In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Had no internet connection all over the Christmas holidays to the TV Box so couldn't watch channels I was paying for and couldn't record programs I would miss. Don't believe anything Talk Talk say, will be making a complaint to ofcom their tel number is 0300 123 3333

@TalkTalk After 5years, I decided to leave. Price increased and a speed boost that I thought I was getting last year was never actually applied. I've just received a call from 03300577850. I declined to answer some security Q's as I wasn't sure who was calling and he just hung up. RUDE!!!

Wherever we may end up one things for certain is I'm not staying with talktalk after april. The amount of times the net keeps going down is disgusting. It's been happening alot over the past few months and I don't know why

@TalkTalk No connection at all since early morning. Every day have problems with talk talk broadband. Fed up. Won't renew my contract with you. Can't wait until April to say goodbye to talk talk. Never again.

@TalkTalk why is asking for an existing customer request, update new router so damn difficult!Not everyone has a smartphone or access to their e-mail without a router. Silver surfers exist their money is as good as anyone else's. Customer service atrocious lost the will to live

@TalkTalk Have odd problem with Broadband last 3 weeks or so. BB seems to be connected to Spain; spanish language Spotify ads, spanish search results, YouTube-[es] not [uk], spanish language options in Google, etc. Affects Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
