In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Really disappointed with @TalkTalk, I had taken one of your deals as I felt it was good value and you provided a good service. However, it's now the day of installation and no one has turned up, I'm unable to get in contact and I'm left without internet. Not a good start.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk really poor service! Left without internet since 22/12/20 and told it would be fixed 28/12/20 and it’s now 12/01/21 and it is still not fixed. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

@TalkTalk why is it when my mother tries to call up because she is having trouble with her internet connectionfor the past 2 weeks, she gets laughed at down the phone by your technical support which is not very professional, so for that @virginmedia any new customer deals please

@TalkTalk Made a complaint last week and had two texts saying I would be contacted between 12pm and 2pm today about it. I have not had a phone call. Who do I complain to this time and is there any chance it will ever be resolved?🙄

@TalkTalk I've sent you a DM after receiving appalling customer service on your phone lines by a very abrasive female who put me onto hold music without warning and didn't return!! On top of fact you are trying to charge us for TV service which we've never had!!

@TalkTalk is honestly the worst broadband provider ive ever had. Constant connectivity issues, taking bill payments before they're due and then charging an additional fee because they couldnt take it (a whole week before it was due) 2 months and we're already leaving 🥴
