    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk Your customer support is such a terrible and pathetic service I have ever experienced. The Eero device got delivered to me many days back and the Openreach installation guy came today as scheduled. After trying all the below ways, we were unable to set up the app via the eero hub

    @TalkTalk Moved to Peterborough 20 days back and were hoping that we will have wifi today at our home.But the worst decision i took is, i chose Talk Talk over all other Wifi's in the market. You guys have created so much trouble just setting my Wifi up.

    I have never been so angry as I am with @TalkTalk having the nerve to say my internet connection is fine when its gone down 70 times in 3 hours. This is beyond a joke, wont book an engineer to fix and refuse to help. I adivsie you NEVER to go with such a shambles of company.

    @TalkTalk Been calling up the same department for 8 days straight and still no outcome. I’ve spent at least 5hrs being on hold all week My broadband still doesn’t work. Can I proceed to cancel future fibre. It doesn’t work and and your support teams don’t haven’t helped me all week.
