    @bandbuk @TalkTalk I can't wait to leave taking 2 payments a month and can't get to speak to someone iam tamping!! If I don't get any joy I will cancel direct debit and take u to court for stealing and saying it was a mistake and do it again!!!

    @TalkTalk terrible customer service. They messed my broadband account up on 18 Feb still can’t fix it and are trying to charge me to close the account! Every call gets passed around until they cut you off because they can’t deal with the problem!

    @TalkTalk Have tried talking to one of your 'team' and the service is again non-existent. Once again they want me to complete a Power of Attorney form, which we have already SENT YOU. We are in enough distress and your company is not helping. SHAME ON YOU.

    @TalkTalk What is the point of having a bereavement call line when you go though to the standard queue at such a difficult time !! The repeat message constantly directs you to the Live Chat who can’t or won’t help !! #useless #insensitive

    Avoid @TalkTalk #talktalk at all costs. Charging aka stealing from customers for engineer visits that never took place 😡

    @TalkTalk Why is it impossible to cancel our account?£50 per month for a service that is hardly working. Currently on the phone (on hold or they hang up!). Appalling service

    Been on hold to @TalkTalk so long they’ve literally run out of hold music. Truly awful service and I’m not even a customer anymore. I’m getting in touch because you continued to bill me.
