    @virginmedia @TalkTalk is a joke. Clowns 🤡. Do not waste your time. They will waste your time and resources. I lost work sitting at home & waiting for their never showing up #OpenReach engineers. Just go to @virginmedia cheaper, better customer service, & their engineers show up on time.

    @TalkTalk what do I have to do to get you to listen to me and stop sending me bills? I haven’t been a customer with you since last year, I’ve rang you about 7 times asking you to stop billing, emailing and calling me. Stop harassing me

    @talktalk Absolutely disgraceful. Wow, it turns out I’ve paid my bills and the incompetence of their customer service team put a partial bar on my internet and no one could work it out since yesterday. I be never heard of such foolishness. @clotheshorse90 @newleasemusic

    @talktalk we've had no Internet since 2pm Tuesday 8th March. I work from home and this has made it impossible. Please advise of the problem and when it will be fixed. I live near Swindon in Wiltshire

    All day again on the phone to @talktalk and still can’t find a fix for my problem. No one yet has once mentioned an engineers visit! @clotheshorse90 @newleasemusic

    @TalkTalk your agents weren't even able to tell me over the phone if the service had been successfully cancelled. How can you not know if you cancelled your own product? It's absolutely mad.

    @TalkTalk Can’t get through to your help lines but I have an an unsolicited email re open reach attending 18th may to fit future fibre . I do not want this, I also will not be available on that date,I have been onto open reach to cancel but I cannot confirm it is cancelled
