@TalkTalk I’m just updating my interested followers. You can imagine the frustration of having your broadband working again only to find it drop out again in the middle of doing something after a couple of hours. And this is the 2nd time in 6 months that we are having this issue.

@TalkTalk the worst customer service going. @TalkTalkGroup AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR WITH NO HELP. IF THIS DOESN’T GET RESOLVED I WILL BE PUTTING FORWARD A COMPLAINT TO THE INDEPENDENT DISPUTE PROVIDER CISAS. @TalkTalk

Everyone my time streaming has been fantastic had some great times with you all, no idea when or if my internet will ever improve, so for the foreseeable future I will no longer we live :( @TalkTalk is there anyway something can change, probably not i know 🥺upload speed 0.8 help

@TalkTalk up down running slow since 7 Dec, Talktalk aware but not doing anything. When asked they say send a DM so they can waste more of my time. The clue is in the name Customer service so how about doing something for a change.
