2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

Not happy that I've had no internet all day due to an "issue" that's gonna take up to 3 days to solve 🙄 dunno why I bothered going back to @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Hi, I would like to return an old talktalk wifi router. We were not sent a returns envelope when our service finished. How can I obtain one please? #recycle

  • SarahKerns10 Sarah Kerns (@SarahKerns10) reported

@TalkTalk how can I cancel my 87 year old grandmothers account which was supposed to be cancelled 2 months ago, yet she’s still being charged for, when she no longer has access to the landline connected to the account and can not recall the mobile number used for the account?!

  • czarnecki_h Heather Czarnecki (@czarnecki_h) reported

@TalkTalk I was right, another hour spent with someone who was absolutely no help at all.

  • MissCMaths2 Miss C (@MissCMaths2) reported

@TalkTalk I called you in May to cancel my contract. You asked me not to cancel my DD. You have now taken £100 more and no one seems to be able to refund it. You need to fix this.

  • Bairnecessity Steve Ramsay (@Bairnecessity) reported

@TalkTalk Day 7: No internet. No resolution in sight. Honour my contract; restore my services; deliver your 'promises'. Still no sign of a Case Manager or complaint being resolved. Still going round in circles. Tech Support > Full Fibre > Retentions, repeat until closing time.

  • Michael91554121 Michael santangelo (@Michael91554121) reported

@TalkTalk I expect it to be put on a different server or I’ll cancel

  • RyFish Ryan Thomas (@RyFish) reported

@harrisimo @bazzacollins That's weird - around here there are several ISPs (Zen, Vodafone, TalkTalk + several I've never heard of) all using CityFibre infrastructure.

  • gaz_w77 Mr Sleepy (@gaz_w77) reported

@TalkTalk I need a new router for my flat. The internet works fine but the router isn’t working every time I try to call I just get the annoying automated service that run checks to tell my internet is fine. I know this, it’s the router that’s broke & I need a new one ASAP

  • IlminsterSteve Steve Western (@IlminsterSteve) reported

@TalkTalk your customer service is an utter shambles, should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • 81Blazza Adam Blazza (@81Blazza) reported

@TalkTalk hi Amy reason our Internet has gone down to speeds of about 9mbs??? This is a massive drop and doesn’t help when working from home
