@TalkTalk @TalkTalk any updates on how much longer before issue is sorted as its been a good few hours and my whole home runs off wifi gonna have to dig through my cupboards for a raidio for going to sleep to as i sure wont be watching a film on my tablet lol

@TalkTalk Had a tech problem with TV box. Rang helpline, spoke to a very helpful member of staff, TV box now working 👍 He rang again today practically begging me to give him a good review in the customer service feedback email. What kind of pressure are you putting your staff under?
