    @DestronYT @TalkTalk Hi Thomas, TalkTalk blocked us recently for both highlighting how poor their service is and trying to help their stranded customers. Have TT replied to you? Do all of your wifi devices die or is it just some of them? Hate to ask if you've restarted your phone re: 4G?

    Absolutely shocking broadband from @TalkTalk . I am not getting the service I'm paying for. Working from home and the WiFi has disconnected at least 10 times! You try and call it is the automated system!! Absolutely poor service!!!

    @TalkTalk My mums WiFi has week security. It says that the configuration of the router is not secure. She is a broadband customer of yours. How can we resolve this ?

    My WiFi has been down for the past 2 days and now @TalkTalk is telling me it will take another week for outreach team to come out like dpmo I have uni deadline next week omyyyy 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk friend left without broadband and internet for days. She’s nearly 80 and feels cut off. Terrible service

    @BraisbyI @TalkTalk Sounds like a brick wall. Hardly Customer Service is it. Like the Train delayed for "Technical Issues" or Inability to do something because "it's Policy". Non excuses aren't they. Good luck with it, must be very frustrating as is making contact these days, in a queue, waiting.
