    @bt_uk they are trying to force the customer into a new 24month contract. So I have been offered the option to move my tv package by cancelling the tv contract but this is not a practical solution as Talktalk will only offer a tv package with phone and broadband.

    I'm so disgusted with @TalkTalk WiFi these past few weeks! My WiFi has been on and off for the best week and everytime we call to get it fixed, its sorted for about 24 hours then goes back to being up and down, disgusting.

    @TalkTalk The support is still unable to tell me,if #Openreach solve the problem or not. The only thing he tells me... "you HAVE to WAIT".He wants to have his peace! The behavior & choice of words from the Advisers are absolutely no acceptable. They don't respect their customers

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup (you can see the photo bellow), I live 20 min walk from the center, and this is my speed ... It's very sad, I'm paying for not having service, what do you think ... thanks for nothing

    Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

    @unfortunatalie urgh, TalkTalk is very bad & caused me a great deal of stress when I was with them, you have my sympathies

    @unfortunatalie As it's @talktalk that have messed up can't they supply a free 4G mifi until it's fixed? If it's really going to take them two weeks you might as well try a few ISPs with a better service record and see if you can move to them.
