  @TalkTalk whats actually going on with your customer service, absolutely shocking 3rd day in a row calling and getting nowhere just been told to call openreach because yous don’t know what your doing. is there even a complaints line or someone without a 5 sec delay on the phones?

  @TalkTalk Hi this afternoon my Internet has gone off at least three times, I have turned it off and turn it on again then went off again. It’s currently restarted is there a problem in my area I’ve checked on the dashboard don’t seem to be a problem.

  Email from @TalkTalk claiming that "We remain committed to providing all of our customers with the best value connection compared to our competitors" because they are putting their price up by only CPI+3.7% and not CPI+3.9%. CMA really need to crack down on in contract rises.
