    @TalkTalk I am going counter your bills with an invoice for my time, as a mech engineer that will be £65 per hour. I will go back to time wasted for engineer visits (waste of time) and all recorded call time to your so called customer services..I’ll start with ofcom and small claims court

    @TalkTalk I'm in the ME9 9 area and my internet keeps dropping out, it's driving me absolutely mad, I'm trying to work and it's dropped out at least 8/9 times in the last hour or so. Checked with Down Detector and it shows no problems! Please help!

    @TalkTalk Still waiting for a response to my complaint letter of 4 March to your Salford address about a monthly increase of £2 on a fixed price contract which breaches Ts and Cs. Every time I ring up I’m told by someone on the other side of the world that there is no Manchester office!
