@TalkTalk Definitely the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Keep telling you to use online solutions when your Internet is not working. Customer service is nonexistent and not sure they even know what it means😨😨😨

@TalkTalk Good morning once again. As of 3pm on September 29th,after speaking to Hannah in your accounts team,I have cancelled what is laughingly called your 'Service'. Please ensure my direct debit is likewise cancelled by today. Dont poke this bear again.

@TalkTalk I’ve tried speaking to your customer services people 5 times this morning and each time I’ve been cut off mid-conversation. Do you have a problem with your phone systems as my phone is otherwise working fine?

Heard nothing further from @TalkTalk - such a bad experience, is anyone else struggling with their procedures and systems? CM-323319 I’ve been cut off twice today by your customer service and technical people. My issue is simple, I have not had any broadband service!
