    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @Ryan01020304061 @TalkTalk Hi, my talktalk is down too. Have you got a personal hotspot on your phone data? I had an equipment problem earlier this month and lost internet and while I was waiting for the new cable to be delivered, I hooked my Sky Stream and my smart tv up to my phones hotspot - worked

    @TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

    @TalkTalk The email that was sent to customers is very poor communication and misleading. Whoever drafted that email and whoever approved it to go out to customers should be advised accordingly
