I had a generic response from my Resolver case requesting that I go to their chatline!! Which as we all know, is not in service and hasn't been for days. No excuses for terrible CS.

Couldnt do installation on friday as were only allocated one hour, ended up with 4 hours holding/getting fobbed off, were supposed to be getting call back over weekend to reschedule Now onto Talktalk for another hour and a half, still caller 25😡🤬

Its happened twice in one day Also since you have to work from home, its been hard to get into meeting when this happens.
