2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@cliff_grieve @nicolasquibb We've got talktalk, £21 per month, run 2 playstations on it, 2 TV streaming movies etc and all our phones and tablets on it! Never have a problem

@THennell @TalkTalk It’s a stressful enough time and this lot will just cause you more stress. This was the cheapest option & now I know why. I’d rather pay a few more £s elsewhere for better service. Both the internet service & customer service are awful

WHY DO TalkTalk SWITCH THEIR BROADBAND TO LIMITED DURING THE DAY I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY A RELIABLE SOURCE FROM TalkTalk ITS TO MAKE US UPGRADE TO A BETTER DEAL, SURELY THIS IS OUT OF ORDER THE HAV A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IF YOU GET THROUGH,THEN JUST LIE

@TalkTalk @concourseblues Did you get anywhere with this. I have been with them 2 months and regretting it. Absolute circus trying to get service. Admitted i paid on time but trying to screw me with fees and impacting my credit.

@TalkTalk worst network ever. My internet has been down for three days and I’ve been getting passed around from department to department. Was told to call back after ‘2hrs’ and now all offices are closed. But they never miss to collect their bill on time. Absolute joke.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup i called at 5pm as my internet is not working and your advisor told me to call at 7pm, but guess what? Apparently you close at 7pm. Thanks for fobbing me off while I have no internet
