appalled by the service that @TalkTalk have provided to my mother. she's been mis-sold a tv package and unable to use it. and after struggling for over 30 days trying to understand how to use the system is now being charged hundreds of pounds to get out of a worthless contract.

@TalkTalk Unable to reconnect tv and android phone. Message is no signal on server. Disconnected and reconnected router. Unable to connect to server. Usually no issues with TalkTalk but so close to Christmas. Not a happy house.
