    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk hi getting error on C4 on demand. Error message 4102 RENDER DECODE. Tried leaving it a while but still same. Never had issue…googled reason n believe it’s down to your TT to address. Pls can you advise?

    Never have I ever had dealings with a customer service team so incompetent than the one at @TalkTalk. 7 different calls, 7 different people, 7 different answers.. 3 months of lies and still out of pocket.. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

    Absolutely shocking introduction to @TalkTalk - I was supposed to be live today with internet. Called to see what is happening and the agent has said the order hasn’t been processed and cannot tell us when we will have internet. Awful service!

    @TalkTalk My router has been flashing like a ****** wedding disco light show all night. I've turned it off for 20 mins, checked all the connections and all that other nonsense. I've even threatened it with a slap, but to no avail. Is there a problem in DN4?

    @TalkTalk It's cutting out on/off been doing it for weeks, service was great until we switched to fibre 150,even ethernet cable no good n you have the cheek to charge me!!!

    @TalkTalk Every time somebody has "looked into it" they just tell me to do basic crap like restart my WiFi. Even had people come out to fix it and the issues start again the next day.

    @TalkTalk Just awful. My housemates and I are students with online classes going on and we haven't had internet since 28th July. We've called customer service every single day since it happened and kept being told that the problem would be fixed in 24hrs . It's been 120hrs and counting

    I desperately need to change my Internet provider. @TalkTalk is easily the worst provider I've ever had the displeasure to be with. How this company is even still in business actually shocks me. You can't go more than an hour without their WiFi having a meltdown😒

    @TalkTalk So they finally rang me earlier, they agreed to cancel my contract and credit the bill payment.
