    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk internet (DOWN) outage looks like a DNS Issue. If you know how, update your DNS Settings on your router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 | This is how I am back online now

    @TalkTalk This is beyond a joke now. I’ve lost count of the amount of times a day your internet goes down where I live. Literally can’t even do my classes properly without some sort of interruption😤

    @TalkTalk Cmon get off your arses and sort your broadband out. 3 ******* weeks its been on and off now its completely down. Youre meant to be a 24hr provider of wifi so sort it out.
