@TalkTalk Had a msg off you saying my order was rejected due to no appt being available.This was on the 5th April.They said they would be in touch in 48 hrs..It’s now the 20th.If this is how you treat prospective customers I can’t imagine how you treat existing customers.

@TalkTalk last night after 1:15 there was an outage that stopped me from using the internet until I gave up around 2am, and today my connection's been way below standard and is slowing down more and more as time goes on. you haven't reported any outages, what's wrong?

@TalkTalk Hi, my internet stopped working about an hour ago. It’s flashing between orange and white. I’ve tried all the steps required including a factory reset and it’s still not working. This needs fixing ASAP. This happened the other week aswell.

@WeAreOpenreach @TalkTalk Appalling customer service from you both as a new customer. My existing broadband was disconnected by openreach before our new fibre is installed. A week without broadband and the dates keep moving. This is simply rubbish. When will it get resolved?!
