@TalkTalk disgusted by the treatment my pensioner parents are experiencing at the hands of your so called broadband help desk! They’ve had no internet since the 26th of October after you “installed” Full Fibre at their retirement property and have been given the run around since.

@TalkTalk I have been trying to sort out a problem caused by TalkTalk all morning, via Twitter, but I get no response, even when I detail the issue carefully. I have had good experiences in the recent past by using this approach. I think your support service must be down.

@TalkTalk @CityFibre since installation on Friday we still have no internet. Nobody seems interested! It’s not the best service as we would be the first in our street to switch. Absolute waste of time. :(

@bt_uk For the second time in 3 weeks BT has been unable to progress my upgrade to full fibre order with Openreach. What on earth is going on at BT? I’ve been a customer for 15 years - maybe it’s time to try @TalkTalk?

@TalkTalk no Internet or phone line for over 72 hours. Reported on Saturday morning and still no resolution. No updates and no communication from Talk Talk.
