In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Being harassed by Talktalk for non return of equipment 6 months ago. Been a customer for 10 years and did return the equipment but now being threatened with debt collection

@MortgageMikeN2 @Adam_Hosker If privatisation effectively creates a monopoly it shouldn’t be done, so water is a good example of privatisation going bad. Trains as well. Even landlines are a mess. I remember needing a BT connection for a TalkTalk abonnement. Try to move homes with that.

@JamesFox1981 @virginmedia I've been having a nightmare with @TalkTalk Had service issues over 18 months, still unresolved, then they've had the cheek for 2 months running to charge me £50 each month for an engineer visit and so called "hardware" for replacement router. All big companies are terrible.

@TalkTalk still trying to get my issue resolved…being chased for £50 for supposed non return of Livebox at end of contract after 10 years. Did return but TT claim they never received it. Why would I want to keep it? Now threatening debt collectors.

@TalkTalk I’m just venting. The engineer didn’t turn up today for the installation appointment & I was on hold to customer service for an hour only to be told they couldn’t give me any update on the case until tomorrow.

@TalkTalk 1. I've used your "customer support", went through each of the steps, had to get your phone number from google as it doesn't appear to be on your website. Spent 40 minutes on the phone repeating the steps I'd been advised to take, only to tell be there's a fault on the line.
