    @CroneThe86880 @TalkTalk Oh ******! That sounds awful. My partner has now had an email from Moorcroft. It would be helpful if @TalkTalk actually told Moorcroft that they didn’t provide a service - and this is why we do not owe them anything.

    @JohnPockett @churchofengland "Hmmm, I wonder how I can damage comms even more?" she may have wondered to herself one day. "I know - I'll install TalkTalk to run the shonky Horizon system on - what's the worst that can happen? Here endeth today's lessen (sic)"

    @RichardCurry7 @rockchic666 @TalkTalk taken me about 2 yrs to get them to own up to mistakes including issues with connections glad I switched to BT & they will not & never get another payment from me again

    @TalkTalk I absolutely do NOT recommend TalkTalk. We spent hours trying to renew the contract. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

    @TalkTalk here we go again: Parents (I am the account holder) have another fault with their broadband. They’re on the vulnerable customer list. I have tried the number I was given by the chief exec team last time but am now stuck in a text/bot chat loop of doom. Please reach out.

    @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    @JohnFielder1 TalkTalk mucked up and disconnected me for 6/12 Resorted to writing to Chief Executive in the end & this was only way got resolution

    So you put my special needs sister on an account for evenings & weekends without her consent so that she has to pay for daytime calls. I have just found out you are charger hervam extra £100+ a month in addition to her £43. Terrible behaviour. @TalkTalk
