    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @talktalk @financialombuds worst customer service & tech support I have ever dealt with. My elderly/vulnerable mother has never had wifi since joining talktalk 3 months ago. They have disconnected her phone twice without warning or reason. They need to be investigated immediately

    @TalkTalk This is disingenuous. It’s not me ‘escalating’ anything: I’m seeking resolution. Talk Talk is charging me for an account I no longer have with no explanation of what the charge is for. You are ‘escalating’ matters by threatening me in your email 26/5/with fines for non payment

    @TalkTalk Well last time I dm was just told to call the Better Value Team. If that’s all you can do just forget it. It doesn’t seem like this issue will be resolved to my satisfaction. I’m just going to look for a new provider. Thanks.

    @TalkTalk My internet speeds have dropped dramatically for 3 days. I can’t even load an internet page to do a speed test whilst on Wifi. And customer service closes at 7pm which is stupid. I want this fixed.

    @TalkTalk Landline down reported Monday, your engineer called Tuesday, problem passed to Openreach who were meant to have attended this AM. No show. Still not able to make LL calls. what info do you require to get this sorted?

    @TalkTalk How do I send my Royal Mail receipt to prove I've sent my router/modem back to you if you won't let me login online or get through on the phone because I'm no longer a TalkTalk cst. You billed me £50 for no reason. I'm getting really stressed worrying about it

    @TalkTalk Currently sat on the phone with an agent who has muted me and refuses to talk because I have asked for the loyalty team. Now, I either hang up and go through all of this again (about an hour) or do I keep shouting "hello?" Until I get an answer?

    Absolutely disgusted by @TalkTalk the service I have not received for 5 weeks now, the hours of calls I have had to make, the money they have taken from my bank for the service I have not received, the stress it has caused me. I would say it is now time to change provider 🤬

    @TalkTalk Care line for a housebound shielding customer, can be the difference between life & death. With a working land line, when Care line is activated, first responders, & carers arrive within minutes. 4 days with no service isn’t good enough. She couldn’t call for help! #unacceptable
