    Nearly 48 hours no broadband. Wasted time waiting at home for no engineer to arrive for their planned appt. Online chats ending without notice, same for telephone calls. Someone leaving me on hold then the service closing and not informing me. @TalkTalk this is awful service!!!!

    @TalkTalk day 9 no service. Engineer call this morning tells me it's now working. Get home and guess what..it isn't. Dreadful service.

    @TalkTalk The only assistance your on the phone team have given me has been broken promises and missmanagement of my service. Unfortunately you'll be loosing me as customer because the experience I described is exactly what it has been.

    @TalkTalk keep billing me even though I transferred to @BT. I left in July and we are now nearly in October. BT made an error and didn't inform Talktalk and I'm now paying the price. @TALKTALK CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!

    @TalkTalkBizCare @TalkTalk Now without a business fibre connection for 6+ hours… Tech support ‘escalated’ to @OpenreachHelp Unacceptable for a business to be without an internet connection for this duration of time.

    @edpen_ Think we’ve had both in recent years, definitely at least talktalk and it was ok, nothing on some range and speed problems often
