@TalkTalk I've tried calling and have not got through. Openreach have informed me you have not passed on my raised fault with them, why is this? I raised the issue 5 days ago and all I've been told is my router is not up to date when according to your website it is.

@jadedfett There appears to be no fault in Wales. However, if you messaged us via our DM or clicked on "Message on our @TalkTalk home page we would be able to run diagnostic tests on your broadband line to understand or investigate where the issue or fault may lie. -Thabiso

@TalkTalk That is all very well, but follow words with actions. Months later I am still without a resolution. I keep DMing, I keep getting fobbed off to the useless call centre and chat lines, I keep getting empty promises of phone calls. The reality is I get NOTHING. Hopeless.
