In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk REALLY am not happy with your customer service. Took me 2hrs getting to your staff over the phone just to change the date of the appointment and well I took a day off from work to let your engineer in my place today but “no appointment’s booked for today”? Stop joking.

months r so and we get a letter from the courts to pay £128 to talk talk as we went to EE to change they said they were going to sort it cancel it and dont think they did will be havin words so don't be with #talktalk..!

@TalkTalk My feedback is clear however to sum up, Worst customer service experience via telephone agent's and their inability to provide information which is presumably on a screen in front of them..basic stuff. 2 weeks of dealing with idiots is becoming dreadfully boring! 🥱

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.
