In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk, I’m struggling to understand whether or not there is still an issue in York. My wifi definitely still isn’t right and a fault is showing on the ONT but not sure if it’s just something specific to me now or not? Anyone else got an ONT fault?

@TalkTalk NR19 area, no Internet for 4-5days! Logged 2 complaints and still nothing! We're paying £50+ a month for what? I have teenagers needing to revise for GCSE's! Poor service so far!

@TalkTalk An outage hardly is “planned maintenance”. Be honest, do not hide behind bull. Tell you current customers the truth openly! We can vote with our feet at next renewal - most service industries realise this.
