In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@MattKTF @TalkTalk Same terrible customer service from TalkTalk here. Signed a new Fixed Price contract last week, now they tell me my price is going up. Not 'Fixed' after all.... What an awful company.

Want broadband at home in UK. No need for fixed calls though I understand broadband comes through the phone line. Previously had good service from Plusnet. Won't go near talktalk. Bit worried about Plusnet now because their dealdoubles in price after 18 months. Any advice?

@TalkTalk Well that was a waste of 26 minutes. No one answered. Sooo how about instead of expecting the customer to so the running around, actually be customer friendly and sort this mess out. I knew going back to talk tall was a stupid idea. Prove me wrong!

@TalkTalk Today I had the experience of being lied to by talktalk of course talktalk will say misinformed a pretty word for lied to. I done everything asked of me only to be told we can't help you after being told the opposite. Lies, Lies and more lies. Resolve that talktalk.
