  @TalkTalk OK, but who can I speak to about the awful and frankly offensive customer service we've received? Nobody has attempted to contact us about this despite us sending multiple written complaints and spending hours waiting by the phone for calls that never came.

  Just got unceremoniously disconnected from the internet mid-stream and it hasn’t come back on yet. So TalkTalk continues to be a useless ISP who I hate speaking to thanks to their offensively bad customer service.

  @TalkTalk my internet is going down several times this morning. Hampering my work. It shows connected but No Internet. I live in Chadwell Heath in Romford (RM6).
