@TalkTalk my elderly mother and mother in law recently switched to you. Both phone lines down this morning. Waiting to receive second phone call re COVID jab. I see from the web that you constantly have problems. They are based in Holsworthy, Devon. When will this be sorted?

@TalkTalk They have not been restored in Eastleigh. My mother's phone is still just engaged signal if she tries to dial and if I phone her it's dead. Her broadband is fine. She doesn't have a mobile. She's 93. Your automated service came back and said her line seemed ok. It's not.

@TalkTalk increasing loyal customers bills during an 18 month fix contact & not budging even though I can get cheaper elsewhere with virgin - nice to know loyalty is rewarded with you guys. I ll be saying goodbye 👋🏼
