    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk Hello, are you aware of any issues with the service in Stockton-on-tees? I've been struggling to mange to get/maintain a connection.

    @alleshallbewele @NOWTV We used to have Sky fibre broadband...every night it would cut out which then caused issues for our heating, cctv and alarm (couldn’t access them!). So we ditched Sky as soon as we could. Currently with TalkTalk and have had no problems.

    @TalkTalk after 5 days of no Broadband due to failed install TalkTalk have not resolved the issue in fact I have now been told to switch to another provider. This has caused issues with my job because like many I have been relying on Broadband to work from home @ofcom

    @TalkTalk have just spent an hour on the phone to you and you are sending me a replacement for my 'faulty router'. I've also just received the same text message as yesterday that you have sent an engineer to fix my problem..is it my router or an @OpenreachHelp prob?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup broadband payment done online, toot customer service were told that it will get activated in next 2 hours but now more than 20 hours over, but still internet not started.

    @TalkTalk your services are a joke. My download speed is 12 mbps and I was promised 70+. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
