    @ThistleCanuck @TalkTalk And I wouldn’t get hopeful. CEO office called me yesterday to resolve. Unsurprisingly couldn’t resolve my issue how he liked as kept having ‘technical’ issues and couldn’t get the team to sort it. So the solution was… for me to sign up for a new package! No way. I left! CONMEN!

    Internet is still down and I've used half of my monthly data allowance in a few hours. Hope @TalkTalk will be compensating us for this loss. Not easy doing everything on a phone.

    @TalkTalk I did …and got told you couldn’t tell me because that’s how you work. TalkTalk are no use, I just want to know when you are going to fix the fault at my cabinet so I can get my internet back. Why can’t you just tell me???

    @BT_Openreach Broadband down since 12.30ish. @TalkTalk tell me there is no network problem but can't get me online. @Plusnet telling their customers the same thing. Obvs a network issue. Any ideas LL56

    @OpenreachHelp had a TalkTalk engineer come yesterday to look at a Wi-Fi problem. He told me it was a line fault & u would need to sort it. He said he would call u but I’ve had no confirmation that that happened and no idea what’s next. Could you let me know the latest please?
