Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

I did three days worth of being your engineer, to fix th problem. Then a further two days calling numbers and getting nowhere. Instead of email, RING ME.
