    @TalkTalk It had already been delayed as it was due to go live on the 6th. I received a message stating it was going to be live today, this is poor service especially when I rely on it being live due to the fact I work from home

    Reported @TalkTalk to @Ofcom for their refusing to fix mums internet. Hope they get them in a lot of trouble! Anyone else had bad dealings with TalkTalk?

    @TalkTalk I understand that, however, when you've called TalkTalk to advise your wanting to leave, are then passed to the loyalty team, who propose an offer to you for being a loyal customer, only to then find the offer is available to everyone and all new customers. It's misleading..

    @TalkTalk any danger of my UFO broadband working any time soon? I’ve been dealing with terrible customer service and frankly insulting offers of compensation for 3 weeks now, seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

    @TalkTalk Yeah I’m not happy, my WiFi has not worked for over a week, had numerous live chats and still can’t get through to anyone on the phone. I want to cancel my contract

    @TalkTalk tried to cancel via account view, not possible. Tried to cancel via chat, not possible. Called on Monday to cancel, systems down so can't process it. Deadline of 15th April to cancel, unacceptable how difficult it is. Will be cancelling direct debit, only way to stop!

    @TalkTalk I got through to one team who I clearly told my issue, who the passed me to another team... and so on and so on, 7 times in the end... to eventually get the issue sorted. Really poor that it takes that much effort.

    I think all the bad reviews that @TalkTalk get are unfair. Their actual customer service is so much worse.

    @TalkTalk Not my service. I’m piling on the pressure as you fail to respond appropriately to service outage issues. My friend still doesn’t have service no. And you still haven’t answered my questions.
