2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

Absolutely disgusting service from @TalkTalk, moving home and want to freeze the account until our new home is ready, first person we spoke to so helpful and said we could do this, transferred to customer services and told we couldn’t do this and couldn’t help!!

Can someone please figure this out for me. @TalkTalk put my address down incorrectly. My new router obviously doesn’t get delivered. I’m sat on their website chat for almost an hour to be told I am being charged £120 for redelivery?! So confused

@TalkTalk I DMed you a couple of hours ago. No genuine reply. At RG31/RG8 border both landline and WiFi down. The same failure as in Oxfordshire? We ran all checks online already. Thank you.

As expected @TalkTalk you have just wasted 2 hours of my life trying to find out why no internet. Nearly 100 people in my area complaining on forums and your answer is you’ll get back to me in 5 working days! Shockingly bad customer service!

@TalkTalk Hi, is there a problem with TV/demand/recorded programs as it keeps saying that there is an issue with router/TV and that I need to subscribe. It shows an error on the account and tried to fix but it still states an error.
