    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk fantastic service today - within 5 hours of reporting no internet, engineer came out and fixed the problem 🙌🏻 exactly what’s needed when working from home - thank you 💫

    @TalkTalk It's alright. We just got off a call where we were told to expect another update on the service status on May 4th. Ridiculous. It's fixed in the next 48 hours or we change provider.

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp hey Talk Talk been on with your lot four times today and counting I have no internet provided to the modem and your customer service seems unable to report this to OpenReach. 3 hours now no internet no response when I get the service I pay for restored

    Don’t be lured into another broadband contract with @TalkTalk by the promise of Amazon gifts - because you never get them. Just continual fobbing off - wait 37 days, then +7, then +10, actually it’s 90 days. Then Email this ‘no reply’ address, that doesn’t work (surprise!) 😡
