In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk I have dm you. May depend it will be full of empty promises again. I spent an hour and a half in a phone queue to yourselves yesterday and was promised a callback this morning but, of course, i wasn't rung. Terrible service after being a loyal customer for so many years
