Hi @TalkTalk, there was a dodgy log-on attempt to my Facebook account from a Chrome browser on Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) located in Epsom UK with IP 2.100.94.200 which is one of yours. Is there anything you can do to stop illegal activity over your network?

Wow @TalkTalk you are awful! We are trying to cancel our account as your broadband is terrible. The phone lines to cancel accounts is closed. If we don’t cancel today we don’t get our money back. How can we ensure we get our 30 day guarantee back please without the charge?!

Appalling service from @TalkTalk. Lost 1hr 40 minutes of my life yesterday talking to 3 reps who could not help. No @FreeviewTV working at all; and no landline. All this happening 5 days after new connection installed. Coincidence? I don't think so! #badservice #fraud #useless

@TalkTalk Had no internet for 2 days now. The problem is at the exchange and you know it but say that an openreach engineer isn't available. As per @Ofcom website if we the issue is not resolved withing 2 days you owe us £8 for everyday we go without internet. Better cough up now

@DeborahMeaden Deborah, this represents superb value for money, what is wrong with you? You just need to look at past records of how she delivered. Oh & by the way TalkTalk was informed of bad security practice before the 'Cyber attack'. A smart 11 yr old could have kicked those doors open.

@TalkTalk Still on phone 2 hours later still waiting to hear the latest lies that they come up with 3rd complaint just opened 1st goin to CISAS as they wouldn't resolve it advice to others AVOID TALKTALK UNLESS U WANNA BE RIPPED OFF
