    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk hey. I called your service team a few minutes ago. My internet was working but it was slow. She killed my internet on the phone and told me to wait for a router!! We work from home what the hell do I do????

    3 months into a contract with @TalkTalk & our business only gets speeds of 2.6mb/s. Guarranteed speeds were 5.7mb/s. £93 in bills, 1 engineer visit and 2.5 hrs of complaint phone calls later & I've just paid £120 to cancel! Great work @TalkTalk. Some business.

    @TalkTalk Well whoopdee do. Only six days after fault was reported - but if you think that’s an acceptable response time for a line fault then I’m truly appalled. I do not call this ‘resolution’ I call it a farce!

    @TalkTalk Don’t be sorry, no point, after being a customer for over 20 years loyalty means nothing.. I’m now trying another provider as it’s half the price.. now I’m leaving you can reduce my cost, BUT it took leaving to do so.

    @talktalk 2/3 We now can’t get more than 1mbps download on an 80mbps min line for last month. When We called to complain initially told there was “nothing could be done as it was within the 14 day stability period” @MoneyTelegraph @WhichMoney
