2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

So @CityFibre came and changed our internet over from @TalkTalk and now we’ve been without internet for 24hours. No one from talk talk can help and cityfibre hang up the phone call. Absolute joke and now going to@change internet provider

@TalkTalk It’s just taken me 1hr 8mins to cancel my contract, 3 different incompetent staff members, ages on hold. Oh and the pleasure of a £70 cancellation fee. Wouldn’t mind if the product was fit for purpose. Worst broadband provider I’ve ever dealt with.

Don’t bother trying to upgrade to future fibre with @TalkTalk . They’re too incompetent to manage it. Rang sales. They can’t help because City Fibre did the install. Have to call City Fibre. Call them and the system is set up incorrectly for current customers, so even if you’re
