    .@TalkTalk Been with you for 9 yrs. Was just about to renew 18 month golive Jan 29th. My next billing date is on Feb 1st so wouldn't new contract price be reflected on my next bill /be re-funded as credit? Agent says no. Always issues at renewal... @SkyUK might be time to switch
