over an hour on the phone to @TalkTalk and still no closer to getting my issues resolved - wouldnt mind but my policy has been cancelled since 27.2.21 and theyre still trying to take unauthorised and unsolicited payments.. appalling customer service to say the least #avoid

Openreach is telling me to login to @TalkTalk to chat to an agent for further guidance but there is no clear chat function or identified number. I've 'upgraded' but nothing has been delivered. Also a bit lost with TV option.

For months I have been telling @TalkTalk there is an issue with broadband, 2.4gb speed (like we are in 1999) only to be told there was no issue / issue was in the home (it wasn’t) changed yesterday to @ShellEnergyHome👍🏻 and my internet speed is now 14.6gb. So pleased I changed 👋🏻

Hey @TalkTalk. You accidentally sent me a few emails for a new customer (again, not me) containing name, bank details, direct debit info and link to add password - of course all emails are no reply. Worrying lack of care, privacy and security on your part - please sort. #GDPR
