@TalkTalk You’ve already put the actual elderly customer through hoops + hurdles.. her attempts to resolve slow internet speed have been met with a line test and being told “the line is fine” — your engineers need to consider whether it is reasonable to charge £20/m for 0.4mbps sync speed.

. @TalkTalk why is your service so terrible and slow, upgraded from 'standard broadband' to 'ultra fast fibre' and it's only around 2Mbps faster, basically you're deceiving customers intentionally... don't even get fibre where we live so what have you actually sold us? @ISPAUK

@TalkTalk But I am here to assess whether TalkTalk actually give a damn?! What your policy is on such things as customers lacking master nte5 socket, still having 1970s termination, without test socket.. whether you are part of the solution, or wholly the problem.

@JulieSwindell1 @TalkTalk Same here Julie! Be careful and check your bill. #TalkTalk charged by mistake something and since last week I am trying to get the amount refunded, but nothing yet. Very poor attention to customers. Awful service.
