    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk Hi Sindy thank you for your attention. Put in lot of time in drafting the complaint and what does the TalkTalk complaints officer do ? Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

    Go on @TalkTalk make my f**king day & call me again, I dare you, I double dare you… I told you last time what would happen & your “customer service” agents hanging up on me isn’t going to stop me cancelling at end of contract now other @CityFibre providers are available…🤬

    Well have to say if you have a @TalkTalk broadband account then cancel. Charges up to £180 for the cancellation of the service upon the death of my mother. Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent all evening trying to sort my elderly Nan’s landline. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help
