    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    Appears to me here that @Plusnet must be incompetent. Why would it take what was a perfectly good connection with @TalkTalk on 15th feb to having nothing. Bet they have no problem talking money out of my bank account.

    @TalkTalk this Is an ongoing complaint trying to get a power adapter from you. I have been without the internet for two weeks. Conversations with 6 agents and no further forward.

    @TalkTalk Thank you for the response. In the last 48 hours - I have been on the phone to talk talk for nearly 4 of them and still had no issue resolved. The 14 people I have spoken to have tried to put me through to the complaints department which obviously doesn’t exist? Am I correct?

    @talktalk I've now tried to contact you 5 times to change my payment date and no one has answerd me I'm being punished for being #poor this is the #worst #customerservice I've ever received I'm not letting this rest if I'm struggling to pay then make nxt month dearer no sense
