@SueSuezep Will never use @TalkTalk or @ScottishPower again after customer services folks repeatedly lied (no other word for it) about either engineer callbacks or refunds. (No, I will not be DMing the details, this was years ago.)

@TalkTalk I need help! I was meant to go live yesterday, I have the white light but keels saying error I don't have permission when I sign in, spoke to customer service about 7 times this morning and not one of them could understand me or vise versa!!! Now left with no Internet!

Cool, @TalkTalk are doing the old strategy of "pretend its the customer's responsibility to manage our internal processes" before they cancel my contract. You've already acknowledged, in writing, my cancellation. What else is my responsibility?

@Thickfurred @TalkTalk Three days and they still can’t sort it out. I work full time and this is now impacting my ability to do my job. Seriously think they are manned by AI who haven’t been programmed properly. And they don’t open until 9am!! What is this kind of service is this?!?

@virginmedia ...which brings me back to the point of wanting to use the website because I've always found your phone support to be painful! 😞 Maybe it's time to start looking at alternatives. @TalkTalk – can your customers manage accounts online successfully?
