    @TalkTalk here we go again: Parents (I am the account holder) have another fault with their broadband. Theyโ€™re on the vulnerable customer list. I have tried the number I was given by the chief exec team last time but am now stuck in a text/bot chat loop of doom. Please reach out.

    Companies that do this type of stuff during a bereavement are absolutely disgusting. I had the same issue with @TalkTalk. I would advise people - based on this - to avoid @TUIUK.

    What an absolutely sh1t company that is obstructive, uninterested and simply doesn't want to make anyone's life easy. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted on individuals who just don't give a ****! @TalkTalk #talktalk

    Has anyone else got through to @talktalk ? as I found it so hard to Talktalk with them that after 3 hours I just gave up - and I have been a customer for 4 years or more โ€ฆ.and I tried every which way, believe me !

    Why is everyone i talk to at @TalkTalk customer services is called Mohammed! 19 chats to no avail, still waiting on โ€œpromisedโ€ new router! Sort it out ffs without me spending another 5 hours on hold!

    @TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer canโ€™t come until next week. Sheโ€™s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so canโ€™t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?

    @JohnFielder1 TalkTalk mucked up and disconnected me for 6/12 Resorted to writing to Chief Executive in the end & this was only way got resolution
