2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@WeAreOpenreach Is that it ? I only ask as we lost service for 4 weeks when we moved from talktalk 900 to EE 1.6GB and apparently it was down to the new service being installed incorrectly . I just worry that if I try and move then it will cause another issue

@Beth_Connor89 @TalkTalk Really? I only had a bit of an issue with them and VM not communicating when I first moved over to TT, but otherwise everything has been great. I hope you manage to get it sorted with them.

@TalkTalk My 81-year-old mother has been without internet for 3 days, cutting her off from the outside world. My 84 year old father has had a stroke and was the only one with account access. hours on the phone me calling from 250 miles away, no help. Do better for elderly
