@TalkTalk why has it taken an hour of my time to get what was a simple request sorted, especially when we've been having intermittent connection issues for nearly a year? And why did it take me asking about cancellation fees to get that request honoured? Pretty bad all round

The morons at @TalkTalk are at it again. Charging me for an account that's not only shut down but they have confirmed they've received the equipment back. As always, its impossible to speak to a communications company so i may as well let them incur cost with the debt collectors

@TalkTalk hi, my wifi is unacceptably slow, it took 15 hours to upload a 10 minute video to 4% ! I cannot find anywhere to get help from, no number, can you please help? It’s been terrible for months now, I’m at my wits end!
