So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Any idea why I have a letter from a debt collection agency, addressed to my late husband, when I was advised in the Summer his account had been amended and closed? Appalling, distressing and unforgivably poor service. Do. Better.

@TalkTalk thats the problem.wanted full fibre & benefits from the speed. had it installed & tried for at least 2 weeks get package then gave up & went elsewhere. my mobile contract is out now 25 years been with EE (was with them with Orange) now that goes to @VodafoneGroup tomorrow.

Forget upgrading broadband. I've been waiting a week for @WeAreOpenreach to solve a line issue, and it's taken a week calling @TalkTalk to discover where the fault is.

To all @TalkTalk users. Make sure u take a screenshot and voice record every communication you have with them. Otherwise you will never be able to prove that there was an issue and you are eligible for a refund. They will say that you have never contacted them before

@TalkTalk totally unacceptable service from talktalk left me without broadband since 29th September was told I needed to place a new order, now second in only to to be told both have been rejected. Case reference number & told they will be in touch with further updates. Next year

@TalkTalk Rane has sorted it "bill" for service after i terminated service is no longer valid....(obv). Thanks Rane. I did ask for upgrade to Fibre many times after it was installed i even said many times im gonna pay you £1000 for 24 months or whatever the maths. then i would go on hold
