In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk You are not here, ever since day 1 when i tried to cancel within my 14 day cooling off period and now im stuck on your network as your call centres do not understand anything or hang up due to technical issues. No one ever tried to call me back. Also why is full fibre cheaper?

Heard nothing further from @TalkTalk - such a bad experience, is anyone else struggling with their procedures and systems? CM-323319 I’ve been cut off twice today by your customer service and technical people. My issue is simple, I have not had any broadband service!

@TalkTalk I have had a live chat for 3.5 hours today telephone call for 1.5 hours and still no answer as to why you have cancelled my broadband even though I have a two year contract until 2024. Poor customer service today passed from pillar to post with no answers.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk Before few months, I called them as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, after some time, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, don't trust TalkTalk
