2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Virgin media is as bad. I left them months ago, now they've sent a debt collector for money & I don't know why? They said they'd send me a letter 4 money owed, I want a breakdown of how they came 2 that amount. They also never acknowledged contract end.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I've had problems with them in the past and it doesn't help that their call centres are somewhere in Asia. I ditched them after the second time and found those with UK based call centres to be much better. I won't be returning to TT.

@TalkTalk I’ve had no internet for 5 days. Your customer service is literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. The engineer came out today and couldn’t fix it, it’s apparently an issue on your side. I’ve called customer service again and still passed to pillar to post.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup your engineers came to fix our internet and phone line that has been down for a week and turns out they had disconnected our line from another home and when we called your customer care service to complain about this, your representative hung up on us!!!!
