    @TalkTalk Wifi is down, trying to WFH - making it impossible - only just got connected after date of instalment was moved from 3rd Jan to 24th. Not a happy customer, no one can help as all your systems are down for updating - why is this not done in OOHs?

    @TalkTalk This morning I was promised a new router having gone through all the ways to fix it with your agent last night. I was promised a confirmation email/text and nothing has arrived? I am checking that it has been ordered

    @TalkTalk I’m still without internet over 48hrs now and the only resolution by the technical support team was that I need a new router. I’ve said it’s not the router after running my own diagnostics - but your technical team don’t believe me
