    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @jsebastian67 @TalkTalk There service is shocking we were told a manager would call us but it never happened . I am so glad we are not with them anymore and i will not Recommend them ever

    @Duffield8 @TalkTalk Yup, disgusting service, just been in a live chat with @TalkTalk and, despite the fact they have taken my money for a service they have never provided, they are saying that they can’t troubleshoot as my account is in collections, even though my bill has been paid

    So, @TalkTalk , after arranging for your complaints manager to call me between 10 and 12, I'm still waiting to hear at 2pm. Empty promises by text, shameful service.

    @TalkTalk For anyone wondering how this was resolved I got given the number for customer service… shambles of a company, I wouldn’t bother trying to resolve this in a civilised manor. Just name and shame them, follow up with an email and move to another provider.

    @TalkTalk undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Spoke with a customer adviser who after placing me on mute for 10min put the phone down on me. After ringing back and not even giving the adviser the option of offering me a new deal, I was told that… 1/3
