    @TalkTalk I've called twice today to cancel my contract. Both times I have been transferred to the cancellation team, waited 30 minutes then been cut off. This is ridiculous. I've had an email saying my contract is ending so it's my right to stop the renewal. Can somebody help me

    @TalkTalk I cannot handle being on hold for another 45 minutes and then having it cut off, I need you to cancel my account and stop billing me AND REFUND ME for internet you never even installed!!

    @TalkTalk Phoned up to query upgrading my account, call put through in seconds. Transferred through to customer loyalty and waited 25 minutes. Phoned again, waited another 25 minutes. Can I request someone to call me directly?
