So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@PercyBlakeney63 Oh, but if people had asked for it, we'd have it. Markets, innit! Supply and demand! TalkTalk - with an appallingly over-loaded and under-specced network, are constantly one of the UK's top ISPs. Only because they're cheap and that's more important than speed to a lot of people.

@TalkTalk you’re customer service is appalling. I’m trying to cancel my broadband account but there is no way of doing this without ringing up and waiting in a queue for hours. Any other suggestions?!
