    @TalkTalk , what a shame. Today you were able to transform a very satisfied customer in a VERY ANGRY customer in less and 45min... First you let me waiting in a queue for more the 30 min to request a cancellation, that you could have easily dealt online.

    @MegaCart @TalkTalk All depends on which providers cover an area, choice is not always great. Btw, I was with TalkTalk until recently since year 2015 and never had any major issues. I agree though that their customer service became an utter garbage recently.

    @virginmedia I don't want text. I've phoned two of your agents and got answerphone. Complained to ofcom which failed online and facebook. The whole industry is useless. In particular virgin. Talktalk I talk to readily in minutes. Wtf is wrong with you people? 🤔

    @virginmedia @mycalltwo My experience is also just playing pop music at me, I need the account shut down and engineers called off before the 9th. I need talktalk to know virgin are not taking over the line. If I'm left without net access, thanks to your poor service, ofcom will be hearing about it.

    @BeardedBookCase @TalkTalk I tweeting about them for a year in protest what they done to me. One customer change per day multipled by a year is over £100,000. Keep up the talk talk about Talk talk.

    @virginmedia My account with you has been closed by talktalk. I'm contacting ofcom. They said other people have been blocked from leaving by you. If you attempt to take my line or charge me, you're breaking ofcom regulations, and will be prosecuted. I will never use your service ever.
