@TalkTalk So I've been without Internet connection for 20 days due to TalkTalk not treating my issue as an emergency. Finally connection but what a surprise that I've been charge and paid a full bill after 3 weeks not being able to use the service contracted!!! What a customer service 👏

@TalkTalk still no internet 14 days after my home move. You have spent over 5 hours and 47 minutes talking to me in the past week and yet I still have no internet / BT open reach have installed my line and tested it - this is NOT a BT issue. Shocking Service. Terrible. Appalling.

I advise anyone looking for a landline provider to stay well clear of @talktalk after reporting phone line working vulnerable elderly couple have been left without their phone for 4 days now. When you contact their help centre you are told lies and contradictions

@DavidBa91672986 @TalkTalk Good luck! Talktalk is the worst service provider in the UK. I keep being hung up on when I call to cancel. Completely illegal. There should be some class action against these cowboys.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk You can get the service up and running but I want to cancel it! I have called 4 times today and I keep being hung up on when I say I want to cancel! This is illegal - if you're providing the service paid for, then you should be giving the money back and allow to cancel

@TalkTalk the worst service I have ever experienced. Been on the phone for over an hour & spoken to 5 different departments and 7 different employees, I cancelled my contract in July & I've still been charged for 2 months. Yet no register of cancellation & still being charged.

Trying to decide who has the worst customer services. @TalkTalk or @O2 Absolute **** show trying to get anything sorted. The standard dm us isn’t washing with me. You still don’t do anything…. Shame on you

@TalkTalk Worst customer service ever. Spoken to countless people and departments, cancelled my account in July and you're still charging me. Stop sending threatening emails, it's an absolute disgrace.

@TalkTalk Help is a very strong word for the service @TalkTalk has provided so far I’ve already had it confirmed that an engineer is required. Something that could have been sorted in a few moments over the phone bit which took days to confirm with Talk Talks ‘AI automation’! Appalling :(
