Just had the most incredibly dismal experience of customer service with TalkTalk. This is not about the regurgitation of CS placatory comments that are expertly delivered by operatives with no ability to help with anything outside the prescribed script. More in the next tweet!

@TalkTalk just like two say how bad talktalk really is 0/10 and the worst costumer service every . You talk two one person . Then have two explain two someone else then get passed on to someone else no one dont no what there doing

I’ve been a TalkTalk customer for many years and evidently the only way to resolve is start a new account! 5 operatives + 3.25 hours of calls later, several times ‘being on hold’ with the same mind numbing music and all managers in meetings or on calls I’m still disconnected!

Why is the threat of a formal complaint the biting point for progress with TalkTalk? For most companies these days honestly. It's frustrating that the information we supply can't just as easily be erased on the simple fact we, the owners of that information, want it gone.

@TalkTalk 2 weeks. 2 ******* WEEKS!!!! We haven't had internet for 2 weeks because of you! You sent an engineer out, he said there was no problem and left. Internet was still broke. You send a new box, has even worse signal than the old one and stops working after a day.

@TalkTalk Service update says New Cross issues. I'm near Woodford (12+ miles away) and have had intermittent disruption all day. Are they related? Or do you think I have a separate issue?
