    @TalkTalk I want to cancel my account. I’ve been trying to cancel since July. You guys agreed to cancel in August. Yet the account is still not cancelled. I have to phone to be transferred through several departments. Ridiculous.

    @appertunity @TalkTalk Talk talk were abysmal as far as customer service when we were with them years ago. Seems like they haven't improved.

    @TalkTalk i need assistance with my grandads old account. You’ve been charging me an annual fee of £50 a year September 2021 and September 2022 but he hasn’t been a customer since January 2021. Contact Centre customer service is appalling and very rude.

    The breathtaking incompetence of TalkTalk. No landline for more than five weeks, “customer service” agents, telling me the issue was fixed, they have identified an issue, they will be sending out an engineer to look at the issue. Oh, how I wish I had never joined up with them.

    @TalkTalk the worst service I have ever experienced. Been on the phone for over an hour & spoken to 5 different departments and 7 different employees, I cancelled my contract in July & I've still been charged for 2 months. Yet no register of cancellation & still being charged.
