Absolutely disgusting service from rude agents @TalkTalk . An audit needs to be done on calls ASAP, how they get away with their language is beyond me! Don't waste your time or money with them, instead use a reputable provider who treats their customers well.

@bt_uk No. This problem only started AFTER I had to report a fault on our phone/line & internet connection. The Emails being “copied” to the TalkTalk address show the account number as ***7011 and BT ID: 2*4*9*1*6 if that’s of any help. If you DM me an email address, I can forward it 2u

@TalkTalk Ive been trying now nearly 5 weeks to get my fibre active and numerous phone calls to call centre where the line is so bad its feels like the 80s. Ive been trying all morning to cancel this account as im absolutely furious on how hard just to get this sorted.
