    @TalkTalk Thanks. I've run a connection check & there is an issue but no advice about what to do "We've been looking into an issue on our network, and this is causing problems with your Phone service. We’re doing everything we can to get you back up and running, as soon as possible."

    @tasleemio I’ve heard Sky and Talktalk are the worst. Virgin is normally decent in my area

    @TalkTalk can someone please help me urgently. My 84 year old grandad is without a working landline. He cannot receive any incoming calls and is waiting for a very important call from the hospital. Please sort this out!!!

    To say I am fed up of @TalkTalk is an understatement. My sister and Mum are with Virgin and Sky and NEVER have the same problems I do with loss of service. Seriously considering switching providers!!

    @TalkTalk my router has been flashing white and orange for the last few hours now. I've tried resetting it and also unplugged everything etc. Any idea what the problem is?

    @wildcraftbrews We use @TalkTalkBiz. Don't mix up with consumer Talktalk who are awful. Their support on line faults has been superb - they have sent BT OpenReach out the next day every time we have had a fault.
