@ashcporter Definitely stay away from sky and talktalk both them providers have been awful for me apparently BT is the best however its quite expensive

@TalkTalk I’m just wondering if someone can help, you’ve been sending my Nan, who has dementia, threatening letters demanding payment when we have a bill that shows £0 balance and you won’t talk to me as I’m not the named bill payer, but that’s my grandad and he’s dead.

Hello @TalkTalk I've had no TV reception since Saturday? Is there a fault with the transmitter or my aerial? I've tried asking your chat staff but they're terrible. I have been told to turn my box off and on again! 😡

@TalkTalk Hey internet has been poor since yesterday around 3pm and still is poor right now. Speed has been cut in half so is now 10mbps instead of 20. Can you tell me if I have a problem in my area and don't tell me to go on your website because I have all ready looked

@TalkTalk can I have your webchat address pls. Been disconnected off three phone calls since last night, this morning also had webchat ended cos your systems were down and was told to reconnect this afternoon, chat box now not showing
