@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

@TalkTalk i had an email on 22 Mar saying prices would go up - gave me option of upgrading to fibre 65 at same price. I thought i had done that but it appears I'm still getting my slower service and paying more for the privilege. Can any one help?

@TalkTalk The third week with speeed being 10 to 15 times less than it usualy was. Technicians being aware of problem on their side. No podcasts, no streaming services, no sync to cloud. It is the 2020s. Please do something in the HG5 area.

@TalkTalkBizCare Turns out your support centre is totally useless. I've got an issue that could and should be a really simple fix, but pretty much was told "too bad". You're now actively blocking a local rugby club from having a web presence through simple neglect. Really good job TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Hi our wired internet (fibre) disconnects multiple times an hour for 1-2 minutes, during this time the router flashes red. We tried leaving it off overnight but it did not help

Just spent a couple of hours via web chat, telephone and at there request DM with @TalkTalk to tell me exactly what I was complying about service transferred to another provider on Feb 15th. Bill paid 18th Feb. But charging me till 13th Mar for services they haven’t supplied.

@TalkTalk thats how you treat a long time customer. I’ll never be back. Prefer to pay a bit more to be treated better. Need customer service training from @SMARTYMobileUK who treated me brilliantly
