@TalkTalk disgusted by the treatment my pensioner parents are experiencing at the hands of your so called broadband help desk! They’ve had no internet since the 26th of October after you “installed” Full Fibre at their retirement property and have been given the run around since.

YOU CAN'T MAKE IT UP. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup say they have tried to contact me by phone. I am aware of no calls. Moreover, the call back number that they have given me 0345-172-5150 isn't in service. Wasted 30 mins on another no. What the hell do you do next? #TalkTalkNightmare

@elaine_patten In the process of trying to talk to them but BG's Customer 'Service' is considerably worse than TalkTalk's. And that's REALLY going some.

@TalkTalk And now you can't help because it's a business account. I strongly suggest anyone thinking of using Talk Talk as a business provider of Internet and or phone lines to re consider. Nearly 4 working days without phone or Internet is absolutely disgraceful I will cancel ASAP.

Are @TalkTalk possibly the worst customer services known to man? They asked my wife if she was crying, she wasn’t but there service is bad enough to bring you to tears. 45 minutes to answer a simple question?
