So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk As I have said. Your department is unable to deal with my problems. I have been through the DM process and it's always the same result. Look at my previous DMs and you will see. I can see from twitter there are a lot of other unhappy talktalk customers. What's going on talktalk?

@TalkTalk I'm at my whit's end. I cannot get you to fix me internet which is dropping out constantly - everytime I call your call centre it's a waste of time. Here I am again, my internet now working and been off for 2 days now, again. It's been on/off for 3 months now. HELP

@TalkTalk Total unreasonable nonsense. If you read the thread you will see why I made my tweets. Talktalks standards are shockingly low at the moment. I made a complaint via email and I've had 14 text messages saying I'll get at call. No calls. I've communicated via DMs several times. 1
