    @TalkTalk I changed to another ISP a while ago, you never asked for your router back. Do you want it or can it go to recycling? (I actually have 2 as you changed to FTTC part way through)

    @TalkTalk I was meant to get broadband installed y'day morning, got a text that it would go ahead but no one showed up. I called you this morning and was told that there was a delay and more info will be available on Weds?! I asked for a callback, was told OK, and still nothing. So poor...

    @TalkTalk Tried to close my account today, cancellation fees are extortionate! No flexibility or reasoning. Just expect you to pay 7 months up front to cancel.I explained my circumstances , the manager was consulted, still outcome was nothing.Raised a complaint & seeking legal advice.

    @TalkTalk No my issue has NOT been resolved , have not had internet for 3 days, absolutely terrible service, even after I’ve paid.
