In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

I've never had a reason to complain about @TalkTalk, until today! They cancel one part of a home move but not the other meaning we might be without broadband for 2 weeks! Working from home will be fun! #shockingservice #wtf

If I don't laugh I'll cry. So @TalkTalk make an error and disconnect my broadband (after I cancelled the home move) and can't switch it back on until 9th December. So no home broadband for almost 2 weeks! Truly shocking service and no alternative options suggested?! #crapservice

@TalkTalk Thanks talk talk my internet has been down since midnight, I'm in tier 3 n now have to go in the office n risk my life to go into the office because I can't work from home. Sort it out! .....
