  2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

  @TalkTalk in May I called up to get a fibre connection for my new home off a flyer in the post. Today 5 months later still no connection. They’ve never called me, I’ve had to call every time. Great customer service hey? 😐 zero incentive to continue as a customer.

  @TalkTalk my Internet is down.. I've rebooted the router and its flashing orange and white... No issues apar when I test the line NE34 area... Its raining here is that the issue...
