In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

hello @TalkTalk i just did a speed test and my download speed is 2.42mbps and my upload speed is 0.69mbps, how can i fix this because i cannot do anything on my wifi its been like this for days

@TalkTalk So it’s as simple as that? I just have to wait even though it’s completely ruined my Christmas as I now can’t afford presents and you won’t do anything to help me. Absolutely disgraceful! I will go to offcom about this. Talk talk who don’t talk to customers - ironic #Disgrace
