    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

    @FirstSquawk TalkTalk headlines are a classic deal-premium trap — retail sees a spike and forgets the network arm is being carved out.     @Andy_Ross1962 @TalkTalk Sounds brilliant! We are using a Smarty sim in a mobile router. Have done for nearly a year. It’s the only way to get any WiFi. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

    @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    @TalkTalk Our internet has been virtually non-existent for days even though Openreach are supposed to have fixed the exchange. Obviously not!What’s going on TalkTalk? I have a fault logged but I can’t even access your website from my phone. We so need to cancel our contract with you!
