  @SkyHelpTeam If you've just joined, pack up your hub, return it and cancel your contract under the 10 days cooling off period. Broadband was working intermittently last week and hardly at all in the past two days. BT, on the other hand, is working perfectly. Even TalkTalk works. Dump Sky.

  @TalkTalk No point really! No fibre outside in the pavement! Copper wire to house has been in since 1940. Max speed 16mps despite what websites say. Now can you help?

  @MartinSLewis @bbc5live Three times in the last 8 years, I've had a phone call from TalkTalk telling me there was a better service/£ option. I never get phone calls from other services/insurances/energy companies telling me to move to a better plan in their own company - they prefer I paid more.
