    @TalkTalk hi, we’ve had no internet for about 24 hours? We’re from the s12 area of Sheffield, city fibre are doing upgrades in the area and I’m assuming this is causing the issues, is it likely to come back on soon?

    Jesus, @TalkTalk your customer service is like banging my head against a brick wall. It's like ground hog day I'm just repeat the same questions and answers but no solution. 7 days with no internet but you believe everything is fine. #talktalksucks, #nointernet, #gladimleaving
