@TalkTalk . Hi, I have been having many calls from these numbers: 0161 998 5880 and 0161 104 4974; they are claiming to be your company and my supplier. We are not a customer of yours. Do these numbers belong to you? I think it’s scammers.

So my in-laws and brother in law have been without internet for about 5 days! My brother in law is having to put his mum and dad at risk of #COVID as he is having to go into the school where he teaches to work! Many calls & emails to @TalkTalk have not been answered! Very poor!

@TalkTalk WiFi has been really unreliable this past week. I'm located in Worcester. The router often starts blinking orange, I never know how long I won't have internet for and restarting the router does not help. Is there something going on?

So apparently, if my internet (which has been so poor today I couldn't even upload a 5MB file) needs fixing @TalkTalk will charge me for it, even if it's their fault. @MoneySavingExp @BBCWatchdog does this seem right?

@TalkTalk For the 10th time since November, I don’t have Internet access. It all happens after your "successful" maintenance. I am so tired of your terrible services and lack of communication between TalkTalk and customers. No given notice about this, all those 10 times.

Woooow. @TalkTalk Have cut my internet, the customer service person cut me off while talking about it. Smooth.

@TalkTalk Well, no service at all in my area since last night, @TalkTalk. Also, surprise surprise, your website reports planned maintenance for tonight as well. No point paying for such slow & unreliable service, looking for alternatives. #broadband #talktalk

@dandanjamieson @TalkTalk I've got this exact same problem. Offered me a chargeable service. For their fault. I'm in DM with someone but they haven't responded in a while.

@TalkTalk just tried to apply for the #FTTP service down in Milton Keynes but says it’s not available but I can have broadband at 0.3mb/s speeds. That’s fine however I’m on the trial FTTP for the last 7 years with @Plusnet. So can you use the same fibre in my premises or not?

@TalkTalk I don’t need to "drop you a DM", I just need the internet access I am paying for! If you can’t provide me with this, I will request to leave TalkTalk, leaving behind a bunch of negative reviews. Plus I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone of course, because it isn’t reliable
