    @TalkTalk absolute jokers, was promised fibre speedy broadband and tv channels. All we got was moaning engineers, and a tv box they couldn’t be bothered wiring up to the tv. Because you’ve broken contract I’d like out of my deal please. #talktalk #shambles

    @TalkTalk Looks like you can't help afterall! I've never received any calls. And even though I have a complaint raised nobody bothered to call me still... It's as usual have to be me calling again, coz I need this resolved. What a waste of time!

    @IanMorris78 Talktalk, that company that won the Wooden Spoon award for worst customer service? Repeatedly? For several consecutive years? Under their esteemed chief exec, whi at that time was one Dido Harding? Yep... you might have a point there.

    @TalkTalk Abysmal customer service and problem solving. Sending out an engineer 4 days after we're due to switch when our broadband isn't working at all is not helpful!

    @Ofcom i would like to report fraudulent behaviour by @TalkTalk they are claiming i rang to cancel my cancellation! i left the UK on 26/8/22 and gave 30 days notice 25/7, They are attempting to fraudulently bill me! please assist
