    @TalkTalk It never gave me that option. Asked for my home phone and then if I wanted to report a fault, then asked for a contact number to call back on once a test had been run. No mention of a queue to speak to a human.

    @TalkTalk is there a problem in the Glasgow area? Internet was down for significant chunks of yesterday which I put down to the weather, but I still don't have internet today....

    @TastyEp1c_F41l @TalkTalk Yes they are cheap it would be nice if they had an effective customer helping system. At the end of the day I will probably have to pay more when i leave, cheap if I don't have to go thru this again.
