  2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

I had an equipment problem earlier this month and lost internet and while I was waiting for the new cable to be delivered, I hooked my Sky Stream and my smart tv up to my phones hotspot - worked

  @FunJustJustin @TalkTalk there is obviously an issue as the response time on the live help is really poor. The strange thing is that the Broadband is working. Like you was glad to see not just us having the issue.

  @TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

  @TalkTalk Will someone turn the internet back on for the TQ13 area of Bovey Tracey Devon as it has been off since 5am today and local businesses e.g Lidl & Asda garage have been cash only, and must be losing thousands of pounds #Wifi #internet #outage
