@Jaymz_1976 @TalkTalk My speed has been dropping all night down to 5mbps now. Same poor performance as yesterday. Please check for issues at Hereford exchange Talktalk. My line is absolutely fine. Same stats I've always had Downstream attenuation is 3.8db

@TalkTalk My contract had expired I received a letter advising Fibre 65 for £25/month called up to be told it's actually £28 as I'm an existing customer. why is your marketing team send this to existing customers? What a waste of resources. Will make a complaint and escalating to ombudsman

@TalkTalk we have now been without wifi for 10+ days. When called on Tuesday you told us an engineer was ‘around the corner’ which was clearly untrue, as we haven’t heard anything since. Paid our bill on the 16th for no service; no end date for a fix. What are we supposed to do?

@TalkTalk I STILL have no phone and no internet 24+hrs later. I need to work and care for family and the internet is crucial to that. You just throwing the problem towards @OpenreachHelp who may or may not get round to looking at it sometime next week is nowhere near good enough
