  @TalkTalk My broadband has had issues raised in network tests for 2 weeks now. Every few days the issue gets cleared even though it isn’t solved so when I run a re-test it picks up the same issue again. When is it going to actually be fixed?

  A further 3 hours wasted today trying my best to work with TalkTalk to obtain a solution to having no internet. 5 days of not being able to support survivors, bereaved of necrotising fasciitis. Utterly disgusting. DM on Twitter sent me a link req internet. Exhausting . 🥲🥲🥲

  @TalkTalk You are a **** company I just want to cancel my package on the 28th march. It is due to end on that date anyway!! I do not want to stay purely because of this annoying experience. I will just be cancelling the direct debit instead.

  @TalkTalk appalling service today told an engineer would be here today waited in all day now on the phone chasing and being told account doesn’t exist when we have contract in place 2 days no tv no broadband
