    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk totally appauled! Tatic to stop people from cancelling their account tell them the systems are down! Some how I do not believe your systems have been down for 2 days!!!

    @TalkTalk I have now called three times! First to be told call after 5.30pm the systems will definitely be back up and running, call again told to call tomorrow, call today on hold for 1h and 40 mins to be told systems are still down!!!!! Disgrace!

    @TalkTalk Lying that your systems are down to stop people being able to cancel their account is a different level of bad business!!

    @EJHarrison6 I was fully armed with TalkTalk's cheaper offer, but I think Virgin knew how crap TT was and that it was just a bluff..

    @TalkTalk Can you please answer the DM I have sent. It’s now 10 days with no internet. I’m so stressed now and can’t deal with this anymore. It has put so much pressure on my family as I have no way to video call my parents now there so upset!! Please fix this today

    @TalkTalk Day 13 with no internet. Countless phone calls to customer service, still not fixed (despite telling me every time I call it will be fixed within 24hrs). No updates. Sort it out.

    Best advice I could give is never use @TalkTalk for Internet, more time not working than working, and when it does work it's incredibly slow.
