    Appalling service from @TalkTalk. My 75yo Mum has tried to change acct ownership three times following my Dad's death. Twice she's had her phone and internet cut off and still no nearer to sorting. Teams on phone rude and unhelpful too!

    @TalkTalk I am at home. Its been checked today and I am told its stable and, right now, it is. My issue is that it could go again at anytime so I have no confidence in stability. I have sent several messages to the DM facility and spoken to Customer Service several times.

    @TalkTalk Hi, moved to a new house, we haven't been sent a new router, we haven't been given any help as to access the TV services and the webchat staff do not have a clue as to how to fix any of my problems. Any help?

    @TalkTalk Not scam calls. When I get a call it is your customers who have been transferred from one department at talk talk to customer services and then end up being transferred to my mobile. I only have broadband with you. They leave names, addresses, phone numbers on my answer phone.

    Have you heard about @VirginMedia ? 📺 ⚽ 🎮 Well, I didn’t think that’s what I was sharing but if you want the fastest internet in your area with BT/Sky tv as well then I’d get virgin media. Easily better than my BT/Talktalk experience. Talktalk being the worst.

    @HammerToe @TalkTalk They are useless, I have them for my house in Yorkshire. Unfortunately, the best of a bad bunch for the area right now..

    One more time... Then, I and 3 more customs will drop talktalk faster than you can say, "Press One now and we'll NEVER call you back!" Our time is NOT Spare'able, I'm at work here...All I want to do is change my adress, Dont apologise either...Just answer the Phone!!
