@talktalk just when you think you couldn’t get worse, overcharged, no compensation for earlier prob, and now cut off mid chat by agent as it must have been too much trouble to fix. Disgrace. And don’t DM me telling me to waste another 90mins on your stupid call ‘system’

@TalkTalk 3 hours wasted this morning so far. All I want to do is cancel an account and transfer an email address to the one I want to keep. Nearly there and then the phone like gets garbled. No call back! HELP!
