@LaurenJThom @TalkTalk Same! Been having issues with @TalkTalk for ages. Weekly wifi problems from Monday 12am to Tuesday/Wednesdays. Talked last week, but it’s the same again. :( I WFH and have to use mobile data, and they haven’t offered any money off or helped, even though we have an expensive plan.

@TalkTalk Still haven't been able to get hold of anyone to sort out my Internet!! The link sent doesn't work. How do I make a complaint& discuss the option of ending my contract due to this consistent failure to provide a good enough service? It's impossible to actually speak to someone 😡

@TalkTalk Need a new Internet provider as no Internet again from you two days after you said it was fixed and this is now a monthly problem worst service and now your stealing my money as I'm not getting the service I'm paying for

@TalkTalk I called customer services but not sure if it got resolved as the problem was and is with the fibre tp link modem given by open reach..the power adapters failed. Lucky I had a similar output adapter which belongs to my soundboard so I've resolv the issue but need a new modem
