  @TalkTalk your website is incredibly hard to navigate when you need help! My internet is down, I've followed all suggestions on said site but now there is no clear path to report the fault. The get help button just takes you back through previous options.

  Hi @TalkTalk what level of customer support can I expect for no internet? You have confirmed it is outside out house. You have told me it will be out for 4-5 days. Our neighbours have been told over a week. Will you be sending a 4g hub until it is fixed?

  @TalkTalk Still no internet in sk23. Was dealing with Chris yesterday but he stopped replying to messages at 15.19!!! Is there a local problem or is it our router? Have already been through all the in home checks.
