    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    It’s taken almost 5 hours of DM chats for talktalk to send an engineer out to fix our wifi After that I’m not even sure if I want wifi anymore

    @TalkTalk I have had horrendous problems with my internet connection over past few days. As per not able to contact any sort of engineer please send me info on how to contact someone to get this fixed I work from home so this is a nightmare

    @TalkTalk Nothing, you refused to help. Stated line test you did were fine despite me continually twlling you red light on router, allocating local ip but unable to ping Google as the router/line has issues. Your answer is call customer services who you can't get through to, brilliant! 👍

    @TalkTalk why is your customer service horrible modems not working and you want to send an adapter out but not new modem. What if it isn't the adaptor
