@TalkTalk I am well.the solution is left your service & i shouldnt get a bill.I rang 3 times and went online to upgrade after i had Fibre installed.kept getting tossed from person to person i even said many times "i want to stay with you" then kept being on hold. maybe see you in 3 years?

@TalkTalk Hi, Cityfibre website and cityfibre support says that you can provide FTTP to my property, but when I type my postcode into your checker, it says it can't. Which is correct?

@JK1n1 @TalkTalk My elderly parents are with out their landline for over 3 weeks despite paying for unlimited full fibre package. Their Drs and hospital cannot contact them. Issue escalated but no action or resolution. Please help, service sucks
