    3 hours of my life wasted today with @talktalk live chat customer service, & got nowhere, now told they've escalated the case and i'll hear back in 3 days. I know what the problem is, I told all 3 advisers what the problem is. I JUST NEED A NEW PAIRING ADAPTOR. Woeful service.

    @TalkTalk I have spoken to 6 agent by live chat and 2 by phone it was raised to a manager who was supposed to call back within 48 hours still waiting you should treat your customers better

    @TalkTalk When I told each of them the router or the internet wasn't the problem. A plug that has died with no lights was. But computer says no.

    @Brett32015172 @TalkTalk Totes agree worst internet connection ever, been on the phone to them over an hour and they have resolved nothing, like talking to a brick wall.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup makes one wonder, but surely not a #talktslk specific problem. Been with you for 8 years but unable to get the same terms on my broadband as new customers. Crazy world we live in …
