@TalkTalk I am VERY disappointed in the service since I upgraded to Fibre 65. I haven't received consistent good Wi-Fi connection that I was promised . I wish to switch provider due to inconsistent slow WiFi which is worse that Fibre 35.

@BlueDillon2011 @TalkTalk @bt_uk They are rubbish charged us £100 when our phonline went down said it was an internal break in the cable came round mended it without entering the property and said the wire had corroded in the garden how is that our fault con men report to ombudsman

@TalkTalk We're very stressed at dealing with your rude, unhelpful and aggressive staff. Worst customer service ever experienced. Service is not working, unable to load webpages or receive email. We've spent hours talking to this idiot.

Is @TalkTalk using @BTOpenreach1 's roll out of faster fibre to make people renew contracts with them? Mine was upgraded @talktalk 's request and I'm now advised I need a new 4k TV box to fix problems caused by the installation, to get one I've got to renew my contract.

@TalkTalk I am absolutely disgusted by the behaviour from the technical support manager, I’ve never had such awful customer in my life. I will never be using TalkTalk again and would urge everyone else not to!

@TalkTalk @clipperboy15 Why only a DM if its a wider issue shouldn't you do something publicly? Are you trying to avoid people seeing your failings and avoid compensating them accordingly?
