@TalkTalk Is there a number I can call when I am back at home as I have had to leave the house to head into my office I can tell you the hub is flashing orange and clear for 5 mins then just goes orange this isn't the first time I have had issues your service isn't consistent

After 15 years of loyal patronage (and recommending them to friends and family) it's really disappointing that @ThreeUK has decided to adopt @TalkTalk style customer service. Threatening a 90% price hike if I don't take a new contract.

The award for #clueless #CustomerService goes to @TalkTalk. So far I’ve had to make 4 phone calls, talk to 8 people, was cut off 3x and still nobody was able to cancel my Ultra Fibre service.

@OpenreachHelp Sky/UW/BT/TalkTalk - all the ISPs have raised it with you and escalated. Only update we have back is that it will take another 3 days for someone "to attend" not "fix". I am raising it with you directly as ALL ISPs affected and none of them is getting any useful information back.

@TalkTalk trying to work from home with windows10 laptop, continually get message 'unable to connect to this network' on wifi connection. Restarting router instantly fixes it. How do I get this resolved please? Happening multiple times daily.
