2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@plusnethelp since joining you in June I’ve consistently had no connectivity for at least a part of every single day - despite upgrading against my better judgement in summer. I want to cancel this contract as it’s not fit for purpose and talktalk never gave me any issues. Help.
