    @TalkTalk I'm beyond annoyed now all I'm trying to do is cancel my account which is in my right in the 14 day period and I have been put on hold hung up on or left in dead space for over an hour and a half today its a joke! Dont buy talktalk! #disgusting

    @yourolly Then, some ISPs own their own core networks between exchanges (TalkTalk do this), others piggyback on Openreach’s. Virgin own their own Docsis cable network (bought off NTL, which was Telewest, which also bought the infra off Cable and Wireless)

    @TalkTalk have received a 2nd email demanding the rtn of a router that we sent back mths ago. Can’t find any way to talk to a person to sort it out. Ur internet was bad enough but now being threatened with a £50 fine 4 not sending back something we have sent back is taking the P

    @TalkTalk Oh I did, home move and customer care both. They say they cant help. Miscommunication happened but I pretty much need to keep waiting for 10 more days

    @TalkTalk We are now down to 5mbps ffs, we are contacting sky because my wife works for NHS interviewing and can not go without internet the way we are, we are working off next doors sky and had no issues you hit 12 hours, you’ve had 48 months and still it’s rubbish!
