    @TalkTalk Broadband down again in Clifton Bedfordshire after I was told it was an ‘internal wiring issue’ yesterday. Router will not connect at all. SORT IT OUT!!!

    @TalkTalk Been a long time customer with you. When it was Tiscali I had no issues. Since you took over forever having connection issues and support line no help. Seriously considering changing networks especially now that I am permanently working from home. Frustrated consumer!!

    @TalkTalk The main reason that I cancelled the upgrade is @TalkTalk’s continual poor service (low speeds and dropping service), allied with the total lack of customer service. I don’t want to tie into a new contract, and have every intention of leaving as soon as I can

    @TalkTalk internet connection issues in the SG18 area. Your status checker online says no issues but lots of people have reported issues in the last hour on local Facebook group pages. Please update ASAP

    @bt_uk I included you because TalkTalk uses openreach. Service came back within 20 minutes.

    @TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk. We’ve got no internet in SG2 at all. We’re trying to get through on the phones to technical support but nothing. Please assist!
