2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk "Stephen, an non appointed has been booked and unfortunately it takes 72 hours prior for the engineer to attend to the appointment destination, however the engineer will not be fixing the fault at your home but they will fix the fault at the distribution point where the fault is"

@TalkTalk appalling service from your support people. Your promise of 107mb, when we only get 5mb. Second time this has happened in 8 weeks. We want to cancel but you won't, even though you can't achieve your commitment. How can we resolve this??

@GailCharnock Gutted for you 😔 I usually always try & support Virgin as well despite a horrendous holiday experience in Australia years ago 🙄 I'm with @TalkTalk only had a couple of issues with them in a few years now both resolved quite quickly 👍🏻

72+ hours for #TalkTalk to fix a problem that's nothing to do with my equipment. Feckin terrible. They should be around in under 12 hours, never mind 3 days.

@TalkTalk I have been trying to cancel for the last week while I was in my 20day period you have messed me around so much telling me your going to fix it that I have now passed the 20days. You are currently not supplying me any Internet this is so poor

@TalkTalk Not providing a steady service within your contracted period should incur fees directed at you. Breach of contract. Shall I send you a bill? Kept telling us there was no problem although the internet dropped All. The. Time. Switched to Sky and it hasn’t dropped once....

@TalkTalk Yeah great we have the weekend now then 3-5 working days the 30days no service will be here soon enough. If I was allowed to cancel when I first asked I would of been in my initial 20days
