Hey @TalkTalk I’ve recently moved, filled in a transfer of account to new tenant, new customer at new house, sent letter saying can’t transfer until next payment made, you’ve now taken that, phoned today and told need to start whole procedure again, what email to cancel please?

@TalkTalk Good Morning, I have had problems with my landline making crackling noises for weeks, and last week reported it to yourselves. A BT engineer was despatched last Thursday who then escalated it to Open Reach. So far I have heard nothing.

@TalkTalk been on call now for 28 mins AGAIN to idiots in SA - your customer support is a joke. Logged a call with Bridget Tuesday - she did nothing after the call. Your broadband and customer service are not fit for purpose. Complaints are managed by the same valueless idiots.
