    @ghost_wales @mitsyarty Trouble is both O2 & EE, the 2 best for service & vfm, are related to/owned by BT Whatever you do, beware of TalkTalk, I have been trying to get free for 3 months. It's a coms company which makes communicating with them virtually impossible in my experience

    @ohnorobot @TalkTalk This is so, so bad. It's negligent in many ways but the amount of stress debt collection letters cause = horrendous. @TalkTalk should be investigating what is going wrong in their system, or more likely, why their system is designed to be this way

    The @TalkTalk engineer's solution to this, btw, was for me to knock on the door of every flat to ask to set up my modem in their area btw lol

    In three days Resolver says i can escalate this to the @TalkTalk CEO. I'm exhausted. All i want is to never speak to TalkTalk customer service about this issue again without worry of them coming after me for something I don't owe. Hopefully after this, i can.

    @TalkTalk my Internet at home im Cardiff has been down 12 hour now. Any idea why or when it's coming back?

    @craigspencerUTT @TalkTalk Try a company called Resolver. They still havent fixed my issue, I have moved providers after 22 days of no internet.
