2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

I can’t believe this but my WiFi for @TalkTalk has gone down and I can’t access anything as it’s saying server up address could not be found I got studies by 10am for goodness sake sort out you WiFi I hate waiting around on no internet

@TalkTalk hi guys, shocker of a day- internet down since 8.15, keep being told there's no problem on the line and to turn my router off and on. Done that for 10 hours (definition of madness?!). Any other thoughts?

@TalkTalk We the customers have HAD ENOUGH NOW OF THIS rude customer service , terrible internet time and time again , wasting our time by making us go around in circles , SORT IT OUT ASAP , or give us customers compensation for the terrible service being provided by TALKTALK
