    Well @TalkTalk internet is out again and their live connection test isn't doing a thing. Fabulous. Dreadful service recently.

    @bigleftyben @TalkTalk Where in Brighton are you? I'm in Portslade. They said they'd be sending out an OpenReach engineer in 24-48 hours so if the problem isn't fixed by mid-day tomorrow I'm a) escalating a complaint and b) changing suppliers.

    @TalkTalk 10 hours on the phone today and still no service. Your staff promise things that clearly are not true….Your call centres are not fit for purpose!

    @TalkTalk I have done this spoken to numerous people still no joy. Last phonecall they admitted no one had escalated to city fibre, twice when they said they would this is costing me a fortune and causing major issues.

    @TalkTalk Once again on a Sunday afternoon my service drops out. 5th weekend in a ******* row. What wrong with your service? I DON'T expect to unplug, reset and fiddle with the modem etc EVERY ******* weekend. I'm then told nothing wrong with the line....really????

    @TalkTalk Im absolutely fuming at your customer service. You’ve cancelled our broadband by accident but won’t even rectify it. It says on your email “sorry to see you leave, please call us at anytime to stay with us” tried that, but no one seems to want us as a customer.

    @TalkTalk hi, I have tried to get through to your contact number but never get anywhere. I have changed my broadband to Plusnet but you are still charging me. How do I stop this?
