    @ShappiKhorsandi After a very slow start, I've just had porridge & am now back to trying to communicate with talktalk. If I can find the energy I'll be making bread later, cos it's my comfort food.

    @TalkTalk Customer service is non existent. Done about 8 to 10 different people today. They range from liars to plain belligerent. How can I resolve my issues you have created if nobody is capable of listening to me?

    @TalkTalk Does anybody know what they are doing? I get told so many different things but none of them move forward my problems I'm trying very hard to resolve. Seems impossible to talk to a manager despite multiple requests to multiple advisors. Appalling customer treatment!!!

    @TalkTalk No internet for over a week, GCSE schooling & work lost. Many calls, connection tests, times someone’s said they’ll call & haven’t, 1 new router that wasn’t even ordered the 1st time. Phoned this morning & engineer booking system faulty, can’t see end in sight pls help!
