@TalkTalk Reply to my earlier tweet then please. Our TalkTalk box will not power up (yes, we checked everything - cables, sockets, switches). We can’t use the tv service we’re paying for because the box won’t work. Why can’t I get through to anyone to report it?

Day 5 No Internet Connection! @TalkTalk finally admits there is a problem-‘it will take ‘few more days to fix it’! Meanwhile can’t do much on mobile data and is costing me extra 😡 Another/better provider you can recommend plz let me know 🙏🏼 #internetdown

@TalkTalk Morning @TalkTalk I've been sent a returns envelope for my router but the postage label that was meant to be included was missing. Trying to sort this on the phone so I can return equipment but been on hold for 30 minutes so far. Can you help please?
