@virginmedia Really? I ordered your broadband more than a month ago and no one at your end knows when the installation will happen. 2 installations cancelled and now the installation is pending or basically nobody knows when. I thought that TalkTalk service was the worst...well, I was wrong!

@LeftPeggers Avoid @TalkTalk. My internet goes every time it rains. The 1st engineer said the problem was the roof had blown off the box on top of the pole & the wires were corroded. He cobbled a repair but it never got fixed. Next engineer wouldn't go up the pole to check! Still not working

THIRD day in a row with no broadband @TalkTalk today's prompt is 'could not authenticate'. Absolutely ridiculous. Three months of totally crap broadband. Do not sign up to these incompetents.

@TalkTalk Hi Rose, thanks so much but I doubt it - I believe I have to pay Talk Talk to retain my old Tiscali email account or it will be shut down? But do let me know if this isn’t the case

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk it’s actually ridiculous. Why can’t you just change the batteries more often?! Still no internet. Might not seem like a big issue but when your suppose to be working it really is!
