2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk tried to sort my mums TV service since Sunday no joy is there a number I can ring to actually talk to a person rather than always leaving a number and having an mail to say all good when its not ! she's shielding TVwifi her only contact thanks in advance .

@WobbleBoxers @TalkTalk One good thing about BT was if the price goes up mid contract, you are able to cancel within a set time of the increase.
