In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Will do, thank you, our internet is so crap now we can literally only have one thing using it at a time and even that doesn’t work well always. Seriously thinking we may need to change provider as we need a decent internet.

@ColinBrazierTV So glad I forced TalkTalk to agree to a locked in price when my term expired in August, I said if you don't fix it, and not include the CPI increase then I'm leaving, had a lengthy discussion with them on the phone, so glad I did with the amount it would increase.

@TalkTalk is there something wrong with your phone lines. I'm a new customer awaiting connection. I've been told today that my connection has been cancelled by city fibre and to call talk talk. Five times I've called and five times I've been disconnected?! Not a good start..
