You should be ashamed @TalkTalk my Mum is in tears. Phone is not working and is 4 medical emergency’s and all you did was give her the run around on the phone for an hour asking security’s questions to a man with dementia. @DementiaUK #dementia #takktalk

@TalkTalk 3 months in a row absolute rubbish service. Yet still want me to pay the bill every month. first 4 weeks with a 5mb connection before you'd send anyone to sort it. An since then random disconnects that won't reconnect for over an hour at a time :(

@TalkTalk Thanks Harold... looks like there is a fault on the line between the exchange and our home. It says 2-3 days to fix?! Is that really the SLA? I’m working from home and need my internet 😢

I need the problem solved today asap as if it is not solved I'll get the services of talktalk and today is the last day for their black friday offer. I have been on the phone for ages and I still cannot talk to anyone. Please help
