    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup have sent a DM, again and have asked for someone to call me. Executive Complaint Number account number and cell phone number provided over & over but still no phone call. Virgin Media ready to take over

    @TalkTalk my grandma, 89, who has dementia, has no need for her broadband package anymore, when trying to cancel this - the unhelpful person on the phone refused to cancel unless he spoke to her, which is impossible as she has DEMENTIA, my dad has lasting power of attorney (1/2)

    @mediaguardian Try cancelling a streaming service with @TalkTalk. It’s nigh on impossible as they seem incapable and unwilling to do so.

    @TalkTalk 3x 40 minute phone calls to request a sodding returns bag so send my equipment back! If you have a problem with not getting routers back this is why!
