2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@Dione_RoseBibby @TalkTalk I am having same issue since 02 Oct morning. Spend many journeys on webchat support and telephonic tevh support, all in vain. I been told I will be charged for an Engineer visit on Tuesday, whereas I m working from home each day till Tuesday and can't work without Internet.

@TalkTalk I've spent over an hour with your online chat as my Youview box is not picking up any terrestrial channels (normal TV is picking these up already) over an hour waiting and the best they have come up with is turn it on and off. An hour for that? Why is my box not working

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Talktalk was £21 per month incl unlimited UK calls. Quoted by webchat renewal at £29.95 + £14 = £43.95… haggled down on phone to £22.95 incl unlimited UK calls.

Cheers @TalkTalk for having truly terrible service. Broadband is down and now have to wait 2-3 days for internet?? Absolutely a shambles this a week after you raised our monthly bill!
