    @TalkTalk Yes, and @TalkTalk haven’t been much help either. Should have been installed on 21st April, internal work done but problem externally. Was expecting to be resolved today, now 17th May, thanks @OpenreachHelp

    Why is @TalkTalk allowing a fake Samsung TV to be connected to our broadband network when we do not have a TV package nor watch TV online? Is it to cover up for the criminality of the previous providers? @bt_uk and the rest of them

    @TalkTalk My internet connection has cut out and dropped into the sea multiple nights on the run now. I don’t get why it’s so unstable!
