    @TalkTalk I honestly give up. Still getting my phone going quiet on calls. Not only that but you now won't take card payments. Your technical team were no help. Years of being your customer, if you don't care about my custom then I'm off. Plenty other companies want my custom.

    An update from discussions with @TalkTalk they think to solve the problem we should find the tenant that is moving into our old house that doesn't exist yet, and ask them to take over the contract and who's to say they haven't already got a contract they are being forced to renew

    @TalkTalk ……..and now I’ve finally escaped Talk Talk or have I ……nope you have just sent me a bill for £214.00 as you stated I cancelled my contract early ..I never took a new contract out it was talk talk on my behalf and never told me. Anyone thinking of switching just don’t.CLOWNS!

    The worst service again from @TalkTalk moving broadband to new house. Multiple calls & hung up on FOUR times by your staff. Have given over 2 weeks notice of move but told connection can't be done until 17 June! Awful, awful service. Prob move to Virgin unless someone sorts this.

    @TalkTalk @tristiaharrison 4th day after full fibre installation and still not working. Been in contact with @TalkTalk support for more than 4 hours over past 4 days and still no progress. It's a shambles!

    @TalkTalk . So I tried to cancel my contract over 5 months ago and this morning I had a bill come out for over £250 for a service I haven't been able to use because you have cut off my services. How is this possible is it to cancel to get this to get my money

    Moved house over a month ago but TalkTalk are still billing me at my old address even though I have set up fibre broadband with them at my new address. 30min phone calls with staff who don’t know what to do are wearing me down now….
