    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk disgusting customer service on the phone over an hour and still haven’t spoke to an assistant!! Always landline difficulties when you want to terminate your contract with them..

    @Ofcom i would like to report fraudulent behaviour by @TalkTalk they are claiming i rang to cancel my cancellation! i left the UK on 26/8/22 and gave 30 days notice 25/7, They are attempting to fraudulently bill me! please assist

    @TalkTalk Ring, ring. Who’s there ? Cannot hear you. Exactly. 5 days on Twitter, 4 staff trying to help. No human voice to talk talk to. Outcome of landline test still not known. And it was not mine that I was first reporting…. Grrrrr. And you want Feedback ?????

    @TalkTalk Totally ridiculous and time wasting, been more then a hr with @TalkTalk speaking to 6 different person, each going through my security check to cancel my contract. Absolutely unprofessional and shambles!!
