@TalkTalk I just recently signed up for your Fibre 900 Broadband only deal, after a salesperson came to my door and talked me through it. It's £36 p/m. I have been scared about it ever since, incase it seems too good to be true. Can you please help? I'm very worried about it all.

@EE Need help with getting someone to investigate my internet speeds with my fiber connection, I am now down to 27mb from a solid 40mb when with TalkTalk. It is nothing to do with area, line or socket, looks like I have been put on incorrect profile.

For those considering switching to talktalk. DO NOT!! By far the worst internet provider available, useless customer service & they straight up lie about estimated delivery times. Save yourself some headache by not switching

@imdsm @aaisp Yeah, A&A. An Openreach engineer told me last time I had issues that TalkTalk had some ongoing problem, but mine was actually a line fault that time. So I suppose it could be TalkTalk at blame as by line is wholesale through them.

@neil_neilzone @KingDaveRa @aaisp Could be. I’m not aware that my line interacts with TalkTalk but it could. I had issues like this about 2-3 years ago, but they cleared up after a month or so.

@TalkTalk Hi Jessie, I haven't had a confirmation as yet. But the point of this post was to show how long it takes to cancel. Why not having online options like you have when you want to take on a contract. The length it took for me to cancel my contract was unnecessary.
