    @TalkTalk Hello, my account number is 1012646155. I spoke with a help desk person on Friday who was excellent and she advised that talk talk need to wait until they get a report from the open reach engineer. I am happy to wait till Monday, but this needs to be sorted out urgently.

    @TalkTalk It starts getting patchy around now then gets very slow most of the afternoon, usually much worse during week days
