@virginmedia been a customer for 15 years and treated like I'm stupid. Having spent over 40 hours in the last 2 weeks trying to resolve issues, I've now been told to ring TalkTalk. Virgin Media is a joke!

No internet because @talktalk keep telling us their previous customer service team lied to us and a week after our go live date there seems to be no date in sight. #talktalk #computersaysno #onholdagain

@maobook @TalkTalk Probably the worst overseas call centre staff I’ve ever interacted with. Zero product/system knowledge - will literally tell you anything to get you off the phone.

Well, @talktalk, here we are again. A week later, and a bill received for a service I have never received for a cancelled account, and the "people count" of TalkTalk colleagues is now 27. Shocking!

@TalkTalk I have been a very local customer, but recently I noticed my bill go up. I checked and it was a charge for a landline. I don’t use a landline so puzzles me why I was charged for this. I’m disabled so my internet is very important to me.

@TalkTalk wow! Over an hour 2 days in a row, 5 different departments just to try and cancel my uncles broadband which we had already done in November! I’m sure they ask the same questions over and over and then cut us off for laughs

Gillian Bower
(@GillianBower) reported
@virginmedia Well at least at TalkTalk you speak to people with common sense who are helpful and answer questions without passing you to 15 other departments. But of course, after escalating it they have never bought any *@virgin.net email addresses.
