  @TalkTalk i had an email on 22 Mar saying prices would go up - gave me option of upgrading to fibre 65 at same price. I thought i had done that but it appears I'm still getting my slower service and paying more for the privilege. Can any one help?

  @TalkTalk I’ve been with no internet since yesterday. First you said it was a power outage, today customer service says they’re working on it. When will this be resolved? I live in Richmond, London. I have Covid, so confined at home and unable to work. Compensation?

  @TalkTalk Seems like I’m not the only one with substandard service. The service is a joke. Virtually impossible to get hold of anyone with a totally unnavigable website that makes it so difficult to find the live chat. I don’t want to ask the ‘community’ I want to speak to an advisor.

  @ROBNEALshowman @TalkTalk Mate it’s useless! Spend 3 hours running tests for some idiot to say I can’t help call a number that closes at 7pm and keeps you on hold till they close!!

  @talktalk the #worst #broadband support team possible. Just keep redirecting me to new people without solving anything. Charging me for calls despite no phone, engineer appointment no shows, charged extra for talktalk not providing what was promised

  @ROBNEALshowman @Nisha75149135 @TalkTalk I got advised to push the pinhole factory reset on the back for 30 seconds. It worked. Pain in the arse having to reconfigure the admin login and wifi networks but hey ho, I'm connected.
