@Benjjjyy @TalkTalk Even tho he’s still had no broadband service I told him to cancel direct debit with bank told them wasn’t paying a penny as had received no service they told me since ure cancelling will cost a cancellation fee I said no I’m paying nothing as I cancelled in cooling off period

@Stella123177 @TalkTalk I've had to argue with them and threaten them, go through ur contract, they're actually breaking there own contract for not doing the service they provide that's how I got an agent on the phone with it

@Benjjjyy @TalkTalk TalkTalk allowed my mum's account to be hacked a few years ago and the internet was moved to an entirely different country. Took them 6 weeks to fix the issue and gave us 12mb speeds

@Benjjjyy @TalkTalk My mum's never had a good experience with them and has always had issues with their service and customer service. I personally recommend hyperoptic as a new provider I've had them for 2 years and only lost service once and they let me know ahead of time I'd lose it.

@Stella123177 @TalkTalk Cut me off aswll for no reason at all.!!! Now they can't seem to get my Internet back on and resorted to getting an engineer I was arguing over the phone for 2 hours telling them I'm not paying this month for sh!t service

@TalkTalk Hello. There are numerous fault reports dating back months for this service on 01512520919. We have agreed to an engineer but cannot get any updates because of loss of Internet. The fault reporting service is inadequate.
