2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@j0nch0i @TalkTalk you are not alone, we have been on the phone over a week with no internet they are fobbing us off everyday there is not one person to speak to who can help with diagnostics, it is unbelievable.

@TalkTalk pls help. Spent a futile 40 mins on phone this am to Talk Talk trying to resolve dreadful crackling on elderly mother's landline. We are 300 miles apart. Confirmed a fault outside premises but can't proceed without password. Doubt mother has a password. Pls help

@talktalk; @openreachhelp I have been without a home telephone line or wifi for 9 days, in an age of needing wifi to work from home; tv, bank accounts etc this is totally unacceptable. When is this issue going to be sorted - CH5?
