    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    Cool, it's after 4pm and TalkTalk didn't ring me like they promised (between 2pm-4pm) to sort out my complaint. I've also had no update on when the new flat will be connected to the internet. I'm aware there's engineer strikes but there's no reason they can't keep me informed.

    Has anyone ever tried to speak to a human being at @TalkTalk It's very difficult, then when you do get through, they're just doing heavy breathing down the phone and telling you they don't understand.

    @TalkTalk I still don’t have internet since yesterday. You are becoming one of the worst internet provider. I’m yet to get my guarantee speed fix . They said they will send a new hub and that was since last week Monday. This is becoming a joke

    @TalkTalk I appreciate the the replies. Unfortunately I can't be bothered to go through the rigmarole of toing and froing. I've told you the issue. It's now up to you to sort it out. If you don't fine. I won't loose sleep over it.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalkBizCare 2 weeks of restricted WIFI for no reason Spoken with 3 different agents on hold for hours at a time being told every time that it will be reconnected within 24 hours, then it never happens Still no resolution Very jarring
