In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@CPWTweets @MastercardUK @TalkTalk he's in his 70s and doesn't use social media. He's using an old tiscali account and it stopped working and is been given the run around by the customer service. Just look up people called Flint Thank you for picking this up so quickly though!

@SkyHelpTeam No I was not. Just got advised that an engineer will visit. So are you going to let Talktalk know I’m switching at all?Their tel customer service is appealing and it’s will be very difficult to get them to cancel my contract.I’m also in my cooling off period with them(7days left)

@CiscoSecure 2/2 my co. rather unhelpfully suggested i switch broadband provider. tho i'm in contract. do u have a way of helping me ? Talktalk say they don't support VPN so they won't help . thanks.

@TalkTalk broadband has been disconnecting all day every 10 minutes, this happens frequently throughout the month, Im getting fed up with it, I’ve run live connection tests through your website and Im told “everything looks good” which clearly isn’t the case considering the issue

@olorinhenderson Not aware of TalkTalk using CGNAT. Their network is VPLS so they might well have DHCP scopes mapped per exchange, though.
