    @Jorden_md @TalkTalk @TalkTalk don’t seem to be acknowledging anything. Maybe because they don’t start work until 9am, even when there’s a major outage. Not great service.

    @KatrinaMacneill @TalkTalk Yep. I’m in Lossie and it went off suddenly at around 8.10pm and I can’t fix it this end. Autogenerated “help” said it must be my problem because they couldn’t find a fault.

    @TalkTalk Please fix the wifi issue. I was on a zoom call for my mother’s funeral and I froze and cut off!! Saw her last moments in 144p. RIP rebecca.
