    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    so tonight internet playing up, talktalk service centre page not working, to test connection,couldnt pay council tax,councils website playing up, and twitter playing up so couldnt log in to complain, now all ok again.But tomorrow talk talk will have switched itself off again

    @TalkTalk My internet isn’t working properly. It works for a bit then stops working and wee orange light on router flashes. Is there a problem? Iam in Coatbridge Scotland.

    @TalkTalk I have now been without Internet since Sunday & still no help. 'Customer service' have just told me I may have to wait another 24 hours before fixing it. Totally unacceptable. Terrible service & will definitely be receiving a complaint about this!

    psa never ever ever ever ever ever go with @TalkTalk since march I have probably spent about 60 hours on the phone with them and I am still having to phone them for trying to charge me extra money and **** me about , THE worst customer service #karenvibes

    Hi @TalkTalk Cant get onto your service centre web page to check connection, and when i try other pages so slow to load, hamster wheel running slowly on pages and line keeps dropping out all day.

    @TalkTalk I remain unsatisfied. I am within 30days of Go Live and have requested to cancel multiple times and your consultants are advising I cannot do so. Is this false advertising by your company? @WhichMoney @MoneyTelegraph

    @TalkTalk well at last fixed. 5 days without service though is awful. And the ‘serious line fault’. Well according to engineer it was simply that someone switched us off at the exchange. Took less then 5mins.

    Would advise people to never use @TalkTalk unless you are fans of being wrapped into potentially never-ending contracts

    @TalkTalk Err just noticed you are doing that the price will rise in April each year by the rate of inflation plus 3.7%, So even if cost go down you will charge me more. No thanks
