2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@gorgonzolar @TalkTalk ...whacking a £12 'late' payment fee on my already increased bill (post contract). I am right now this second having my evening disrupted (no wifi) and PAYING for that privilege. Never, ever, in my life have I been so alienated by any company - ever! You could not make it up.

@TalkTalk Hello. Is there a way to confirm dates of installs? Mine was in April but has now moved to February. I thought no installs were happening until April? I'm not complaining but need to cancel my current contract if I'll be connected for definate this month.

@TalkTalk Please explain how I'm able to access broadband BUT NOT receive phone calls!!!!!! Your first duty is to provide a phone service. Plus, my monthly fee goes up this month DESPITE not providing that service.
