    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk so this issue that i was told has been sorted out. i received an email today telling me the bill is overdue and i need to pay otherwise it may affect my credit rating etc etc..... So it's not been sorted out, help please

    Well, Andy at #talktalk has very unprofessionally , given up and will not make any effort to help a customer. Its his understanding that , even though #talktalk and #openreach are to blame for this, he thinks its now my job to sort it out !!! You couldn't make it up !! Next..

Johnson stopped lockdown Xmas 2020 leading to 3rd wave against advice. Hancock oversaw £37 billion loss in test and trace, he hired Dido H who'd already cost TalkTalk ££s.

    very rarely I’ll get so angry that I’m reduced to tears but @TalkTalk you managed to do it! the most horrific customer service I have ever received in my life, 12 advisors and 2 hours later and I’m still no further forward in my query and lovely complaint you can expect from me

    @TalkTalk you can't even deal with a complaint the 'manager' that phoned me to respond to my complaint was in a room with other people who were talking either to each other or on the phones after nearly 23 years goodbye TalkTalk
