    So @TalkTalk are a bunch of liars. Despite telling me they had cancelled my contract with @bt_uk TWICE, BT say they have received NOTHING from them. I refuse to pay BT just over £127 for a service I have not been using.

    @TalkTalk What ya gonna do? Arrange ANOTHER phone call and not call again? How about you follow through with your claims to compensate me, or just terminate my contract since it's been well over 30 days, and I can find an IP that actually works.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup what an absolute joke - been trying to get Fibre installed *at TT request* for over 2 months and still having problems arranging can engineer to come out. Your customer service is appalling, constantly getting moved from pillar to post, being told to use

    @TalkTalk my landline has been down since at least 7am on 30/9/22. I reported it the same day and called back again on 3/10/22 but I've still not been contacted by an open reach engineer. Disgusting service! That landline is essential and needed all the time.
