    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk #talktalkcustomerservice Hi again. I'd like back the £50 you said I would be reimbursed, regarding my old email account. Online help asks me for landline/broadband account info. I've never had those - just tiscali email, so it seems you don't want to know. No?

    @bigleftyben @TalkTalk Where in Brighton are you? I'm in Portslade. They said they'd be sending out an OpenReach engineer in 24-48 hours so if the problem isn't fixed by mid-day tomorrow I'm a) escalating a complaint and b) changing suppliers.

    @BuntyMayflower I have the same problem. Mine on average goes down twice an hour. I hate @TalkTalk. Major unreliable. I didn't even choose them. They bought out my nice reliable service provider and I was forced into a contract with them

    @TalkTalk Hi I’ve had contact with an agent that has done nothing to get my broadband back up and running. I’ve had no internet for 4 days now can you escalate this further and get someone to contact me urgently to sort this out!! The service I’m receiving is terrible!!!
