@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

Having a nightmare with various @TalkTalk departments trying to sort out my ex-UFO full fibre contract. Knowledge within the company on what the options are is abysmal. It's a shame I've had pretty good service for 15+ years... @TalkTalkGroup

@BeebeJoslin @TalkTalk Seems like everywhere now just ignore you instead of dealing with problems. You can send letters recorded delivery only for businesses to state they never received them. No one gives a stuff anymore.

@TalkTalk So after my reply to your first massage what more do you need to know, as I have said I have been charged for any time calls which have always been free, again as I have already started I hardly ever use my house phone so if I am to charged for that service I want it removed
