@toeknee5655 @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Nine phone calls to them including their cancellation team, says I did. Hours of wasted time! The only reduction they offered was for a reduced service. Nothing like the offers available to new customers only. So I'm now a new customer somewhere else.

@TalkTalk how do you send a cancellation notice to yourselves? We joined today and it's beyond ridiculous the amount of websites you are blocking. I'm back off to my original supplier so will cancel as we have only gone live today.
