After reading the horrific reviews about trying to cancel a service from Talktalk, i had to pretend i was happy with the service but didnt need internet anymore, so that they would not ask me why i was leaving, then start to offer me overpriced and unreliable services.

everyone do yourself a favour, literally never, ever to with @TalkTalk as your isp, have been having WiFi issues for over a month and they have been ******* useless. literally begged them to send a technician over but they couldn't give less of a ****.

@TalkTalk Out of contract after 18 months and not being able to cancel the internet fibre service in the initial 14 day cooling off period, i was just charged an extra £35.36 instead of £24 all because i wanted to cancel while being OUT OF CONTRACT! Total rip off! Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS

@TalkTalk do not sign up with these as they miss sell contracts. Promises of no price hike during contract but wow 1 month in and up it goes. No customer service

@TalkTalk last night after 1:15 there was an outage that stopped me from using the internet until I gave up around 2am, and today my connection's been way below standard and is slowing down more and more as time goes on. you haven't reported any outages, what's wrong?
