Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk I just went to the account and run a line test etc and got a text back saying everything is working fine as it should but it is still a total blackout.

@rix_jack @TalkTalk Yeah I'm not going down that rabbit hole. Sounds like a central exchange issue so nothing that chatting to a customer directly is going to fix.

@TalkTalk tried contacting you by phone and on chat. No broadband (fttp) for over an hour now. Reports online and social media indicate it isn't just a local issue. Any idea on when it will be back up & running? Need to submit an assignment

@oliw @TalkTalk Yes, the TalkTalk service status on their website said something about Openreach repairing damaged lines in East Anglia, but wasn't listing Downham specifically as having issues. I hope this is back up for Monday!
