    @TalkTalk Possibly the worst broadband service I have ever dealt with. After days without internet following on from more weeks of no internet. Customer service told me it might be a problem with the router...and I should contact the manufacturer.....??

    On a web chat with @talktalk to renew (or cancel) our broadband contract and they’ve passed me into cancellations....their cancellations rep has just introduced themselves as being from the ‘Better Value Department’

    Switched internet providers to @TalkTalk because sky was crap and of course we still haven't got it working. Should have gone live yesterday. Ring the helpline and they say to talk call back in 3 hours...

    @TalkTalk hi. I can not fix the problem with broadband. According to your website I receive 70mb to my router, but all my devices at property receiving 1.5mb. This happen after tonight service shortage in London.

    @TalkTalk Won't matter to me as I've been unable to connect for the past few days and contacting you is impossible. Absolutely no chance of any assistance. Worst provider out there.

    @GiggleJPiggle @TalkTalk Cancel you near the end of your deal and the force you on to a new 24 month deal. When I said no I have to pay £90 early release! When I say no to that they transfer me to the people that can't access my account. The ones I've spoken to for three days. @TalkTalk 😡

    @TalkTalk Since when is a client expected to contact a manufacturer in order to receive broadband?? So months of having next to no service I now have to go out of my way to do your job for you? Have y’all lost your minds and your customer service skills along with it?
