I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! 😡

Shocking customer service!regretting this move

I have been on the live chat attempting to get a cheaper rate and been cut off to three advisers. Completely useless customer service. Very frustrated. It was a joke. They’re sending a new router while we also just received an email saying there were engineer works and everything is fixed (it isn’t). Please tell me what is going on? This is crazy!
