2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk Received a text message from QubeGB (WiFi engineer) saying they can’t make today’s appointment to fix my WiFi. I rang talk talk to rearrange appointment but they said engineer will show up today. They haven’t! Shambles!!! I need my WiFi working, I’m a teacher working @ home

1/3 Appalling costumer service from @TalkTalk. I keep getting letters saying sorry you are leaving (I don't want to leave) over an hour on the phone passed from one department to the next, being read the same scripted text, manager refused to talk to me (too scared)
