    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk Just get told to call in myself to customer service, but then I have to deal with waiting in queues for your error?! Sort it out and deal with my complaint. This has been happening for over a month.

    @TalkTalk the internet has been restarting constantly today & when it is on the speeds are extremely slow. My contract has run out so can someone advise me if there is an option to upgrade to a faster broadband. If not i may go elsewhere

    @LesMalpas @TalkTalk Ask for compensation. I had that problem. Their **** up, their liability. Get them to reimburse some of the time off your next bill.

    @TalkTalk I think you really need to rethink your ‘I’m sorry you’re leaving us’ letter. I’m leaving because you can’t supply my new address! A standard generic letter does nothing to make me feel a valued customer!
