    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk useless! Took a day off work to wait for a engineer appointment. Engineer never showed up, customer service is useless! No save information about my case! Couldn’t speak to a manager! I just want to cancel my contract now!!!!

    @TalkTalk Refund the month I didn't have any service reduce the cost to the contracted cost and give me a 36mbs not 22mbs I have I was told I was to have that I haven't had the 2 years I been with talk talk so your in breach of contract not providing service promised and the fixed price

    @TalkTalk Hello, I have problems accessing various sites using WiFi at home. I’ve been in touch with your customer care service and the technical staff who advise me it’s all sorted. But it isn’t. It’s a slow and painful process contacting real people with Talktalk. Sigh.

    @TalkTalk really need to get your advisors to listen. I've just had to explain to 3 different people over the last 45 mins that I want to cancel my father’s acc as he has died and no he does not want a new deal!!!

    @smithofthediff @age_uk It’s across the board. He had two BT broadband contracts, despite not having any internet connection, and 3 TalkTalk mobiles. But for a charity who are supposed to help elderly people to do it is disgraceful. Shameful.
