2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk I'm actually getting tired of getting zero help for this, I am so adamant on switching and I will not pay the "leaving fee" for a shambolic service I've been getting and paying for Fibre 65 without being informed that my street cannot even achieve those speeds

@TalkTalk Still ongoing 8 hours later? Not good enough really is it. We now pay annually for this service for work emails. Totally inadequate.

@TalkTalk We were meant to have future fiber 500 installed on Tuesday late last week we were told there was an issue and we would be updated yesterday. No updates so far and current Internet provider is due end in a few weeks. Any updates would be appreciated.

On behalf of a friend who has had this happen in the past month. Thank you Virgin Media. We have paid for him to join "TalkTalk" Cheaper and better. I hope others read this. They Need to know the REAL Virginmedia customer non-service.
