    I barely ever do hit his. But anyone even thinking of using @TalkTalk is better off dunking their head in the sewer. I have actually never dealt with a company so completely, wholly incompetent. Like, so much so that I’m impressed.

    @TalkTalk Just wondering how your free fibre upgrades work there have 4 TT free fibre upgrades in my rd one directly opposite and several in rds near me I've being a TT customer for about 15 years. When the installation turn up I ask the who it's for they say So I'm totally baffled

    @TalkTalk 2/2 wifi too weak not working well. How long must I wait for proper service to be restored? Also, ‘health check’ seems to find no internet/broadband problem in my area! Please investigate ASAP!! Thank you.

    @TalkTalk I complained that the Eero router was covering 1 room hardly any signal in the rest of the house, I switched on my previous TalkTalk router which covered most of the house but not every where, for the 1st month Eero covered all of the house, then it stopped.

    @TalkTalk Unfortunately sending a dm is not going to achieve anything, none of the others have. I always get quoted a number to call, which isn't a customer facing call

    @TalkTalk Thanks for your confirmation. I am still waiting for the TalkTalk router to arrive. I was talking about a replacement router that is not giving me internet either . Your colleagues keep telling me a nez router would resolve the issue. So why not my other routers?

    @TalkTalk No but 3 months ago someone was supposed to phone me, according to the chap who called round to see if I was happy with the service.

    If you were not criminals or incompetent you would get a senior manager to look at this. We dont have your internet. Never had your internet yet you demanding money with threats and intimidation. OUR CLIENT : TalkTalk Telecom Ltd REF : 1014262185 OVERDUE ACCOUNT: £82.50

    Do NOT use Talktalk ever. Cancelled my order after they sent the wrong engineer, have done 2 hard searches affecting my credit score badly, no compensation after waiting 2 months for broadband, and trying to get through to their customer services has been nothing less than hell.
