@TalkTalk Hello again @TalkTalk after a couple of hours of normal internet service, it all seems to have gone off again? More problems or a continuation of the earlier ones? Can you also confirm where I send my request for compensation for the mobile data I've had to use in the meantime?

@darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk Funny how I’ve had problems with not only BT themselves in the past but also Openreach and Plusnet (both BT companies)?! TalkTalk also come under the BT umbrella so have avoided them like the plague! And everyone else’s (bar Virgin) come over the BT network! #monopolyanyone

@TalkTalk Why am I having to DM yiu why am I not being messaged I'm paying for a service & not getting what I pay for if I went into a shop & brought something that was faulty the shop would give me a new product or money off at least!
