    @TalkTalk are there any problems with your email service? I’ve not received emails for a few days; have tested by sending mails to it; tried multiple devices; have gone through your help system etc and nothing incorrect at my end or technically it seems. Any help?

    @TalkTalk very disappointed with service tonight. Was talking to live agent & was cut off twice. Had to start again twice. Was asked if wanted engineer to visit. Replied yes and reply was they were shut and to try again in am? Process took 90 mins & got nowhere. V frustrating

    @TalkTalk Today is the only the 18th and once again i cannot log into my account, i get the message: Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later. This seems to happen nearly every time i try to login.

    @TalkTalk Why is it that everytime you have planned works, within 24hrs of the date/time our router always goes off? Can you put a "you may need to restart your router" message on these announcements? However it's never at the exact time of the works so a bit odd. @WhichUK @OmbudServices
