@TalkTalk 2/2 ... this would be flagged on our systems and the provider would have been given an estimated repair time. We don't have any other access to faults from here, so please contact your provider if the problem persists.

@OpenreachHelp I'm a TalkTalk customer. Have experienced intermittent internet for over 24 hours. They're suggesting the issue is with the Openreach exchange in Bingley, BD16. Please advise what the issue is? Talktalk seem reluctant to offer any updates.

@TalkTalk Please can we have a progress report regarding the issue in Bingley. I've been touch with Openreach and they're not aware of a major exchange issue at Bingley. Please advise what the issue is and what is being done to fix it?

@TalkTalk From Openreach: I've checked the Bingley Exchange but there are no reports of any major issues. The fault could be more localised than that, such as an issue with the cabinet or junction box. If the provider ran diagnostics and found an external fault ... 1/2

@TalkTalk so again I wasn’t called as promised so I call again and after another 30 minute call I am told there was no problem after all and they can now progress my order. A full 16 days after my activation date. Worst service I’ve ever had!

@TalkTalk I agreed to change to Fibre broadband on Monday 2nd Aug and on reflection wish to cancel. I’ve called today to cancel and I’m told it can’t be cancelled, why is this the case, please?
