    @TalkTalk I won't be sending you a DM. I've cancelled my contract before its even started. Disgraceful customer service and total lack of understanding. Speaking to staff @talktalk is like speaking to robots reading off a list of answers to questions. Avoid talktalk at all costs

    @TalkTalk my Mother In Law has written to you several times and paid up her contract but you just won’t let it lie. She has moved in with us and so no longer needs your service. Why can’t you just close her account? She is so anxious about this. It feels like bullying

    Some finish that, and the pass…at least I could watch the replay on 4G on my phone because @TalkTalk ‘s internet let me down yet again…only six months of my contract left

    I swear talktalk have to be without a shadow of a doubt the worst Internet provider in the uk. I have had nothing but problems since March with them. I have cancelled the service and changed provider but still having issues and to top it off they still haven't closed my service.

    @TalkTalk What's the point. It looks like its across the country. Just tell people what is going on. Quite frankly, there should be a refund for loss of service.

    @bodenknights @TalkTalk I live in Hapton the only one that worked on and off was O2. They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems
