In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk the worst ever experience , I was suppose to go live on 12 and today is 20th we are without WiFi ,they have changed our engineers visit 5 times and keeps doing it , children can’t do their homework and gets punishment at school , Talk Talk really Sucks

@TalkTalk No you couldn't help me at the start of my contract with instant cancellation within my 14 day cooling off period for bad service & you almost certainly cannot help me today. I am kept without wanting to be a customer of talk talk due to your non uk based call centres inability.

@sharon_edgerley @TalkTalk Its horrific, i had no choice but to stay on there service, even though i contacted them to cancel several times as i could not get through to someone that would help me without hanging up when they heard the words cancel!

@TalkTalk I've had no Internet all evening run test said it's fine which I'm sure its not the website Lewis sending round in circles can't get on to open chat with the customer services this is getting very annoying in pe15 area
