2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

What other company would: Over Charge you, Offer a Refund But NOT actually Refund you the money?!? Have staff that don't give you the Correct Info or Advice? Use excuses after excuses as to Why they haven't done what the Customer Asks/requires?? Yes Darlings... it is @TalkTalk

@O2 what is going on with your mobile phone service? I've had hardly any signal at all for the last few days! my mobile contact price has gone up yet the quality of service has gone down.... so I'm paying for something I'm not getting! Same with Talktalk
