I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
