So far in my attempt to reach @TalkTalk customer services I’ve been: - Cut off 2 minutes into the 1st call - Left in silence for 8 minutes on the 2nd call, only to have my call somehow merged with a distinctly abusive customer, who starts abusing me. And this is a phone company

@TalkTalk Absolute disgrace of a company! Today is the 4th day without broadband! This is having a detrimental impact on my professional and personal life right now, how do you except remote workers to rely on your appalling service? I will be reporting you to ombudsman soon!

@TalkTalk worse company in the world. I cancelled my contract, 18th of May last due, had a email saying I'm due a refund, can't refund it back to my card as all my details have been removed, have to wait upto 10 days for a cheque. A seriously rank bad company.
