Tried to cancel our Talktalk service today (because we're moving out), I learned a very valuable lesson: don't tell them the reason why you're cancelling or just say you don't need it. If you do, you'll be redirected to another 'department' and put you on hold for a loooong time.

Hi @TalkTalk I have had five nightmare weeks of trying to get my broadband fixed. I’ve spent hours on the phone to you and today I have spent over two hours trying to cancel my account and been cut off three times. No idea what else I can do so

@TalkTalk Trying to watch YouTube and it gets 30 seconds to a minute in then has issues and buffers so web play seems to be affected

@TalkTalk There is no point in asking for help. My incoming calls are going to my sons mobile instead of my land line but all TalkTalk do in keep asking questions. They don't solve my problem. I've had enough of talk talk. They are not good enough
