2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk I keep calling and writing you letters on behalf of my wheelchair bound 95 year old father. We have been trying to cancel his account since February but you keep sending bills. It amounts to harassment- please DM me so we can make this stop.

@TalkTalk Was refused help with my loss of Internet with the blame placed on my third party router despite my assurance that it wasn't the issue. I've now unnecessarily purchased a talktalk WiFi hub and still have no Internet. Will you help me now?
