    @TalkTalk and I must wait 24hours to start another. No longer being a ‘new customer’ I’m unable to secure the deal we original signed up to, yet I AM a new customer. Are we to go round and round in circles? Each team I speak with transfers me to another.

    @TalkTalk It's now my 20th day of poor/intermittent service and Talktalk seem incapable (indifferent) of sorting it out. There was supposed to be an Openreach engineer visiting yesterday, but he didn't and I've heard nothing subsequently.

    @mohammed__usman No there won't. They've broken contract and taken over a month to resolve. They've already wiped any charges. They are shocking though... And I thought you couldn't get worse than TalkTalk... @ShellEnergyHome DON'T USE SHELL FOR BROADBAND... PLEASE!

    @TalkTalk can i expect a reply any time soon? been over an hour since your customer service guy said he was going to 'look into for me' and then stopped replying. no wifi for atleast 4 hours now

    Why are @skytv so hard to contact?! I’ve followed all the online steps to then be told from an automated machine that I will get a text to help. IT WONT ******* WORK. I wish I’d just gone with Talktalk 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

    @TalkTalk My contract ends on 17th, just found out you want 30 days termination notice, WTF? No way am I paying for what I'm not going to be using!

    @TalkTalk Is this the level of service we are to expect? Can you offer us no other solution? This will be 30+ days from our initial activation date, and we still have no internet! We are being told reconnection will take two weeks, can this be done any sooner? We’re in need of connection

    @TalkTalk Just switched to you from BT - they’ve switched our service off, as planned, but now there’s no talk talk service. Waiting for it to be fixed, and kind of wishing we’d never bothered. Half an hour on hold each time we try to resolve it doesn’t help either...
