2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@bt_uk they are trying to force the customer into a new 24month contract. So I have been offered the option to move my tv package by cancelling the tv contract but this is not a practical solution as Talktalk will only offer a tv package with phone and broadband.

I'm so disgusted with @TalkTalk WiFi these past few weeks! My WiFi has been on and off for the best week and everytime we call to get it fixed, its sorted for about 24 hours then goes back to being up and down, disgusting.

@DJ_Gibbs @TalkTalk Good luck. I cannot abide @TalkTalk customer services. When I had a problem it was due to broken replacement wires at the exchange. They always try pinning the blame on the customer, threatening to charge me if wrong. It took a month to get our access back.

@talktalk what do I do? I upgraded to Fibre and today was my go live date. But new router has not arrived and it seems you've switched the service. So I'm left with no internet but I need to work from home and kids for school. And I can't through to customer service...
