I don't really want to leave TalkTalk, but they are making it so so hard to stay. I've been a customer for over 15 years and this is the worst service I have ever had from any of my services/utilities. Oh and I'm still waiting on the equipment for the installation.

@TalkTalk Hi I am experiencing issues with login on email account, saying incorrect password but I have not made any changes. Reset options not sufficient as choices are either current email(no access) or obsolete onetel company email. Please advise.
