In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk my internet has not been working today and despite several calls to your customer line to get an engineer to look at the fault, the issue is unresolved. I’ve been told it could be three days before things are sorted. Not really very satisfactory at all.

@Trebleutd @TalkTalk Hello, it is not our leaflet. The network for TalkTalk is being built by Freedom Fibre. TalkTalk are the service provider and the offer is being provided by TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk 2nd night in a row my broadband has gone down. Totally unacceptable. Either fix up or I’m gone. No other business takes my money and gives nothing in return. Expect this kind of service from a budget provider, is that what you’ve become? Sort it out! #TalkTalk
