    @TalkTalk Hello - in SW London I have had no broadband connection at all since 7am yesterday (6 Jan 21). I have spoken to your call centre twice: 1st told it was due to maintenance and would be resolved by 8am today; 2nd told there has been an issue since Dec. Please assist?

    So ... Should I contact TalkTalk and ask them to match the deal, or should I simply change? Whose customer support is better? If the reality fails to match the promises, what redress do I have, & what evidence should I gather beforehand to support claims of unmet promises? 2/n

    @TalkTalk can you explain why after speaking to a customer service advisor and being given a credit on my account as a sign of "good will" due to a problem, my account is now that exact amount but in debt not credit?!?

    @TalkTalk Area not listed in list but broadband & phone is dead, would have been nice to know in advance, some of us work nightshifts from home. Sms or an email to hard to send? Reroute vis different provider while you working on your network? 😤😡🤬
