@TalkTalk Having spent 2 hours on ‘chat’ performing diagnostic checks and wasting my day I still have terrible speed and no answer to the problem apart from a suggestion that I sit next to the bloody. Sort this out it I am cancelling!!!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup absolutely appalling service from talk talk from start to finish. Unhelpful staff. @OpenreachHelp didn’t turn up on Friday and telling me another week until I can get internet when I am losing money everyday as I work from home. No help at all.

@TalkTalk a month rolls on and still here. Promises of resolutions, case managers, Compensation. Asked for a deadlock letter which is being ignored. Get through to customer service and the line mysteriously cuts out or puts you back to the automated choose option 1 for.. joke!

@TalkTalk Yes I have and @CityFibre said that TalkTalk has to contact them. They do not talk to customers only via the network supplier. So it's up to you to get the code! I've spoken with 7 people at your cs and one asked photos of the existing box left by the previous owner?!

@TalkTalk TWO weeks of having internet interruptions... TWO WEEKS! and I am currently on a live chat with your customer service and they are the absolute WORST. I have spent nearly 2 hours with 2 agents giving asking me the same questions over and over!

@TalkTalk I've been on the phone with your customer service for over 1 hour trying for you to speak to @CityFibre to change the code from 3 to 1 or 2 so I can upgrade to your Full Fibre. Everyone keeps passing me on to the next person! How hard is it to change a code!
