@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

@TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

@TalkTalk My broadband connection has been very unstable this evening, disconnecting multiple times. When I ran a online test it simply said 'track fault' with no additional information, what does this mean?

Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I have had no service since Nov 19th I have had a new socket installed 4/12 and the main cable renewed 8/12 just need to know when the 2 will be connected frustrating

Is @TalkTalk using @BTOpenreach1 's roll out of faster fibre to make people renew contracts with them? Mine was upgraded @talktalk 's request and I'm now advised I need a new 4k TV box to fix problems caused by the installation, to get one I've got to renew my contract.

@TalkTalk I am VERY disappointed in the service since I upgraded to Fibre 65. I haven't received consistent good Wi-Fi connection that I was promised . I wish to switch provider due to inconsistent slow WiFi which is worse that Fibre 35.

@BlueDillon2011 @TalkTalk @bt_uk They are rubbish charged us £100 when our phonline went down said it was an internal break in the cable came round mended it without entering the property and said the wire had corroded in the garden how is that our fault con men report to ombudsman
