  @ShemaleNudity @TalkTalk Why did your friend not just do like 99% of people setup a direct debit then there is no issue. How did your friend send payment?   Spent 2 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk. Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. @TalkTalk

  @TalkTalk I’ll DM but doubt it’ll make a difference you’v ignored every letter, phone call & email, I’ve cancelled the acc many times by every method, for some reason, unknown to us, you just won’t cancel it. You continue to steal money from our bank acc. It’s been 16 months & you know it
