    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @stuart_watts @TalkTalk Same problem but with upload speed. Been like it 7 months. Talktalk are useless. I’m taking it up with there ombudsman now

    @TalkTalk It was fine for about to 2 hours this morning has been on/off since. Had an engineer out about 2/3 months ago for same issue and loss of speed. Over the past few weeks connection has been dropping, but this week has been really bad. No internet for hours some days
