@thejofish_ @TalkTalk Mate I had same problem eventually I gave up cancelled and went elsewhere. Now I am chasing them to cancel it as it was meant to end earlier this week. They're useless. Everyone sends you around in circles at TalkTalk.

Anyone know the process to escalate a complaint when @TalkTalk just keep ignoring you? I raised a complaint months ago & despite them scheduling multiple calls they haven’t actually contacted me once. When I call all they do is arrange a complaints manager to call who never does

@TalkTalk Complaint reference is CMP-354352 if you want to look in to it but like others have said what’s the point? Talk Talk have not shown any interest in my issues since May so what is going to change

@thejofish_ @TalkTalk My home move they created two accounts and charge me for both, then charge me for braking contract then cut me off, then well wont let me cancel charge me for months later on.

@Baasha666 @Funkybwoy247 @TalkTalk Contact ofgem and ombudsman.they can't carry on being dishonest.they can't continue when u don't want to renew contract and get away with it.pretending u haven't rung to make sure it's cancelled .putting the phone down
