    A job was on the line because b/f had to WFH with no wifi, absolutely nothing done about it. So happy to leave @TalkTalk Disgusting treatment, why bother paying our bill if we just have to spend twice that on data to cover your uselessness and wait for calls that never come.

    @TalkTalk CEO Tristia, I have called your colleague Maddie several times and emailed directly as asked to do if I had any issues but no response all day. Time to end the contract with you and go to a competent company. Also see you in small claims court for loss of wages

    Having the worst experience with @TalkTalk been with them years and about to upgrade. Waited in all day yesterday till 6pm nobody arrived. Called and spoke with the worst person possible who said they will be with us by 6pm didn’t happen. Called this morning on hold for ages

    @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk I reported a problem with my WiFi 4days ago, an engineer was being sent out in the next 2-3 days. Still waiting.....any update!?

    @TalkTalk Dropping connection is just one of the issues I have and if you can see into my account sort out a response to my email. DMs won't resolve the issues dealing with the issues will resolve them. All I want is a written reply to my written complaint. Is that too much to ask.

    @TalkTalk appalling customer service guaranteed speed 7.2mb and actual maximum speed 4mb. Yet still want to carry on charging me the full length of contract.
