    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    Hi, @VodafoneUK on 3 occasions I have requested chat transcript and not got the conversation only the bot chat transcript sent to me - not good enough. Please tell me I am not going to get same service as I did with TalkTalk as it only got connected today.

    @NPhil1 @TalkTalk I mean, customer services weren't open at the time of the outage, how would you expect them to leave a voice message? By rubbing Mystic Meg's crystal ball the night before?

    @TalkTalk glitchy slow WiFi for hours now. On off on router. Hard chat on live chat. Followed all instructions. Still same this morn. Paying alot each month. They said an issue & did tests. Its not resolved. How & when please???

    @TalkTalk Hi the link doesn’t work, and as a consumer it should be my right to pay via my chosen paid method. This being over the phone, however as a consumer im now restricted due to being transferred to overseas agents with limited English / poor understanding.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk How do I get an engineer out? My parents go a new modem and an engineer was meant to come they didn’t show, trice. This was months ago I tried to set up the new modem but there seems to be a bit missing? Current internet is 💩We need help been customers since 2008
