Wow typical @TalkTalk as soon as your help line is no longer available 10pm the internet starts shutting down every 2 minutes. Your poor service has forced me to switch provider because I cannot deal with your awful services and lack of customer care

Hi @TalkTalk , After spending 2 hours on a chat with your team the other night I had high hopes that my new connection issues would be resolved with the new router you were sending me ..... Imagine my disappointment this morning when I received an ethernet cable .

@TalkTalk I’m done with dealing with Talk Talk, I’m on holiday and don’t need the hassle. I have no idea how TT can get it so wrong time after time. I’ve cancelled my Direct Debit in shear desperation. TT ARE AN AWFUL COMPANY.
