    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Try Virgin Mike, have been with them for donkey's years &they do broadband, landlines & TV top box.They have a freephone number &actual people, very helpful. You can have a paper bill. Just renegotiated my 'package', down! They did tell me to get the 'App' though, as always now.

    There cannot be a more STUPID, INCOMPITENT & UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY as @TalkTalk , I have been going around in circles 2day, Spoke to 5 different departments had to go through security x5,each dept says they will put me through to correct dep, BUT DONT @BBCWatchdog @Ofcom

    @EmmaKEdDev @TalkTalk One of the reasons she switched from Virgin was because of their appalling insensitivity to disability (and age) and all the assumptions they have about what people can easily do. These companies proving themselves to be equally crap tbh

    @TalkTalk without internet for four days and no one’s willing to tell me when an engineer is coming out! Your agents can’t make a coherent sentence. Terrible edited saved responses and no reply to wanting to make a complaint!

    @talktalk really unimpressed with your handling of my cancellation of my account... It shouldn't take a two hour phone call, loads of stress to cancel an account that SHOULD have been cancelled in Dec. Granted most of that is bill dispute. Get better!
