Even though the internet business is a 24/7 business. That is why everyone has issues on a weekend. Blame the subcontractors..

I reported his landline had a fault ( he cannot dial out or receive calls) over 10 days ago ! He’s just had one email saying that it will be fixed sometime in the future . I signed up to receive texts, received nothing!
