@TalkTalk customer service is awful! Over the past week I have been helping my elderly grandmother access her emails as she has forgotten her password, but there seems to be no one that can help resolve this!! She’s been a customer for over 20 years but clearly means nothing!

@TalkTalk Hi. We are having a problem with our Internet at the moment which is supplied via our BT. Landline. We did report the problem with the Landline to BT. We did have Internet Intermittently. Our Landline appears to be working now but our Internet is down. Can you help?

@OutdoorDaveGB @TalkTalk Sadly not - because they’ve been so awful and slow it was nearly 4weeks ago. But the complete lack of service SHOULD exclude me from penalty at the very least! 🤯

@TalkTalk and by law you have to inform the customer if you are changing the contract, which was never mentioned, and for the sake of £9.99 your happy to loose a customer to Sky or Virgin
