2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

Wow @TalkTalk a new low in customer service! Your Twitter helper says “just give me a minute to pull my resources “ 3 days later I haven’t heard anything. You customer service manager says he’ll call me in 10 minutes... again still waiting 🙄

@TalkTalk Hi, I've been having an issue lately. In the early hours of the morning, my WiFi becomes unavailable. Doesn't show on any devices. Ethernet is fine, can access router where wifi shows as also fine, but I cannot connect to my own wifi from two feet away.

@TalkTalk We pay for a service. If you are not providing the service than why am I paying. Another day without Internet and forget you're useless online agents who take 3 hours and still don't resolve the issue.
