    @TalkTalk Hopefully it's finally getting after today's conversation with one of your managers. It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! 😡

    @TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

    @TalkTalk I am facing the worst service since the I have joined. Every night nearly around 10:00 PM my internet stop working. I called so many times to help and every time you say we will troubleshoot. I can’t watch @NetflixFilm in a single go. Worst experience of being #talktalk

    @TalkTalk It's a moot point. I've cancelled my services with you. Make no mistake - this is 100% due to you delivering the most appalling customer service I've ever encountered. Being with @TalkTalk has been a 7 month long headache.

    @TalkTalk On the 24 th June , I rang your office after a month, of waiting for a call back. It took an 20mins to talk to someone, then they was unable to help, so waited almost one hour to talk to a manage.

    @TalkTalk how do I get some actual help to get my broadband going? I have been on two 90-minutes chat going through a box-ticking exercise with no resolution. I am paying for a service I'm not getting. Can you please DM? Live chat is not at all helpful? Thanks.

    @TalkTalk Of course you have a choice, in any case I have raised a formal compliant about my case. What I an pointing out is that you are still advertising fixed rates which aren't, you should take this claim down as you are deliberately misleading others into signing up to these deals.

    @Stephenmitchel1 @TalkTalk @Ofcom Yeah. They have approx 5 million customers, so will make 12.5 million extra each month, or 650 million each year for doing absolutely nothing. Still voted the worst ISP too so they haven't invested in customer care at all.
