@TalkTalk Why does it need to be by DM? I'm sure this would be affecting your entire network. First noticed at least 3 months ago.

@TalkTalk Please see your DM, then, as I’ve written a very lengthy complaint about how rubbish your company is

  • lennyrfc Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported

@TalkTalk why was my Mum getting 8Mbps download speed on her broadband earlier this evening when she’s paying almost £50pcm for your super fast fibre broadband? Surely she should expect speeds in excess of 30Mbps? It’s been like this a day or two apparently so what’s the issue!?

  • beverlybhoys Michael Tracy (@beverlybhoys) reported from Skelmorlie, Scotland

@TalkTalkGroup why am I receiving emails from talktalk saying my email will be closed because it is not associated with a broadband account. I have spoken to one of your colleagues regarding this issue and she confirms that I do have a broadband contract .
