    @SamRaincock General network kit - I use Netgear switches, my router is the TalkTalk one ATM it feeds into a TP Link WiFi mesh rather than using built-in. I have used Draytek before too and Cisco, both were fine. Before the fibre upgrade I was using an AVM Fritz!Box which was fine.

    @TalkTalk Mine is not working. No access and have an admin day scheduled today. Seriously holding me up and costing time and money.

    @TalkTalk since yesterday my connection speeds have dropped to kb/s, even losing connection for minutes at a time, when it should be in the 40mb/s range. Can you help me with this issue?

    @TalkTalk Hi are there any known issues with broadband in Bingley, West Yorkshire? Ours has been intermittent today, similar thing occurred last Thursday late afternoon for a couple of hours, despite contacting support no real issue was discovered.

    @TalkTalk my internet has been crashing for the past 3 days (over 6 times already today) emailed CEO and I find the options given to be poor your callcenter is useless your live chat won't get past the bot funny how this happens immediately after my prices goes up

    @TalkTalk What appalling Customer/Technical service! I lost my home phone line yesterday. No incoming or outgoing calls. Raised a fault yesterday. Spoke to an agent today but I was in my office and needed to be at home to help them with their tests /2

    @TalkTalk Spent three and a half hours on the phone to you yesterday, trying to sort out a problem for my 80 year old mum. Your system is flawed. It's not okay! What are you going to do about it?

    Since this is clearly breach of contract I will be telling TalkTalk what they can do with their service and moving to another supplier.
