In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@jayerinxo @TalkTalk I have the same problem in London. I did all the online tests and then their sms told me to call their customer service. When I call @talktalk customer service they tell me they are closed. So we are paying for a service we are not getting #TalkTalkDownAgain

@OpenreachHelp We’v been in constant lengthy discussions with @TalkTalk & they’re saying it is down to Openreach They’re now saying phone won’t be working until at least 3rd June. Disgusting treatment of elderly vulnerable person by both companies. Both should be ashamed but don’t seem to care
