2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk had fibre installed over a week ago and despite 3 conversations with helpdesk, service is still poor, really slow and can only connect to it when sat next to the router. Not gonna lie, I'll be cancelling it if it doesn't get sorted

@TalkTalk I'd like to ask if you have anything other than contempt for your customers? I contacted you re: amazon voucher promised on signing up. It never arrived. I was then promised it within 30 days. It never arrived. Now I'm just ignored and I seem to be one of many.
