Nearly 48 hours no broadband. Wasted time waiting at home for no engineer to arrive for their planned appt. Online chats ending without notice, same for telephone calls. Someone leaving me on hold then the service closing and not informing me. @TalkTalk this is awful service!!!!

@TalkTalk keep billing me even though I transferred to @BT. I left in July and we are now nearly in October. BT made an error and didn't inform Talktalk and I'm now paying the price. @TALKTALK CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!
