@TalkTalk Nobody in your organisation is willing to take ownership of my outstanding 6 month complaint. I’ve never experienced such shoddy customer service with various so called “escalation managers” not calling to discuss..and putting onus on customer to chase them

  • JameshMatthew James Matthew (@JameshMatthew) reported

avoid @TalkTalk broadband at all costs. I’ve had no internet for 2 days. Yesterday they said open reach had come out to fix the issue and this morning I got a message saying it was fixed. I still don’t have access to internet and they want to charge £50 to fix it.

  • twitty44444 Joe Connolly (@twitty44444) reported

@TalkTalk after finding a fault and sending an engineer around last week my internet had gone for the past 30 mins. What is happening? Is there an issue in the area? (TW postcode)

  • GowarMick Mick Gowar (@GowarMick) reported

@thatkirstylang @RoyalMail Notification from Co-op of further scams: ‘Criminals are calling customers posing as telecom broadband providers such as BT, TalkTalk etc. Be vigilant to any calls and never agree to download something on to your device that allows somebody to access it remotely.’

  • gemmadunstan_xx Gemma Dunstan (@gemmadunstan_xx) reported

@TalkTalk fantastic service today - within 5 hours of reporting no internet, engineer came out and fixed the problem 🙌🏻 exactly what’s needed when working from home - thank you 💫

  • MikeDiver mike d (@MikeDiver) reported

@Doctor_Cupcakes If I tell you, they will surely ask me to slide into their DMs to see if we can sort the issue. It's TalkTalk. Now, to be fair to them, it's OpenReach who've specifically ****** this. But TalkTalk have been useless in communicating, in helping in any meaningful way.

  • glennshep Glenn Shepherd (@glennshep) reported

@DowndetectorUK Yep, down. Yet again. Can't make or receive mobile calls & their website's down too. It's a miracle I have BB. Done with @Plusnet. Never thought the day would come when @TalkTalk were a more attractive option

  • LRobboo L R (@LRobboo) reported

Don’t be lured into another broadband contract with @TalkTalk by the promise of Amazon gifts - because you never get them. Just continual fobbing off - wait 37 days, then +7, then +10, actually it’s 90 days. Then Email this ‘no reply’ address, that doesn’t work (surprise!) 😡

  • Sean_oh91 Sean O'Hagan (@Sean_oh91) reported

@TalkTalk No I’m cancelling my account as your customer service team can’t fix my problem but I’m not sure the staff seem to lie a lot.

  • KristelMckenzi7 Kristel Mckenzie (@KristelMckenzi7) reported

@SophiLH_ @TalkTalk No service in Kidderminster either anyone know when this will be back on ? ?
