2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk No. Because I saw online there was an outage in my area and other people who did phone, reported being kept on the line for long periods of time to be told there was a problem in their area. THEY ALREADY KNEW THAT. THAT WAS WHY THEY CALLED.

@TalkTalk Hi please please can you help me, I have been trying to cancel my internet for a year with no success. I have moved house since 2021. I have a bad heart and cannot stand the stress that this is causing me , and also keep getting messages about payment . How can I cancel
