    @TalkTalk Hi Julian, no thanks. Like I said I’ve gone around in circles with this for the last 2 weeks and have got nowhere with @talktalk being sneaky and hiding how trash their service is by sliding into my DMs. If you need my account info do feel free to check previous DMs.

    ....Talktalk update.. Engineer no.3: "Yup Talktalk have disconnected you by accident and admitted it. Ask for a cease and restore, and you'll be back on tomorrow" Talktalk: "oh no..no we can't do that. You have to terminate your contract and try in 6 days.." ARE YOU SERIOUS?!😠

    @TalkTalk I will wait until my contract is due for renewal and find another ISP. The worst ISP in the UK. Clueless tech experts reading from a crib sheet.

    @TalkTalk your call centres are embarrassingly awful, your website kicks me out every time I login then opt to upgrade or do anything for that matter. No online support available - utterly abysmal

    So basically Talktalk cut us off over a rescheduled fibre upgrade, wouldn't admit it, 3 engineers later admits it, can't put us back on, we have to cancel and renew, which takes 6 days, and we're not allowed compensation because of the fibre contract upgrade we didn't even get.

    @TalkTalk I’d like you to waiver the £41 you are charging me for leaving you after a faithful 5+ years. You’ve already flatly said you are not going to help with the data bill (even though this was a direct response to your failings) so let’s just leave it here shall we ?

    @TalkTalk Greenock isn't sorted,I haven't had Internet since midnight! Live chat and phone chat are hopeless. Service centre says that I have a healthy connection when I have zero!
