@TalkTalk Can I ask what the problem is with giving me a new router? Ive been a customer for 12+ years, not had a replacement router for 6+ years. Why do I have to spend time and energy doing tests, we Know what the problem is - your quick tests on website have said I need a new router!

@TalkTalk Hi, I having been having continual problems with my Internet connection. It dips in and out. In the last 30 minutes I have reset my router 10 times and it's still not working
