You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. I reported it twice only to be told my internet will be better if I UPGRADE. The call centre's you use are dire, totally useful and stick to a scripts and do nothing to help customers. Kindly DM me
