@TalkTalk is the worst company I have had to deal with. Trying to sort out a problem being passed to 8 different people on online chat then been given a phone number only to be confronted to another incompetent person. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Hi @TalkTalk — my 88-year-old mother-in-law has no phone service (her only lifeline), but her internet is working fine. Seems like a software issue. Your online chat keeps cutting me off when transferring to an advisor. Can someone please help urgently?

@TalkTalk @talktalk your service is absolutely terrible! We have not had internet service for almost 7 days!! You sent us a faulty router. When the engineer came over to fix the problem, he found the issue was with the power supply. You sent us a new power supply- it’s still not working!
