    @TalkTalk Will do, thank you, our internet is so crap now we can literally only have one thing using it at a time and even that doesn’t work well always. Seriously thinking we may need to change provider as we need a decent internet.

    @TalkTalk cannot believe how crap your internet is now, still using the same equipment but impossible to use two things at the same time. Grim!

    @ColinBrazierTV So glad I forced TalkTalk to agree to a locked in price when my term expired in August, I said if you don't fix it, and not include the CPI increase then I'm leaving, had a lengthy discussion with them on the phone, so glad I did with the amount it would increase.

    @TalkTalk I’m appalled at the lack of customer service, been cut off live chat 5 times in the space of 6hrs. No internet since 3pm and no solutions

    @TalkTalk is there something wrong with your phone lines. I'm a new customer awaiting connection. I've been told today that my connection has been cancelled by city fibre and to call talk talk. Five times I've called and five times I've been disconnected?! Not a good start..
