And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
