@TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

@TalkTalk Spent over 7 hours on live chat and then 30 minutes today trying to sort problem with router. "Definitely fixed" the problem for a grand total of 4 hours. Nobody wants to give out the complaints contact details. Not good customer service. Next step cancel contract.

@TalkTalk Still unresolved, seems silly to leave to use same Openreach fibre via a different provider but unwillingness to answer a simple question and resolve an issue via DM is indicative of a deeper organisational malaise.
