Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?

Honor Barnes UK (@HonorUkb) reported@TalkTalk I absolutely do NOT recommend TalkTalk. We spent hours trying to renew the contract. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

Dr Prakash Nayak (@SRIPRAKASH76) reported@TalkTalk In Nov 2024 we had a huge huge fibre installation problem with these. Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

Sixpence (@Sixpenc97002536) reported@devonboy3410 @GBNEWS I’m with TalkTalk but it’s pretty poor since they ‘upgraded’ my area … We regularly either lose the internet or the signal is too weak to watch a digital tv programme, buffering every couple of minutes so it becomes unwatchable

Einstein (@Einsteinbk285) reported@TalkTalk If it’s not sorted today, I will. I shouldn’t have to make umpteen phone calls and demand to speak to managers to sort this though. I mentioned it on here because people need to know that your customer service is poor.
