    Another hilariously bad conversation with @TalkTalk who seem to think the issue is I don't which of my e-mail addresses is on their records. Whereas the real issue is I've had no broadband since last Weds.

    @TalkTalk Get an engineer out quicker and restore the service I pay for. Your idea of ‘resolution’ means me being without service for almost a week. That’s not resolution.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever experienced, 6 wks trying to install broadband, engineer left yesterday, promised all working in 20 mins & not working. No-one wants to help at all.

    Our contract with @SkyHelpTeam runs out soon. Can anyone recommend a good, small, internet service provider (not one of the big companies, Virgin, TalkTalk, etc and DEFINITELY not Plusnet) that has integrity and where we might get a good deal? Thanks.

    @ValerieABossman @TalkTalk Things improved once I moved to PlusNet, though I’m still stuck on slow broadband as fibre hasn’t made it to my street yet! Companies seem to charge more for non fibre connections even though we have no choice!

    @TalkTalk have received new router - grateful for you to getting it to me quicker than you said - but still not working so unless there’s activation to do on your end I assume it is a line fault.
