    Hi @talktalk is there an update on current issues in Glasgow ? Looks like no one at all with TalkTalk has Internet today. I am trying to WFH so an update would be appreciated.

    @TalkTalk I'm still waiting on a call back promised last Monday.. so I'm not holding my breath of getting any kind of resolution anytime soon.

    @TalkTalk On the 12 of October I ordered the fibre 900 package, on the 25th engineer cam to install but found a blocked line. Now i have had no communication have had to call you 4 times and no one can tell me when the problem will be fixed.

    @TalkTalk Just received a phone call from you regarding something about my order not going through, but the call dropped out. How do I get a call-back? I tried calling your help line, but it doesn't recognise my number (probably because the order didn't quite go through).

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk According to your technical support, the reason for my internet being down was a faulty Ethernet cable… not that it was a wider issue and everyone in the area had lost their connection. It’s working now after missing an hour of work.

    @TalkTalk Just wondering if you can answer why your customer service refers to help online when the reported problem, no connection, prevents that. Also it's clear there was a problem and having no human interface was very frustrating. I was in a panic. I rely on my broadband.
