    @TalkTalk been having repeated connection loss issues for probably just over a week now. Usually between 6pm and 7pm then it's fine. From about 5 pm yesterday it's been non stop. On for 5 mins off for a couple of mins etc etc

    Is anyone having issues with talktalk rn? My Internet isn't working properly even though I apparently have full signal (I'm on data with a different provider currently for my phone) started about 25/30 minutes ago?

    @TalkTalk New account 1014160360. Broadband unstable & way below promised speed. Can't access MyAccount. Engineered no-showed and you've "forgotten" to book another Just spent 30 mins being shuffled to 4 different moronic staff, the last of whom dropped the line. FIX OR I GO

    Having issues with my @TalkTalk WiFi keep dropping out when connected through @SkyHelpTeam box. Can't work out where the issue is! All other devices working fine 😭

    @TalkTalk Record of what has happened so far to spare your poor staff having to go through pointless questions with increasingly frustrated customers after another pointless conversation you were finally about to book another appointment when your system crashed

    Disgusting service @TalkTalk who are not only offering an awful broadband connection, they never answer their support line or divert you to someone else when you are asking to cancel WI-FI that is not fit for purpose. Shame on you for underhand tactics @TalkTalkGroup

    @TalkTalk it gets worse. Sent a link. Advised that no one can call from the tweet account or unable to pass my DM details to a human with a phone. They are sending me back to the online form been on that 5 times with no success. If this is how you treat your customers shame!

    @handylibrarian @TalkTalk I feel your pain 100% - last time this happened to us someone knocked out a cable on a nearby street and it took them several days to find the problem. Hard to believe that reliable internet access is still so primitive. When we rely on it so much for so many things.
