If I can advise people of one thing. It would be to NEVER EVER go with @TalkTalk for internet. The worst connection I’ve ever had, constantly slow speeds and disconnections. Speaking to Customer service is like banging my head against a wall. Don’t waste your money.

@TalkTalk Hello, I have problems accessing various sites using WiFi at home. I’ve been in touch with your customer care service and the technical staff who advise me it’s all sorted. But it isn’t. It’s a slow and painful process contacting real people with Talktalk. Sigh.

@TalkTalk For the last few weeks we have been unable to watch any of our HD channels and even the normal channels have been pixelated and unwatchable. We have unplugged every single lead in every single appliance and reset countless times, checked out aerial and nothing has worked! Help!

@Bevan93 I mean, well I do pay for MS Exchange at the moment for a number of accounts. Definitely not going to want to pay £50 a year to keep my old Tiscali email as a forwarder "just in case". That said, @Fastmail as a paid service still cheaper and probably better than @TalkTalk
