    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk A DM? JUST FOR YOU TO SAY THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO AND CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE MUST BE SOMEBODY FROM MAINLAND UK THAT CAN GET THIS MESS FIXED.

    @TalkTalk @CityFibre AND NOW AFTER PUTTING ME ON HOLD SOMEBODY THAT I'VE NEVER SPOKE TO JUST TERMINATED THE CALL FROM THE MANAGER. WTF IS HAPPENING HERE!!!!!!

    @PSAutoparts1 @bt_uk You'll need to raise and get your provider to escalate the issue with Openreach. @bt_uk is just a communication provider such as Sky and TalkTalk and do not maintain the lines. Lines are maintained by Openreach but it needs to be your provider that speaks to them.

    @TalkTalk I have and am still awaiting my leaving balance, I am hoping I receive it as the thought of calling customer services makes me anxious. My experience is absolutely hideous. I only hope that my phone calls were recorded and are used for staff training.

    @TalkTalk WHERE'S THE MANAGER WHO CALLED ME YESTERDAY AND TODAY THAT WAS DEALING WITH THIS MAJOR MESS THAT TALKTALK FIBRE TEAM BRAVO ZULU DELTA TEAM CREATED. SHE SUDDENLY PISSED OFF SND AND PUT ME THROUGH TO A RANDOM TALKTALK STAFF WHO THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN🤷🤦
