    @Bonkas84Peck @TalkTalk They made it seem like it was our problem, I’ve just spent an hour and a half trying to figure out how it was set up incorrectly and have now seen that many people in the Bedfordshire area are affected! Disgraceful that they aren’t give us any answers @TalkTalk

    @cohen_uk @TalkTalk We were told it was our issue as well but I’m seeing reports from hundreds of people in the Bedfordshire area saying theirs is down!

    @philipmoriarty2 @TalkTalk Issues in Northamptonshire too and zero customer service. I DM’d but got an automated message on how I can still pay my bill online.....absolute cheek!

    @TalkTalk fibre broadband down for nearly 3 hours now. Chat not available and no reply to DM on here. Please sort this out! A number to report fault would be good. Your website says service working correctly- it is not !
