@slightlydotty @TalkTalk Years ago after weeks of broken promises, and unsatisfactory outcomes, I did this with BT. Within an hour someone competent was on the case and the issue was sorted within two hours. x

That is until I had to deal with @TalkTalk What an absolute joke of a company. Since I first contacted them on the 6th June we have had nothing but problems, promises and being let down repeatedly. I am so stressed with having to deal with them and chase stuff up. 2)

Special thanks to all the @TalkTalk customer service agents I dealt with yesterday, both on the online and phone. It was a long process due to connection issues. All staff showed excellent customer service skills. People are quick to complain, but not so quick to give credit!

Nice one @TalkTalk we've had no Internet for 9 days and the issue is no closer to being resolved? We were told by an engineer a field team were required to switch our ports as that may be the issue. Your call team have been useless and were told...

@TalkTalk HOURS AND HOURS on a phone to get wifi I signed up for 20 days prior but they have limitations to their job and can’t seem to help , even though they are CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY MY ANXIETY IS LEVEL 100 WITH THEM
