2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph This is to inform TalkTalk officially that I have been without internet for over 24hrs. I rang Talktalk twice yesterday, 08/01/2023 and was unable to speak to someone, rather was informed by the automated machine that they are investigating an issue...
