So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So my in-laws and brother in law have been without internet for about 5 days! My brother in law is having to put his mum and dad at risk of #COVID as he is having to go into the school where he teaches to work! Many calls & emails to @TalkTalk have not been answered! Very poor!

@TalkTalk I’ve just renewed my contract, couldn’t have the F 150 service so opted for F 65. Do I get a new router, as hinted on your website, or am I stuck with my existing Huawei HG663 which doesn’t like iPhones & drops out several times a day?

Hello @TalkTalk can someone explain why my mother has been charged £60 to UPGRADE her wifi and why it took over 2 hours to achieve? She's been a customer for 10 years and just wanted a simple upgrade to a generally poor service.

@TalkTalk With the announcement from the first minister today in Scotland about only emergency workman allowed in houses only. Will my engineer appointment still go ahead next week. This is for internet to be installed that I need to homeschool. Thanks

Let me leave Talktalk to move to Sky..Sky is turning out to be no better than talktalk with their poor customer service..if it wasn't for my son I wouldn't bother..I would just use my phone for Internet...
