@accidentman_uk @CityFibre very, and never rang me back to say if i need to stay in 6pm or not. imagine running a company like that and @TalkTalk not knowing anything either and completely useless at trying to find out for me

@TalkTalk I'm trying to log in to 'My Account from your homepage but keep getting an error message saying it's not possible. I've tried the Contact us option to speak to someone but just keep getting the whirring circle of wait. Can someone help? This is day 2 of trying.

@TalkTalk I'm trying to reset passwords for Netflix and ITV Hub and the reset emails aren't coming through at all. Not even going into spam folder. Any suggestions on how to fix this? The spam filter can't be turned off either. 😡
