@talktalk still no answers to my straightforward questions. We are now at 26hrs without Internet and you will not tell me what is being done to rectify the problem. No offer of any help with mobile broadband while you sort out your issues, no apology, no updates.

@TalkTalk got cut off again, trying again 19min wait and counting, Customer Loyalty refused to deal with it!. So if youre already a customer the customer loyalty team wont deal with you!! ..i mean....really!??? they just deal with people how want to leave lol , makes no sense..
