@TalkTalk i had an email on 22 Mar saying prices would go up - gave me option of upgrading to fibre 65 at same price. I thought i had done that but it appears I'm still getting my slower service and paying more for the privilege. Can any one help?

@TalkTalk Yep, they were the ones who said eero is rubbish and have no idea why my phone doesn't work. apparently a new router will fix the problem. Losing the will to live with it all, but at least Thanks for replying. My phone live is via VOIP - thats what stopped working

@TalkTalk why do you require 30 days to cancel a broadband service even when the reason is moving out of a property? This must surely be the worst contract terms out of all broadband providers?

Hi @TalkTalk our internet has been down ALL DAY, my wife just did a status check thing and it says all is well but it’s not working this isn’t the first time. Can this be fixed quick please we rely on the internet for work

@TalkTalk its not the router, its not the connection, its nothing apart from talktalk having the worst and out-dated infrastructure out there that gives off the unstable connections that cant go a single week without the internet dropping or being slow

@TalkTalk Day 30 and my elderly Mum is still without a landline despite constant promises from you to resolve the problem you caused when you upgraded her package. This is causing great distress as a relative has cancer and needs Mum’s support via the phone #talktalkpoorservice

@Tony85235104 @TalkTalk I'm already with them I just have a simple request, honestly worst customer service I've ever come across. I am at a loss here with no internet since last Thursday, just need a new router and my package reinstating, don't understand what is going on, different story each day!

@TalkTalk My elderly father in law is having problems with his internet in Edenbridge. The only way you seem to be able to log this is on the internet through his account! Can you advise if there is a problem or advise me how I can log it?

@TalkTalk Your broadband service is a absolute joke. Forget the xfactor and concentrate on your customers for a change. Your service is so **** it has taken hours to post this. Also stop trying to tell me that my laptop is at fault. Your **** service is to blame not my equipment.
