    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk Had Future Fibre fitted 4/4, worked ok for 2wks, now won’t connect. Line test says it works=it doesn’t, complained last Sun= sent a new cable for router =STILL not working, now what? I wfh & am losing income every day until this is sorted 😠I didn’t even ask for fibre BB!

    Why is @TalkTalk allowing a fake Samsung TV to be connected to our broadband network when we do not have a TV package nor watch TV online? Is it to cover up for the criminality of the previous providers? @bt_uk and the rest of them

    @TalkTalk after first reporting an internet outage issue that requires @WeAreOpenreach support around 20 Hours you still haven’t contacted them what the hell is wrong with your customer service?

    @TalkTalk Second morning in a row waking up with no Internet, reset twice to no avail. Paid for faster fibre weeks ago and never had a higher speed than 69mbps (same as pre fibre) fantastic as an asd mum who relies on it for her entire TV, devices and SEN child routine!

    @OpenreachHelp Had appointment to install fibre broadband 21/4, you couldn't finish job. Contacted my provider TalkTalk who said would be done by today but no show. Now given date of 17/05 to finish work which isn't acceptable, only contact is via Twitter, great customer service!

    @TalkTalk Yes, and @TalkTalk haven’t been much help either. Should have been installed on 21st April, internal work done but problem externally. Was expecting to be resolved today, now 17th May, thanks @OpenreachHelp

    @TalkTalk That’s the only thing you can’t seem to do!! I’m exasperated in dealing with your company, your customer journey is the most horrendous pile of crap I’ve ever dealt with! You’ve got me DM, all the information you need. 8 Different complaint points!

    @TalkTalk I think someone has pressed a big red button or something as getting no Internet connection. Not ideal when you are paying for a service and you work from home...
