    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk You don't care , if you cared you could have sent the router via UPS at your expense, instead of waiting up to 7 working days but no, customer services said this was no possible, wow! The amount of profit you make & can't even fast track a shipment 1/2

    @yakeoz @TalkTalk Good luck Zoe, ive given up. I was promised a call back between 9 and 10 this morning and guess what.....!!!! Im going elsewhere, plenty of other companies that will provide a better service

    @TalkTalk How else would one feel to find ones contract broken by TalkTalk in this way via letter? If I'm a couple of days late paying a bill from you guys, you cut services pretty darned quick I've tried to get help with this, but apparently, your " system is down"

    @TalkTalk Been having connection issue the last 2 weeks or so. My girlfriend and I play a lot of online games. About 2 weeks ago we started experiencing high ping, and random disconnects. We ignored the issue hoping it would improve after a while, however, it has been getting worse
