2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk Why am I being charged for an engineer visit? He came, did NOTHING and left with our problem unsolved. This problem has been ongoing and is on YOUR END not ours. Worst customer service I have ever received.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH MODERN LIFE? Can't contact useless @TalkTalk by phone. SMS says engineer will come with 3 days. Meantime called @LloydsBank about my complaint. I was meant to get a call. Telephone agent said someone would be in contact (about the same complaint) within 8 weeks!

@TalkTalk tried several times to ring and use the chat system to cancel my broadband but I Persistently get handed to multiple staff members that “can’t deal with my request” or I just get ignored and hung up on, this isn’t acceptable at all

@TalkTalk I'm very disappointed with your customer service. I was persuaded to stay with you in June when you offered me £100 in vouchers. I've spoken several times to you and you promised to send it. I'm still waiting. Shockingly bad service or lies?

@TalkTalk incredibly disappointed and angry with the service received. 6 days to be without internet access is unacceptable, lack of any communication, an engineer who did show up, absolutely appalled.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Some day a tech genius will develop a plugin which allows an irate customer to have a real verbal conversation with a real human, who will then take ownership of the problem and solve it. Until then we must struggle on with the tech we have. 😟 #Justbelieve
