Never get broadband with @TalkTalk they are an absolute shower. Want to charge us £50 for equipment they say we’ve not returned even though I have proof of postage. Also charged us a break in contract fee even though we were told there wouldn’t be one as we were in last 30 days!

@TheSun @SkyHelpTeam see are in breach just like last week in kent how many more times maybe sell your broadband to BT or Virgin or TalkTalk or Plusnet they never get many issues as you do

@TalkTalk are a joke. Our broadband won’t go live and all they keep telling us to do is stick a pen in the back of the router. Getting no help whatsoever and nothing is resolving the issue. After 30 mins on the phone they say goodbye and wish us a good day?! 🤯

@TalkTalk You’re staff didn’t cancel the service when I requested back in November and now expect me to pay 3 months of bills for an address I don’t live in. I’ve had to waste 2 hours on the phone going round in circles. It honestly feels like theft
