So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk your service is appalling I have sat for over 2 hours trying to chat. Get through and the chat is ended!! Try to phone in the advertise hours and your shut!! Contract is breached how do I get out if it??? Government should know about your poor service

@markandersonrun @TalkTalk I had a terrible experience in 2017 Reduced to tears of frustration while on the phone to customer services because they wouldn't let me cancel within cooling off period. Clever stalling until the time is over.

@MultiFan2000 I know, it's very poor customer service from #TalkTalk - 12 phone calls, stress, and 4 months to cancel, another call to get the refund. I told them my thoughts in DM. Hopefully the end of the sorry saga, but I'm free now! 🥳

@Craigfox27Fox @TalkTalk Yes. They aren't with the communications ombudsman, but they use a different service - CISAS - though they won't touch any complaint less than 8 weeks old.
