@TalkTalk Internet is down in Edinburgh, your man on the phone blamed BT and seemed to have no clue anyone else is experiencing this issue. He said it would be 2-3 days which is absurd.

@TalkTalk down in EH7 as well, told this will be fixed in 2 - 3 working days meanwhile I'm losing out on money every hour my Internet isn't working. Cheers 🍻

@TalkTalk you promised me a manager would call back on 3/3 within 48 hours because my fibre connection is so poor I can barely WFH. Nothing! Follows being left without internet by talk talk in 2019 for months on end during which I had shocking customer service. Call me please!

@TalkTalk Internet at Edinburgh's been down since 11.35AM. The talktalk account homepage says there's a problem at the network. Is there a ETA on the resolution?

@TalkTalk Large parts of Edinburgh have absolutely no internet connection - it’s not just some websites, it’s everything. Numerous people are tweeting you about this and you haven’t responded to any of them. Please put some accurate info up here or at least acknowledge the issue.
