@freesat_tv Well, I am a new Fibre 65 customer and signed up via the Freesat free box link and @TalkTalk say I will not get the free box. Can someone please help with this then if Talktalk are not correct as I am getting no joy with them?

@TalkTalk Hi. I'm sick of talking to your people and nothing happening, so thought I'd try this. You took £77.03 from my bank account, but I'm supposed to be paying £29 per month, I spoke to you Thursday and was assured I'd receive a £48 refund that day, but nothing. Please help
