@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

@RAPGINI @TalkTalk I'd just change providers tbh. While it worked it was great but customer service is atrocious. Spoke to a case manager today who told us that what the network team claimed on Friday made no sense so that doesn't inspire confidence.

@TalkTalk today I went to renew my package which was out of contract I’ve been a loyal customer for four years or more. I’d looked online and could get fibre 65 with Amazon gift for £24 for 18 months contract and could get £68 back via TopCashback. I tried via live chat

@TalkTalk Please fix your internet, can connect just fine BUT can't hold a connection, DO NOT ask to reset router bla bla bla as already done all that nonsense, a engineer visit is not needed because you just have to look at all the other people complaining about the same thing.
