  @TalkTalk you are a joke, @cityfibre engineers late and then can't do the install because it's dark, and you can't organise to reschedule until 24 hours have passed of the failed appointment.I should be first appointment in the morning #fail

  @TalkTalk Already have. As for my details, I'll send my postcode, you should be able to tell me from my postcode if there's any issues. I want to know if it's your issue or an issue with openreach, either way, I need to know when it will be rectified.
