    @TalkTalk Despite the fact that the internet is really poor and you have not provided the service I am paying for? It has been a nightmare to contact your company, Given incorrect information and no call backs on 3 occasions. Awful internet and charged for it! It is crazy

    @TalkTalk Not providing a steady service within your contracted period should incur fees directed at you. Breach of contract. Shall I send you a bill? Kept telling us there was no problem although the internet dropped All. The. Time. Switched to Sky and it hasn’t dropped once....

    @TalkTalk I am still on the line with someone who is not addressing the issue I am disputing. I want to terminate the contract due to poor internet service (and poor customer service) and not be made to pay a termination fee.

    @TalkTalk Yeah great we have the weekend now then 3-5 working days the 30days no service will be here soon enough. If I was allowed to cancel when I first asked I would of been in my initial 20days

    @TalkTalk I have been trying to cancel for the last week while I was in my 20day period you have messed me around so much telling me your going to fix it that I have now passed the 20days. You are currently not supplying me any Internet this is so poor

    @TalkTalk Thank you Rose. It is shocking that these letters have been when the contract has been cancelled within the time given. A very poor reflection of how TalkTalk value their customers.
