    @JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @dipurple @TalkTalk I'm just worried about the interruption of service. I went without broadband for 2 weeks at my old house when switching suppliers. Can't afford that now that my house is a school and an office for 2 people.

    @TalkTalk Having more and more dropouts with our internet, where the internet drops, router flashes orange, then it comes on again a minute or two later. Severely disrupting work Zoom meetings! Any help or advice please?

    Price of @TalkTalk broadband has increased as we reached the end of our contract. Could save a fortune as a new customer (or switching suppliers). Feels like they are scamming us because they know home-schooling and working from home means no one can afford a loss of service.

    @TalkTalk And now you tell me you want £94 for not giving 30 days notice for ending a contract that you can't fulfill and that I need to give you time to resolve the issue of no broadband. Was 2.5 weeks not long enough??? Disgusting service

    @TalkTalk I might want to browse up the conversation???? Really??? Promised failed callbacks, text messages stating that the issue is resolved when its not and you want to shift the blame? Loyalty to yourselves over the last few years clearly count for nothing.
