Sacking @TalkTalk off After the direct debit missing due to an oversight, I get a snotty email and services restrictions within 5 days... Absolutely poor customer service so I'm off to another provider then... They can totally get f****d!!

2/2 i have rung them 10 times and was on a chat for 2 hours and it still hasn't been cancelled. I have also had a phone call from Openreach but they can't cancel it as it needs to be cancelled by Talk Talk!! This is **** service. Hope someone from Talk Talk sees this. #talktalk

@talktalk i'm still having the same issue. After broken promises you have until 16/03/23 to get this right otherwise i'm looking for another ISP, not that your company will be bothered. 3 weeks with not meeting your terms. @ofcom should be notified!

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

Great customer service at @TalkTalk puts me on hold for 25mins, doesn't understand a word of what im saying. Borderline ******* rude and pissed off. Been without Internet over 48hours & on verge of boxing hub up and sending it back. & the cheeky bastards are putting prices up.
