    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @KateSalter3 @TalkTalk Our new router constantly disconnects, our line shows an issue, but nothing ever gests done to fix it. Good luck.

    @ready4u2cXRP @TalkTalk The actual service for the decade we have been with them has actually been pretty good. It is just this specific issue in which you see just how broken their internal support systems are.

    .@TalkTalk then said that they were cancelling my account two month ago when I last called them. But refused to refund the prior charges. Talktalk then continued to *still* bill me and apparently never cancelled the account (despite me having transcripts of chat confirming)

    @drsm79 @TalkTalk As in 50% of the charges that have accrued since they last told me my service had been cancelled two months ago. Not even the 4 months charges prior to that point when the service was physically disconnected from my house.

    @TalkTalk once again proving that hands down it has the worst customer service of any broadband provider. Unexpected bills, terrible website.

    @TalkTalk I’ve just spoken to someone in customer service who have informed me that what I was sold doesn’t exist on my package. So somebody in your sales team has lied to me to get me to buy directly through your company! How do I complain?

    Then blamed the issue on BT saying BT cancelled the cancellation. No-one knows why. And my issue is I don't care what beef BT and @Talktalk have. My contract was with Talktalk and they have overbilled me. Talktalk told me it was all taken care of.
