2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@Nigelp89668893 I absolutely hate dealing with the Bombay Warrior’s when I was with Talktalk had one that didn’t understand what a bungalow was. Vodafone one asked me to take battery out of an iPhone to cure connection problems 😡😡

Day 3 no @talkTalk internet. I am glad this is a business account they are keeping down. They could accept there is a fault on the line. So far many have recommended Zen.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolute joke. I moved from TalkTalk to Sky broadband this year and whereas I never had internet issues before this is the second time within a few months for major issues with Sky - 2 people working from home.

So, @talktalk, after being satisfied with your service at my old place for a few years, I have to say that leaving your services is an absolute pain in the arse. I ring up, say I want to cancel, and go through security questions, only to be passed on to another person who asks
