    About to break contract with @TalkTalk. No internet for weeks. Same old DMs about doing checks but nothing ever comes of it and no replies. Take me to court over non-payments, I'll fight you and prove you broke contract first by not providing a service. #avoid #talktalk

    Today we were "slammed" by the arseholes @TalkTalk . Basically taking over our telephone and broadband without consent. The arseholes @bt_uk let it happen and currently no TV or broadband. Also, now can't work from home. Why is UK customer service so utterly abysmal?

    @TalkTalk I was told I could contact customer services today, Sunday, but seems you don't actually have anyone working on Sundays? I can't get to speak to anyone at all today no matter what I try?

    @TalkTalk .. customer service is a nightmare...open every day from 8am..called just now...they are closed. 20 mins in the phone yesterday still didn't get to speak to anyone......not happy

    Trying to leave @TalkTalk since Oct 20 when I moved to @BritishTelecom. Have since spent hours on phone getting increasingly frustrated. Last straw when I went through the procedure again only to be told computer won’t let them cancel. Phone call back promised - deafening silence
