@MammothWhale My experience of TalkTalk was terrible. Very unreliable and the worst customer service. That and losing my credit card details to hackers. Found my account password hard coded in plain text in the authentication settings of their router.

@TalkTalk how do I get a hold of someone to help me with my new FTTP service? Been installed a week and not been able to connect yet. Online chat hopeless,! Call centre hopeless! Even tried cancelling can’t do that either. Losing the will to live with it

So an hour of DM-ing @TalkTalk I’ve now been told I need to call the full fibre support team tomorrow so still no internet… and “I can try them, they tend work on holidays but close early”

@TalkTalk Im sure I have already tried them today but give me the details and I will try once again.. seriously terrible service and customer service even worse! So difficult to get any contact and if you do you get batted from One department to another.

Hi @TalkTalk , My internet is down for 24 hours now. i had called you guys yesterday and my problem is still not sorted.. Since yesterday , my office works and my kids entertainment time are all getting wasted.. Unacceptable to not know when this will be fixed, What's happening?
