@CunningSmi1e I was with virgin from the dial-up days. Was one of their last (non fibre) broadband customer. Couldn’t switch to fibre as I was still renting at the time and Landlady wouldn’t let the cable be laid… so they flogged our account to TalkTalk at no notice. Yep, **** those guys.

@JK1n1 @TalkTalk My elderly parents are with out their landline for over 3 weeks despite paying for unlimited full fibre package. Their Drs and hospital cannot contact them. Issue escalated but no action or resolution. Please help, service sucks

@TalkTalk never seen worse service - internet went down last night and just been told it requires an engineer who won’t turn up for 48-72 hours and doesn’t work weekends?? This would mean no internet for 6 days and I work from home? Surely this isn’t the best you can do
