And everybody we’ve spoken to on the phone have been useless, and what’s this £30 extra service charge they’ve had to pay! Absolutely ridiculous! Shocking customer service

My very elderly grandparents are unable to make any outgoing calls and you can't call them to help fix it but you are able to call my sister back if the call she was making to you disconnected?!?! Sort it out!!!
