    @JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

    @TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk your internet and service is diabolical, I’m currently paying for ‘fast broadband’ but yet my average speed is 2mbps or none existent. Im done with your crap company, you wont ever let me cancel my contract without issuing me a payment of £100+ which is disgraceful

    @TalkTalk Router is not working whatsoever and the majority of your agents are not helping at all. Has slow and bad quality Internet for weeks now, and now I have no Internet at all.

    @TalkTalk My internet been down since 2am Sat morning...can't get through on phone states TalkTalk is closed and so no further jnfo. This is very inconvenient, there are 5 of us in the of 2 us working and 1 studying, very unacceptable

    @TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

    @talktalk I am without WiFi now. Your agents don't respond on live chat, or they randomly drop out. I cannot contact anybody regarding these issues. I've been having ongoing issues with my Internet for weeks now with no support. Can anybody give me better Broadband suggestions?

    @talktalk what an absolute joke of a business. Faster Fibre?! Delivering 1.3mbps and that’s on a good day, would suggest a name change! No one to call on the help line. Live chat not working - probably because the connection is so poor. How can we get in contact?
