2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk your customer service is horrendous. They simply cut the call and then when you are contacting them you need to start over once again. Money is getting debited from my bank account twice a month since last year and is not reflected in my Talktalk account. Plz sort this
