2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk We’ve had problems with the internet. Randomly the wifi just goes. And doesn’t come back. I thought it was a one time thing. But then it continued. Its happened twice in one day Also since you have to work from home, its been hard to get into meeting when this happens.

@VinegarStrokes Won't they supply a new one? I'm with talktalk, not the best customer service but interweb speed isn't bad and they sent "free" upgraded router because I renewed with them for another year.

@TalkTalk Your customer service advisors are a joke, they miss advise me and now I'm told I've got to pay 2months worth of bills at the end of the march!! Not happy think I'll be looking for a new ISP today.
