@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

@pj7857 @pj7857 Hi Paul, I'm afraid there's a known issue with updating devices which have been left on old software for so long (and so missed key updates). If you were still a TalkTalk subscriber I'm sure they'd be able to replace your box.. Do you see any error when launching ITV Hub?

@TalkTalk Thanks very much for cutting my phone and Broadband off on Christmas eve! An hour on the phone followed by an hour and a half on online chat, and the only resolution - a phone call from a manager within 48 working hours - or Tuesday 29th!!!

Buyer beware of @talktalk & record all conversations with them as they’ll lie to you on the phone & stuff you into a long term contract then make it impossible for you to get any sense or service Hoping you’d get fed up & stay #DoNotUseTalkTalk #TalkTalkRippedMeOff

Called @TalkTalk bereavement team to say mum had passed & ask for a short term account, repeatedly, so sec cameras worked The lied they’d set up short term account & now want 11 months payments to cancel Exchanged 20 messages with CustServ & now they want me to call some1 else!🤬

20 msgs exchanged with @talktalk to be told to call loyalty team again to cancel!!?? Why do they drag this out so long?? Because by dragging this out you get busy/fed up & may forget for a while so they’d charge you more !! #TalkTalkAreCharlatansAVOID
