2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@claudelittner @TalkTalk BT provide the connection to the socket. Your internet provider provides the equipment and service to connect to the inter web! I had exactly the same issue and bought a router off eBay. Works perfectly

Dealing with @talktalk about a fault is like being in the 9th circle of Dante’s inferno. There is no point at which their customer service works to help the customer. Will genuinely never ever ever use them again. Just waiting for the contract to end.

@TalkTalk The issue is that you muppets are trained not to read the tweets but just direct everyone to DMs to cover up your poor and ignorant service. This thread of tweets is a perfect example. Basically, im talking about you, not to you. :)
