Never ever use @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup for your internet. Mine has been down 9 days and they are doing nothing to fix it. They wont even answer half my messages. Pathetic! #talktalk

@TalkTalk As you would suspect they would help a customer but since the 12th September I have been lied to (All documented) and still no further forward. You can't help Customer Service don't have a clue and lie so what chance has a customer got to get his upgrade.

@sali_campbell @TalkTalk Ours has also been down since yesterday, went down probably about 1300. Got an engineer coming out today to figure out what's happened, by the looks of it it's a talktalk problem, not our end

@TalkTalk I've had two compensation offer's for the mess but I'd rather have my life back instead of spending needless hour's talking to TalkTalk or waiting in my house for an EERO ROUTER that will never come.
