2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

It's interesting how @virginmedia seem to think that the response to @TalkTalk having much faster internet for less money than their pre price rise contracts, should be to discourage us with the switching penalty, rather than, for example, making their service more competitive.

Which is the best broadband to go with , looking for at least 150MB. Between EE, Vodafone and BT. Currently with TalkTalk but having issues with the internet dropping when using PlayStation and it can be slow too. Thanks

last Nov my router broke after 6yrs usage. talktalk said no problem we"ll send a new one. nothing happened. they said it was a mistake on their end & resent it still nothing happened. After 3 weeks I cancelled & switched to bt superfast. T/TLK are now sending debt collectors l

@TalkTalk Yes you can help me. But if 36 calls, speaking to 19 different people can’t sort a simple refund then I’m sure you’ll struggle. One question- can you contact your customer service team by phone? It has been ‘too busy’ for three weeks
