    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever experienced, 6 wks trying to install broadband, engineer left yesterday, promised all working in 20 mins & not working. No-one wants to help at all.

    @TalkTalk 5/ ... And we couldn't help her because your service agents were utterly useless. I'd suggest perhaps employing agents who can actually take the time to help rather than send us around the houses and saying "I understand" when the reverse seems true. Please sort this asap. /5

    @TalkTalk your huawei router is crap. Ever since we got one it's dropping internet. Yes we checked everything took the stupid plate off to test line all the other bullshit. Just send out D-Link router's.

    @TalkTalk Day 6. Installed the new router that you sent us, a week ago, with its promises of glorious connectivity. Currently experiencing the worst connection to the internet since the good old days of dial up. Why?
