    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk yr latest broadband router is not fit for purpose. It cant auto-reset itself after a brief power cut. U shd look at fixing the problem with an automatic firmware router fix. Switching the router on/off for >25 mins doesn't work, see my other tweets re. manual fix.

    @TalkTalk No broadband since Thursday when your troubleshooting lost my v poor connection completely. Your engineer referred the issue to openreach Saturday. No update, chat unavailable, trying to WFH tethering to my phone. Can you help get this fixed??

    @TalkTalk its a household issue, videos and gifs don't play on twitter for some reason and they only work when we turn kidsafe off

    @TalkTalk broadband problem resolved by: A. Switch off router. B. disconnecting broadband wired connection to master phone socket and leaving off 4 25 mins C. broadband connection to master phone socket D. Switch on router. (Step B is the most important step)

    @TalkTalk Was supposed to have an engineer visit yesterday to install new fibre but they never showed up. Can't reach the call centre or anyone via online chat, website isn't functioning properly either. What is going on??

    @stevejacksonHN @TalkTalk Public to private nothing changes. The quality of service in the UK has always been dreadful in those industries. Have a hard time on the flight home worrying if my cards will work, if the car will be what I ordered, if I have the right documents to get a sim….. endless

    @Lollypo36424345 Think I have found the problem, I turned of WiFi on my phone, using 4G I can watch videos again, so it must have something to do with my internet provider TalkTalk 😡
