    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    Not one full day of internet for 10 days and no help whatsoever from @TalkTalk , hours wasted on the phone just being left on hold for 40 minutes, partner and I not able to do any work for days... supreme 👍🏼

    Switched internet providers to @TalkTalk because sky was crap and of course we still haven't got it working. Should have gone live yesterday. Ring the helpline and they say to talk call back in 3 hours...

    @TalkTalk I moved to you because my internet from sky was poor, little did I know that when my internet stopped working with you I would experience such rubbish service. I have spent 3 hours on the phone to you and still no internet. I would definitely not recommend @TalkTalk

    Another unsuccessful result with our Internet connection @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare Meaning our operations are at standstill. The advisor was in a rush to resolve the matter as he had places to go....Enjoy your lunch Dave! We will try and fix this ourselves! #customerservice

    @TalkTalk Getting help off talktalk is like talking to the wind....still waiting on the 30 day promise to compensate for the 2 weeks without phone or broadband only to say it's with their 'back office' for another 30 days .... and charged for a router I supposedly needed but didn't.

    @TalkTalk hi. I can not fix the problem with broadband. According to your website I receive 70mb to my router, but all my devices at property receiving 1.5mb. This happen after tonight service shortage in London.

    Contacted @TalkTalk cause I was thinking to stay with them, the guy I spoke to was new and said he can't help me and I would get a call back..no call back...dont know why I bothered..honestly.. Let me see what @BT is saying..

    @TalkTalk Internet went down 4pm yesterday. Couldn't get through to any one on the phone. Logged the issue online, to be told it will take 2-3 days to fix. Got through to someone on the chat to be told to message back in three hours. I am working from home, I need this resolved!!

    @GiggleJPiggle @TalkTalk Cancel you near the end of your deal and the force you on to a new 24 month deal. When I said no I have to pay £90 early release! When I say no to that they transfer me to the people that can't access my account. The ones I've spoken to for three days. @TalkTalk 😡
