@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

@TalkTalk I had fibre installed on Friday, previously the range comfortably made it to office at back of house, now it doesn’t and I’ve had to move to dining table to allow me to work. So much for improved speed! What are my options? Can I cancel fibre as no problems previously?

@TalkTalk an hour spent on the phone and just as I’d finally got through to someone useful in the right department I get cut off and now you’re lines are closed. Terrible customer service 🤬🤬🤬
