2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@deadwitchflying @TalkTalk it is, they actively breach the data protections, uk consumer rights, and banking laws to do so. I don't have the money to do **** though so yay poverty and throwing away the contacts that could have sued them for me.

@TalkTalk @BBCWatchdog The new service with EE started 27/10. I have copies of all the correspondence described, and additional (inc emails), available upon request - happy to do so, just let me know. I was a good well paying customer of TalkTalk - for approx 8+ years.

@TalkTalk Terrible service overall. Have been given a link for a further live chat that is only access from 9am only for further confirmation chats will again take days to weeks BAD CONTACT BAD SERVICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO
