@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

@TalkTalk never experienced such terrible customer service. Impossible to get hold of, don't respond to emails, incapable of succesfully doing what they say they will, harrass you for 'outstanding' money you don't even owe!! Stressed beyond belief dealing with this company.

@TalkTalk your service AND customer service is absolutely appalling. My elderly parents are without email for weeks, your phone lines are impossible to reach and then they cut out.
