    @mateybloke @TalkTalk Checked all my devices. All good. Online tests showed no problem but eventually contacted talktalk to test the line and found a fault. Engineer booked, video still uploading. Hopefully live tomorrow sometime.

    @tomfranks1990 @Keren52812748 @TalkTalk I joined last Friday and I only had internet for two days, the rest is just poor customer service. Imagine having just one job and failing to do it so spectacularly. I'm embarrassed for them

    @TalkTalk absolutely shocking customer service from you tonight. I finally get through the worst automated service and the call handler hangs up on me before I can speak. I call again and I’m hung up on again. I finally get through and oh it’s 7pm so everyone’s gone home!!!

    @TalkTalk I get that you are busy but when you are on hold for over 30 minutes and someone keeps picking it up and putting it down again it starts to grate! My router never appeared last Monday and the engineers didn't show on Wednesday, and i have had no correspondence from you!
