@TalkTalk please can someone from customer support contact me. When we moved house, we stopped being a TT customer. The prepaid bag to return our router was sent to the wrong address. We've now tried 3 times to get a replacement bag to return the router. We don't need it, help!

@TalkTalk I don't have account details on me so will when I do, but after an hour on the phone speaking to 3 different people in not sure how it can be resolved. I just want people to know if they want a decent internet connection and customer service not to use Talktalk.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk the worst service ever. AVOID!! months of ignoring my faulty broadband, lying about sending engineer, after my complaint mid of May I was told I can terminate my contract without fee. But you forgot to do it and now you want to charge me for another month, disgusting!!

What’s so frustrating is that @TalkTalk will raise prices for the customer without ever improving their service. We’ve had terrible wifi all week and it never improves.
