2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@Metro_Bank Went toUxbridge branch this morning lovely duty manager. Understood my stress. He looked into the account details on file. All my payees do carry appropriate customer ref no for companies. I have print out evidence the money sent to @talktalk should be recognised as my payment.

@DanielleEdmondX @TalkTalk Mate leave them immediately they are the worst company going. The customer service line is basically set up to upset you and make you hang up so you never leave. I had HELL with them and ya right the Wi-fi doesn’t even work 🥴

@TalkTalk I was going to switch to you from Sky but tried to look on your website and it's so slow I realised that if your own sales material is so bad what standard is my broadband connection going to be? Guess Sky will be getting my money for another 18 months
