@TalkTalk should be ashamed of your selfs. I had to cancel the Direct debit due to Current times, but could’t cancel #homeschooling I have made the payment every month sometimes a couple of days late and you have charged me £12 a month for the privilege #taxonthepoor

@TalkTalk won't cancel my account for 30 days despite me telling them I've had to move out of my home and couldn't cancel earlier (due to domestic violence). New owners will be able to use broadband and premium phone calls at my expense. They hang up on me when I try to explain.

will continue to make a fuss about this on social media even when i've got my flatmates to switch just so all of my friends and colleagues know never to choose talktalk as their provider negative advertisement :) if they didnt want this maybe they should just have been better :)
