@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

@Dreamer123P @TalkTalk Been really disappointed with your customer service on this issue. I was advised by an agent on twitter to carry out a factory reset on the box, on chat I was led to believe that I was the only person with the problem. Surely all of your agents should have been made aware?

@TalkTalk I’d rather not as since I posted this you moved her appointment back to the 14th. Absolute joke especially as the engineers were outside her property a few days ago ensuring that there was light and the joints were live. Oh sorry did I fail to mention my hubby is a ceo engineer

@TalkTalk I have DM you I'm spent £90 on a phone credit and this matter has not been resolved if you can't give me the service then terminate the contract I will return the router if you send return bag with post label I would take to post office

@TalkTalk Where was a statement issued, not on here not on website? Agent on here told me to do factory reset to resolve it! Agents on help didn't know it was a system problem. Shocking!

@TalkTalk You’ve looked into it multiple times, can’t sort it and then disconnect me from chats when I ask for supervisor help. Once again I ask - show me it really matters and it’s not just lip service. You make the effort to contact me directly

Absolute shocking customer service from @TalkTalk. No fibre since 23rd, 2 failed openreach engineer appointments where they were sent to the wrong COUNTRY! Then has the cheek to charge for missed apt.Hrs on phone trying to resolve and the call handler laughs in my face.
