@TalkTalk The laugh is, you have a fault & they can't find it so upgraded to someone higher which could take 5 WORKING DAYS to get back to you. Meanwhile still taking our money. Hubby managed to find fault local exchange, TT still never knew about it. Resumed after 17 hrs.

Someone at @TalkTalk will eventually have to speak to us when we halt payment and begin to share how poor the customer service is. My account runs so slowly and poorly designed as to be worse than useless. If u want Superfast Btoadband try @SkyUK

@TalkTalk Well I’m trying to get a new WiFi router but have to spend the best part of an hour proving we have a bad connection, which entails having to disconnect the internet for tests - not handy when working from home and need a connection all the time! Just send me a new router
