    Typical @TalkTalk can’t deal with you wanting to cancel so they hang up on you… ring back again to be told the cancellation team is shut at 4 but normally open till 6pm… Waste for 2 and a half hours! Just cancel my contact! #TalkTalk #wasteoftime

    @TalkTalk normally provides my WiFi. But I now have no connection, the engineer never showed up, their support chat is down and no one answers the phone. @TalkTalkGroup how can I get connected and more importantly, show me why I should continue giving you my business.

    Just putting it out there talk talk Siri is the worst WiFi in the world. So slow and the connection is slower than my Nan and she is dead. Sometimes it is so bad I prefer to use up my data AT HOME. @TalkTalk please improve your WiFi

    @OpenreachHelp can you guys assist on a case with me as talktalk have no support due to South Africa riots. Ordered a fibre upgrade package at the end of June, Was meant to be set up 8th July but delayed, openreach needed to do work on exchange. Was meant to have update yestrday

    @talktalk are useless. My father is moving home and they were unable to close his TalkTalk account because of the unrest in South Africa. Yet I live in the UK. All other utilities just took minutes to close… What a way to run a company, obviously going down the pan

    @TalkTalk not happy my internet is down. I just got it upgraded monday. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come. Cant access my account to do a speed check. Help please

    @TalkTalk Hi there. Not had internet since April. Still paying. No help from customer service - constantly being told we 'have service' or 'it's been fixed' - when it hasn't. Spent 3 hours on phone yesterday only to be interrupted with 'offices are now closed' before any progress :(
