@TalkTalk My mother in law has her phone with you. She doesn’t have a computer, only makes local calls but you are charging her £60 per month. She doesn’t get sent bills either. Can you help?

@TalkTalk No wifi for 3/11 days of being a @TalkTalk customer. No wifi for the weekend. I just had the most disgraceful and unhelpful conversation with one of your technical representatives. Canceling my plan immediately. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

@TalkTalk Internet has been down (again) since about 1am. Having to use mobile data (again). When I run a service check it just says there has been a technical issue and it can't be completed. Its almost like there is an issue.

@ncrbrts @laurenjadeball @TalkTalk The fastest three non-commercial providers of internet connections are Virgin's Cable, BT's Full Fibre, and then EE/Vodafone 'mobile broadband'. Before you cancel, do you know which of these are available to you?

@TalkTalk Why does my internet connection always fail on a weekend. All my devises loose connection and I have to keep turning my router off & on. This is the 3rd weekend in a row
