Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

I will be calling you’re company are liars and your customers service is terrible hanging up on a customer one minute after your call centre shut! Terrible customer service And I’m reporting it to the ombudsman!

Despite a “Jo” asking me for a DM and me asking for a British employee to call, I got the same person I had trouble with.
