    @TalkTalk It's ok - I had a chat on the TalkTalk support site, and apparently you have now received the old router (3 months after I sent it, and which belongs to me anyway). So, the fee is to be "waived". But seriously, this has wasted a lot of my time in the last 3 months. #NotImpressed

    @TalkTalk still not received the promised £60 welcome gift promised by CSA on new faster broadband. Had to scrape £s together for the large bill last month. Another CSA promised would appear on todays bill..but NOT so! Feel let down by you! CSA Faye now trying to sort out.

    @SkyHelpTeam No I was not. Just got advised that an engineer will visit. So are you going to let Talktalk know I’m switching at all?Their tel customer service is appealing and it’s will be very difficult to get them to cancel my contract.I’m also in my cooling off period with them(7days left)

    Hi @TalkTalk is broadband down? I'm in SY109RH area . Both my partner and my broadband does not connect. This is two different houses.

    @TalkTalk There is known problem that I already know about. But @OpenreachHelp seem unable to replace the batteries before they run out, hence the constant outages!

    @TalkTalk Same old problem with router needing to be unplugged/plugged back in to work. Why? DM sent but you never respond to them 😡

    @CPWTweets @MastercardUK @TalkTalk he's in his 70s and doesn't use social media. He's using an old tiscali account and it stopped working and is been given the run around by the customer service. Just look up people called Flint Thank you for picking this up so quickly though!

    @TalkTalk Just upgraded to Fibre 35 but have got no broadband service even though I rebooted router. Was told router was compatible but is it possible it’s not? Another router is being sent but is there possibly another issue?
