In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk My router has been flashing like a ****** wedding disco light show all night. I've turned it off for 20 mins, checked all the connections and all that other nonsense. I've even threatened it with a slap, but to no avail. Is there a problem in DN4?

Hard to believe about customer loyalty! My package (£34) for a new customer is £29 pm for a year then £44 triple speed package for a new customer is only £32 pm for 12 months Sky TalkTalk & EE are looking reasonably priced for speed, as is BT stragely.

@TalkTalk why can't I cancel my broadband? Everytime I try I get fobbed off. So I've cancelled my DD. Please also cancel my 'free fibre installation' Your service is shocking from The product to customer service.

@TalkTalk the internet has been cutting in and out all day. Have already reset the router and hasn't helped. Connection test when connected is fine. But obviously there is a problem since it cuts out so frequently in one day.

@TalkTalk It's on/off for weeks even ethernet doesn't help,was good until we went to fibre 150 awful service every constantly in touch just wasn't the high price I'm paying for!! I deserve compensation for this awful service

I hate that i can't play anything properly bc my lag is so bad I ******* hate it I hate talktalk, i wanna go back to having EE wifi but my dad refuses to spend an extra £5 monthly, as if £5 is actually a significant amount of money

@TalkTalk Just awful. My housemates and I are students with online classes going on and we haven't had internet since 28th July. We've called customer service every single day since it happened and kept being told that the problem would be fixed in 24hrs . It's been 120hrs and counting

@TalkTalk hi getting error on C4 on demand. Error message 4102 RENDER DECODE. Tried leaving it a while but still same. Never had issue…googled reason n believe it’s down to your TT to address. Pls can you advise?
