2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk I understand why you want the equipment back and I agree. I am saying it's very devious to leave it until the service is fully disconnected (weeks after I cancelled) to tell me there is a £50 fee for not returning the used equipment

never ever join #TalkTalk they are thefts I was originally set up with @TalkTalk I tried everything to cancel my Internet with them got a bill from them today saying I owe £39 I am with @ThreeUK it's impossible to contact talk talk unless they want money from you

Yippee actually had talktalk internet working fully yesterday….. Just a shame it’s gone back to **** today. Over 6 months of this crap now. TALKTALK SORT IT OUT
