  So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  @TalkTalk Is that the new T&C you have uploaded which are not due to come into force until April or the old T&C? If old then the fixed price plan is not worth the paper it is written on and if TT can hold a customer to the contract yet the customer cannot then that is detrimental.

  @TalkTalk had broadband and tv package installed yesterday still not able to watch tv as no channels unable to access webchat very dissatisfied with the service, paying for something I'm not receiving

  @TalkTalk Increased use means economies of scale, but no response on what is, and what is not #fibre. The price increase and the misrepresentation of the service given me give me an out of this contract

  @Dainty402 @TalkTalk Looks like everyone who switched to the new package, now has the American "Jim Rockford" ring tone. It has been going on for quite some time looking at the forums with no solution !
