    @TalkTalk @Google There are a lot of TT customers & others who have had the same problems as me. Even TT & Openreach Technicians can't understand what the problems are. We all need proper written instructions & a list of technical terms & abbreviations (all of which I found with Google's help).

    @TalkTalk @Google 7. From when the name of the 1st TT Super Router started coming up twice, the sign in page for Google was completely different. It was plain white with black writing & included a blue link which said "sign in if you are a current user of this device".....

    @TalkTalk Can you help me with sorting an issue for my elderly parents? They aren't tech savy & have tried speaking with your customer service. They continue to be charged for a service they don't have since leaving you on 18th Feb. Thanks in advance

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

    @TalkTalk @Google 18. A Miracast Alliance document dated 2015 (which I told TT about) explains that manufacturers should ensure that, if a device is not Mirocast enabled (and therefore won't go online) it shoudn't indicate WiFi failure, security issues or give a blank screen (but my PC does).

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

    Why does Twitter think I am always logging in from a different device & a different location miles away & think that the time I logged in was 8 hours before it was. The chromebook has been showing I was connected by WiFi direct instead of TalkTalk & showing my network name twice?

  • mallymole malcolm croll (@mallymole) reported

    Cannot understand how #TalkTalk keep any customers in the way they treat people just because they leave ,due to a bad broadband service & bill you after you leave when you have left wks later ;

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

    @TalkTalk 3/ TalkTalk told me to go to the setting of the TT TV box to find the model number at the bottom. I couldn't find the Settings, which had been at the bottom right of the "Guide" pictures. He said it was now in a Settings cog at the top rights. As I scrolled down settings I saw...
