@TalkTalk Our fault was with our wireless internet. However, the representative was rude & confrontational with my wife. Our complaint was about them specifically.

@TalkTalk Eventually connected Friday 08 April 40 days after order , 17 days after installation date. Very poor quality, drops connection from Sky which is 15 foot away from hub. This is Future Fibre 500 , very poor. Call received Friday promised call back Saturday, guess what , no call !

@TalkTalk I am trying to join talktalk as a new customer, through moneysupermarket using the £75 gift card link emailed to me, I have tried using the link on every device I own, & it doesn't load correctly, so I cannot sign up to your service. Is this due to your service updates?

Nothing like having to pull out of a recording session because @TalkTalk goes down overnight and there's no-one anywhere to assist. Call back at 9am? It's the 21st Century, a global online community! Not at 3am apparently.

@TalkTalk every Sunday at 12.05 am you switch my internet off for about an hour. Why?This and a ridiculously slow speed Internet anyway is definitely making me look elsewhere.
