2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk please issue an update on your website regarding the time issue on tvbox not updating to BST. Never had this issue before. Neighbours with sky and BT all ok so it's a TT issue.

@TalkTalk how do you cancel a contract if your system is always ‘down’? Been trying to leave your terrible service everyday for a week. Keep getting told I’ll be phoned back, but no one has. How do I do it in writing instead?

@TalkTalk just noticed the time on our youview set top box hasn’t updated we are watching programs an hour ago! Tried turning set top box off and on…all other devices internet etc., has been updated currently watching tv 5.23pm!! Please help!!

@TalkTalk There is an issue with my YouView connection. It has not updated to BST. I think I am not the only one with this problem. The tv programmes are all an hour behind. Can't see anything on the TalkTalk website in answer to this. When will it be fixed?
