2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@ITVX A brief scan of this thread suggest that ITV has made a huge blunder and broken the previously functional ITV hub app on stbs and smart TVs. Certainly it is not working on a TalkTalk YouView STB. Oops.

@PiandNeko1 @TalkTalk Hopefully this is just a particularly bad glitch then. I’ve had a few trouble free years with them, but since broadband kept disconnecting on Fri - useless. As wheelchair user, I rely on Alexa, smart plugs etc etc for cat litter tray, wheelchair & lights. They know this too 🙀

@adamm1732 @TalkTalk @CityFibre Nope. Still waiting. Crap company. However not convinced Vodafone will be any better as they all use Cityfibre who don't open after 5.30, don't do weekends and do all the installations. #wtaflip

@PiandNeko1 @TalkTalk The next great thing is they sent me a DM with link (fab, so using my mobile phone data for this) …the link said ‘oops you’ve been sent wrong page’ @TalkTalk possibly worst in the UK & I thought I’d had the worst already 🙀
