So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@OpenreachHelp The only reasonable advise I received from @TalkTalk was to wait 30 days without internet and then cancel my contract. Not very helpful.

TalkTalk what a joke - email from me on 5th Nov for new service to start on 27th Nov - but no service at all. Engineer due between 7 - 9 today, didn't turn up but was told I would be charged £65 as we didn't let him in - WHAT???? Not good enough TalkTalk

@Prettytwitten @TalkTalk Thanks, I tried all the self diagnostic stuff and put the phone line direct into the main test socket but it still doesn’t work. I live alone so it’s my safety-net and I don’t like knowing that my alarm doesn’t work in an emergency. I’m expecting to have a very stressful day!

@TalkTalk internet down this morning. I need this for work. I have noticed the internet drops quite a bit with Talktalk. Not impressed. Please advise asap.
