@TalkTalk To make things simple cause you seem to be missing a braincell. If someone is in a FIXED PRICE contract, say, for 18 months, that means they should NEVER see a price increase by even a penny for 18 whole months, this INCLUDES THE YEARLY INCREASE. Again, illegal, reported.

@TalkTalk I contacted your cs team as I noticed my bill increased with no explanation. I have checked and I don't have the email. How can you increase the price of a fixed contract, fail to notify me, and not offer a reasonable way of lodging a complaint about it? Awful customer service

@TalkTalk Be aware that your service is poor across the board and apologise to everyone, you guys are insanely bad. You're pretty much existing on charitable donations at this point - maybe less time, money and energy on social media damage control and more time improving your service?
