    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk Funny talktalk cancel policy. My broadband contract ending 12th March, I got an email on 19th Feb says it's near end. When I tell customer service I want to stop auto renew contract, he says I need to give 30 days notice. I only got 3weeks from you btw

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog Talktalk are an absolute joke! Had nothing but trouble for 2 years, over 24hrs without service the other day, and now the connection has dropped 12 times in the past hour 😡😡 I want to cancel my contract, as you clearly cannot provide the service.

    A job was on the line because b/f had to WFH with no wifi, absolutely nothing done about it. So happy to leave @TalkTalk Disgusting treatment, why bother paying our bill if we just have to spend twice that on data to cover your uselessness and wait for calls that never come.

    @Google @TalkTalk Interestingly, TalkTalk are claiming ownership of the phone number in question. I don't think they've understood the nature of the problem at all...
