So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk My 87yr Dad is STILL WAITING for TT to send his TV box since 25 March 5 emails/4 calls to TT Cust Service (Circus) has made NIL diff. The last CS op PROMISED TV box would be sent asap foll my call of 26 April - still waiting APPALLING DISHONESTY - Please Fix

@TalkTalk Can I ask what the problem is with giving me a new router? Ive been a customer for 12+ years, not had a replacement router for 6+ years. Why do I have to spend time and energy doing tests, we Know what the problem is - your quick tests on website have said I need a new router!
