2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk No phone service for over 2 weeks for my elderly vulnerable friend...been texting @TalkTalk all they seem to be doing is testing the lines and making appointments for which they do NOT turn up. Crappie service.

@TalkTalk you are appalling. 2 key workers, through no fault of theirs, couldn’t get WiFi reception. They accommodated your engineers many times. No good. You kept them on the phone for hours. Turned out they weren’t even getting the package they paid for. You were no help!

@TalkTalk why has my fibre broadband speed dropped by 50% during none peak times... I've had 2 bill increases since Xmas, reason cited was use are improving the service.... It dosnt look like use are to me absolute shambles Internet service provider

@TalkTalk I have to wait 2 days for s/n changes to "settle down" before raising a(nother) fault. I'll retract my cynicism if it stops tomorrow. More to do with OR's failings, but I don't have a contract with them.

So @talktalk responds because it looks good on social media, but the response doesn’t change anything. “We can’t help you out of hours”. Need to change suppliers to a first world business. Definitely not @talktalk

@TalkTalk Happy to but I must have my Sky sports ASAP. Since having my fast broadband everyday I have to switch off my your view box to get any service. This is now unacceptable

@TalkTalk I'll let you know if we get stuck... They're currently saying it'll take 3 days to fix but as it's linked up with an emergency care line hopefully they'll manage something sooner!

@WatfordScot @TalkTalk My vulnerable friend has been out of phone service for over two weeks, I can understand your frustration. Never experienced such awful service. They have made numerous appointments which they have not kept.

Guy’s i urge to never get broadband from @TalkTalk bad customer service and their fastest broadband package is soo slow with an upload speed of 0.1mbs but have the nerve to tell u if u want to cancel u have to pay smh.Still waiting for customer service to call me back after 3wks
