for a TV package/box that won’t connect to her router - two problems in 2 if anyone can help TIA

@cstross @16bitbench Virgin will also bump the price up a couple of times in a year, then drag out the cancellation process so they can extract a couple of extra months billing for a service you aren't using. (This moose now has FTTP courtesy of Openreach and the fish sharpeners (TalkTalk).)
