    @TalkTalk Ordered broadband off you and was installed 2 weeks ago. Engineer turned up at 4pm when he/she was suppose to arrive between 8am and 1pm. Broadband installed doesn't work called you said engineer would come on Thursday and nobody would need to be at house. Engineer turns up...

    @TalkTalk I've spoken online to an agent, after nearly an hour I'm getting an engineer out on Tuesday. The issue is with my modem; its dead and no power is reaching it. Power points are working fine and the router is fine. But the whole diagnostic was about the phone line. Made no sense.

    @bt_uk Haha! We had a better service with @TalkTalk than the fibre you installed. You also promised £100 when we signed up and now you’re refusing to activate the card that was sent. This offer is a #Scam #FalseAdvertising #BritishTeleCON

    @TalkTalk Listen I’ve explained this numerous times you billed last one I read was £300 odd for a service I’ve never been connected to and my brother who’s already been in touch with citizen advice about the money you’ve took from his account and he’s never been connected #
