@TalkTalk Get someone to call me now…. As you’re customer service is pathetic, you have disconnected my WiFi and your bill from me has just increased 180 quid. I am sick of wasting my time. SORT THIS OR YOUR SUED

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@alexbloor A trick question, right? You mean, which of the one telco monopoly.. As opposed to, which telco is so bad that you might expect this ludicrous level of avoidance infra? What estimate: no. of #TalkTalk customers could have saved £100s + got ok Internet speed by changing supplier?

@OpenreachHelp I’ve been waiting for installation of broadband for 7 weeks now. Talktalk say delays are all down to you. They have escalated countless times to your selves. Maybe you would have the courtesy to tell me your selves what has caused so much distress to my family

  • JackWelsh97 Jack Welsh (@JackWelsh97) reported

@Liv__Es Sorry Liv but you're wrong on this one. This isn't a government subsidy, nor is it free broadband. Openreach are just axing the one off connection free it charges the service providers (Sky, Plusnet, BT, Talktalk etc) to install the line. It is coming out of Openreach's pocket.

  • gabrieljeziers1 gabrieljezierski (@gabrieljeziers1) reported

@TalkTalk TERRIBLE COMPANY, DISHONEST AND LIARS.Agreed a Fibre 65 contract £24 a month for 18 months. Talktalk increased to over £40 a month. Terrible customer service as well. Impossible to make a formal complaint.

  • martin022785 Martin Turner (@martin022785) reported

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp Hi Rose thanks. Yes I had the same message for the 3rd week running @OpenreachHelp will review again in 2 days. They’ve been reviewing this constantly for 3 weeks now !! and as it’s an open reach problem I was in hope they could explain them selves to me to justify 7 week delay

  • wlindsey758 Lindsey Wilkinson (@wlindsey758) reported

@TalkTalk I rely on wifi calling because @EE coverage is shocking at my address also. I’ve been disconnected 3 times on a call to your technical support. My neighbours have the same issue So I just need to know when broadband will be back !
