@TalkTalk Nothing today but your customer service seriously needs addressing. Main issue is language barriers but I've yet to have a problem resolved on first call. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and only laziness stops me moving away.

@bal_acks You realise physical landlines & service providers can be distinct (eg TalkTalk landline)? The copper wire is the same, but the consumer can get a different provider. But there's also fibre to home in parts of London. Agree not all the country have those possibilities (ie USO).
