In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk Another 100 min on a Twitter DM, added to the hour I spent on chat with @TalkTalk this morning. Learned nothing new, but now promising a phone call tomorrow to 'discuss'. I can't wait. But at this point, I have never dealt with a company who seems to value my time & concerns less

Back to holding for a manager with @TalkTalk. It is Kafka, like so much modern stuff. I can't even get through to make a complaint. They don't phone back as promised. They won't put you through to a manager as is their obligation if you request an "escalation". Awful service.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk They treated my mum horribly a few years back. Newly widowed they cut her phone off because the line actually belonged to BT. It was her only life line to me, 400 miles away. I would NEVER employ Talk Talk. They cant be trusted

If I did not have an EE hotspot, I'd have lost my business because of issues with my @TalkTalk broadband. I'm thoroughly fed up with the company. Their systems are appalling. Their automated system having asked for my home number, then refused to accept it on multiple occasions.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I was with talktalk, but the broadband was so poor and the service hopeless that I went with BT, costs a bit more but I now have a decent internet.

@TalkTalk I cancelled with you (was done on a 48 hour cancellation from your cancellation team on THURSDAY) yet I’ve still been given an open reach appointment tomorrow? And my account is still active. Can’t even cancel it because your live chat doesn’t show up anywhere

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Totally empathise with you Mike, I'm having the same problem with #SamsungUK cancelled order on 15th March for new S21 and can't get any response to get the refund on my payment. Emails, letters and no response.
