    @samnashauthor Hi,@samnashauthor. You will need to speak to the Loyalty Team 0345 172 0046, Say Cancel TalkTalk" when prompted and you should get through to someone to talk to. You may though have to listen to a few lengthy recorded messages, but you'll get through. -Khristin

    @Ro_Reveur @TalkTalk I've had such a problem with them and Openreach. It just makes me angry that we don't have a nationalised internet service tbh lol.

    @TalkTalk A loss of service is NOT good enough!!! You don't even give us reasonable time to sort something else out!! I know that I wont be renewing my contract as I've had nothing but problems. #uselesswifi #talktalkunrelieable

    @TalkTalk @tristiaharrison as mysteriously as my broadband was cut off last night, it was restored this am. This was something you or Openreach did. I was made perform a series of tasks when you needed to simply run a line test, so wasted 2 hrs of my time, crap customer service
