    @TalkTalk our internet has been down all day! You are saying it's just in and around East Midlands but we are Bexhill-On-Sea! When is the issue going to be fixed as this is ridiculous, all our TV is through the broadband aswell! We have only been with you a month! What a joke!

    @TalkTalk you’re customer service is appalling. Spent over an hour in the queue to cancel my account & once I finally speak to someone I get disconnected. Any advice on my next steps or is this your plan to avoid people cancelling?!?

    @TalkTalk Reset my router after waiting nearly 3 hours...up and running happy days, 20 minutes later down again...this is taking it a little now

    @TalkTalk you know what I’ve finally had a ******* enough of your bullshit you charge be extra prices for a landline that ain’t even plugged in you even as much as blow on the router your broadband an internet knocks of an you have no working support or help staff ******* tragic.

    @TalkTalk down for over 3 hours, had to take half day holiday from work, think you need to re-evaluate your on going contract with BT as I'm sure if your head quarters was down you would have it up within an hour

    @TalkTalk My connection hasn’t been working since around 9am. Have tried all the checks on the troubleshooter but nothing is obviously amiss. Live chat is “too busy”. Can anyone else help me?
