In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

My partner has been trying to cancel his contract with @TalkTalk for 58 minutes so far today and they have been completely unhelpful and transferred him 3 different departments. This is not acceptable and part of the reason he wants to leave. Appalling customer service.

@TalkTalk You have asked me to pay for a bill for broadband after my contract ended, spoke to you chat, they advised that I pay, and in 6 days when a new bill is generated I will get a refund for it. Madness!!! seriously, I cant be dealing with your support. not paying it.

@TalkTalk How do I know which exchange my Daughter is on?? No signal at all, contacted and was told mobile software needed to be updated however this has made no difference and we are going around in circles on the phones!

@TalkTalk I now spend a full day talking to 7 different people on the phone, so disappointing. can I please ask for simple email address or postal address where I can send written complain. Please do not send me link to your complaint form this doesn't work. Thank you.
