    @BagenalCharley @TalkTalk Mine has been disconnected for more then a month and after calling them every three days, still not working. They are unprofessional and the UK government should provide for laws to protect the citizens against these abuses.

    so my 90 year old dad called and went through their utterly dreadful call handling process and explained the issue and was told the £91 fee would not be levied - the customer service lied @Ofcom @TalkTalk...

    @TalkTalk Talktalk is being 12 months with bad Internet I do not wanna hear you say dm me or whatever I want you to fix this issue from West Midlands, do not say dm me to help you. Just fix the Internet or respond to our calls literally everything day for the past 12 months"Come on" 😭😩😩
