In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

.@TalkTalk, seems you sent a new router last week that never arrived, spoke to @YodelOnline but they were no help, my problem apparently. Would be good if there was a simple way (other than my public twitter acc) to tell you this? Your phoneline just wasted my time.

@stevejacksonHN That's me just had a phone call from TalkTalk because I put in a complaint, I got told the same info they told me on here, I was polite as I could be and said I don't care, they cost of everything has gone up and you have sold me a false promise, I'm not happy 1/2

This fixed my @TalkTalk broadband (BB) problem, after a very very brief power cut, the @TalkTalk (I have the latest one) router is not fit for purpose if it cant reset itself after a power cut. Try this sequence:..(continued in comments)

Another day with talktalk internet DOWN. They say I’ll get a refund once they have fixed it. HAHA been 7months now. Come on talktalk sort it out.

@TwitterSupport I haven't been able to see any video/gifs on twitter for the last 4 days. It looks like it's something to do with wifi @talktalk, please tell me you're working on it to resolve the issue?

@TalkTalk Hi I have recently done a credit check and found you put a default on my account. If i remember correctly you had to clear the bill and compensate me for the lack of service, the Internet never work and I kept paying and paying for no service. Please look into this and remove
