@TalkTalk DM’d but seriously I haven’t had internet since 4:30pm today, having to work via my @giffgaff mobile phone data. Not cool. All week internet has been intermittent and so unreliable. Paying for a useless service 😡😡😡

@IanBrow99778740 @TalkTalk Hi Ian, sorry to read about @TalkTalk's miserable service - unfortunately, I'm more than familiar with it. If it would help to talk through your options and look at other providers in the area, I'd be happy to help. 02922528987

@TalkTalk It would have been good to have been warned about loss of service. My son was doing an online exam when it cut off.

@TalkTalk We switched over to you last week and have had to reboot several times since then. When we look at the connected devices it shows some of the devices two or three times on the list. Could this be the problem? Any suggestions? Thank you 🙏

@FrankEHaschka @TalkTalk I picked up on TT's use of 'your' and 'our' the other day... they don't even take ownership of their own service. It might not be appropriate but is there any mileage in switching (eventually) to a business service? You should get better SLAs and a lower contention ratio.
