    @ianinsurbiton @claudelittner @TalkTalk Maybe Claude could help them with a ‘trouble shooting plan’ to resolve technical issues within a certain time scale that is much faster and productive. Although they have moved very quickly to deal with Claude’s issue. 👌

    @leeaspin @TalkTalk Hi Lee. I also work at ELHT and had same problem yesterday but able to connect today and I haven’t changed any settings. Hopefully you get sorted too
