@TalkTalk Any reason for the really bad internet service in DA16? Not happy again! 0.06 Mbps download 0.04 Mbps upload Server: London Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly.

Hello @TalkTalk I've had no TV reception since Saturday? Is there a fault with the transmitter or my aerial? I've tried asking your chat staff but they're terrible. I have been told to turn my box off and on again! 😡

@TalkTalk Really disappointed with the quality of help I received from your live chat today. The agent would parrot back the same response without reading my responses, and I've chosen to not renew my contract with you because of the lack of communication.
