Well, that didn’t work. I thought @TalkTalk would respond swiftly to my last message about their poor service. It looks like I’m going to have to carry on bringing their lack of response to the attention of Twitter until they bother to answer me.

@TalkTalk my mum is having issues, again, with her old contract. She has been sent an email saying it is about to expire, when she just got a new contract with you for fibre optic! And her complaint still hasn’t been dealt with?

@sharonkaursamra @TalkTalk We moved to our new house on the 17th of December and we’re told that we could only have a data service because everyone was being switched to fibre and Talktalk didn’t do a VoIP service and could we manage with our mobile phones. Unfortunately the mobile coverage is hopeless.

24 hours later, and nothing from #talktalk. I phoned them again. Was told it'd be another 24 hours and I was to expect a call at 12 noon the following day. The website was displaying a problem now for my order, at least. Guess what happened at 12 noon the next day?
