@TalkTalk Get someone to call me now…. As you’re customer service is pathetic, you have disconnected my WiFi and your bill from me has just increased 180 quid. I am sick of wasting my time. SORT THIS OR YOUR SUED

  • wlindsey758 Lindsey Wilkinson (@wlindsey758) reported

@TalkTalk I rely on wifi calling because @EE coverage is shocking at my address also. I’ve been disconnected 3 times on a call to your technical support. My neighbours have the same issue So I just need to know when broadband will be back !

  • JackWelsh97 Jack Welsh (@JackWelsh97) reported

@Liv__Es Sorry Liv but you're wrong on this one. This isn't a government subsidy, nor is it free broadband. Openreach are just axing the one off connection free it charges the service providers (Sky, Plusnet, BT, Talktalk etc) to install the line. It is coming out of Openreach's pocket.
