2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup what a joke of a broadband provider my Internets been going off for over a month customer support are very rude and acually put the phone down on me over 3 times and my Internet is still yet to work even tho av paid for it I will be definitely switching

@TalkTalk I’ve tried speaking to your customer services people 5 times this morning and each time I’ve been cut off mid-conversation. Do you have a problem with your phone systems as my phone is otherwise working fine?

Hi @TalkTalk now had openreach out to dig up road, changed to new package and still have same Wi-Fi problems. Can I please now get a new Wi-Fi hub to replace several years old one?

@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I had 2 days cross over between bt and sky, so I had 2 days in which I was paying for both bt and sky. Bt wrote me to tell me that I was ending my contract early (1 day) and there was a penalty-£2! It's up to you how you want to do it, the stars never align perfectly.

@TalkTalk I have had a live chat for 3.5 hours today telephone call for 1.5 hours and still no answer as to why you have cancelled my broadband even though I have a two year contract until 2024. Poor customer service today passed from pillar to post with no answers.
