@TalkTalk My broadband & phone have been out since 21st May. Ours is supposed to be a priority case. Still no broadband and phone. Openreach supposed to be looking into it, but have not done so. Just vague, non detailed reassurances from TT tech support. Atrocious service

@AmieL93 @TalkTalk They told me not to cancel my direct debit because they wouldn’t be able to refund any money into my account if I did – but Ive cancelled it now. I fear it’s too late and the money will still go out. Im absolutely fuming.
