In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk just received a final bill for cancelling our contract (we didn't) after spending hours on phone to customer service last month being told billing would continue as normal. What is going on? Awful service.

@GameBoiiSav Had a terrible experience with TalkTalk - sent me 2 routers that just didn’t work. Moved to Virgin Media. Can be slow sometimes due to traffic like you said, but overall had a much better experience with them

Guys Virginmedia speeds are amazing but the Internet traffic in my area means it either runs really slow or not at all, 256mbs Talktalk is only 76mbs but is 99.9% reliable and has no traffic Do i stay with virgin orr go with talktalk

@TalkTalk No mail for lineone is working at all, no web mail, no mail on any device. You lot are beyond a joke, no one has so many problems as TalkTalk, remember we are paying for mail now!

@TalkTalk Please provide me with a link or details of how to lodge a complaint against TalkTalk I looked at ISPA and unsurprisingly TalkTalk haven't signed up to that service.. I'm feeling harassed by TalkTalk and want to lodge a report ASAP

@TalkTalk I originally reported my tv box stopped working on the 31st October. It never got fixed due to inept staff. I eventually reported it again yesterday and am still no closer to getting it fixed due to inept staff. How do I proceed? DM failed!
