Horrible service from @TalkTalk 3 online chats and an engineer visit and still no internet. Would not recommend to anybody, would cancel if I didn’t have a year left on my contract. Can’t wait for it to be over. Disgrace.

@Lady_Colleen @TalkTalk Ugh. They are awful. Most complained about telecoms company in the country, I believe. I had to take them to the Ombudsman to stop them charging me for internet use at a flat where we were no longer resident & our PC was in storage. They are really crap at cancelling when asked.

Same woman to answer & tell him the deal doesnt exist and he's to call back in 3 months the hung up. Absolute joke of a company. Poorest customer service ive heard in a long time. Have videos of this conversation that will be posted soon enough. AVOID TALKTALK BROADBAND
