    @TalkTalk worst customer service going. Haven’t got a clue what’s going on. Took out a broadband and multi room tv package nearly 2 months ago. Got my router fine. But fu£k me trying to get the tv boxes is like blood out a stone

    @TalkTalk OMFG. You really must have the worst customer service team known to man. Spent 4 hours holding on the phone (a good hour sat at first in the queue) finally get put through to an advisor & the line goes dead. Funny when it is really close to the 8pm finish. Wasted my eve

    No internet all day se4 @TalkTalk none of your links are recognising me so cannot get in anywhere to find out what is going on. Is it better in n1 or is that too a problem. Need to know where to go to try to work tomorrow. Please clarify what is problem and when sorted.

    my friend Martin is trying to sort his @TalkTalk Broadband with you but comin up against so many issues and no one seems to know what the answer is , he's being passed from one person to another , not fair imo all he wants is it to be sorted ,asked me to help

    @TalkTalk 2/2 then you say @martin_molyneux will have wait until his contract ends but you cancelled his account NOT him YOU talktalk did Fix it , stop with the " we cant help crap" im helping him as he dont know pc's well as i do
