    @TalkTalk once you join you can never leave. Cancelled my renewal with you in February, 7 months later back on the phone to sort out a debt that shouldn't exist on a contract that I don't have. No:1 in incompetence 👍

    @TalkTalk Currently speaking to a technician and he has left me on the line for up to 20 mins and has not said anything , I’ve paid my phone bill , I’m not owing , I deserve a better service.

    @TalkTalk I'm not an account holder so nobody will speak to me... even though a stranger managed to cancel his internet! Isn't that some sort of fraud? My dad has been trying to get this resolved all day only to be told there's nothing you can do! Pretty poor.

    @DorHibbs3 Oh here is my story.. I moved from Talktalk to Plusnet. Had major problems at the start.. 9 engineers could not fix it .. then one day guy came in.. went thru everything sorted it .. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SINCE THAT WAS WELL OVER A YEAR AGO.. PLUSNET ALL THE WAY 👍
