    @TalkTalk congratulations on living your brand as your "Better Value" team is never available... Why not create a "Incapable of fixing a simple problem for over a month" team, as my experience suggests they would be "always on" in your business...

    @TalkTalk hi, spent all day on phone with you trying to get service reconnected after your engineers connected fibre this morning, and despite their assurances that our existing broadband would continue to work, you then cut us off 30 minutes later.

    @feckables @TalkTalk I am on my 4th complaint about this. Upgraded to full fibre in Jan, fine for 6 months while free, then ‘check landline’ since June. No one has a clue what they’re doing!!

    I have tried 3 times to activate my @NOW membership through @TalkTalk and every time it doesn't work. Screw the discount I'm NOT calling again!

    During the job that @TalkTalk should be doing, their email servers seem to be back up and working. They are down too often. So much so that I run gmail in parallel.

    @TalkTalk It's not just with emails, my whole internet is down, a problem with the phone line apparently.

    @TalkTalk worst service I have ever received - no call back even though was confirmed I would, now been locked out of my own account - with no record when you guys were meant to be calling me back to sort out my new package - I do t want to go to South Africa who can I talk to
