@TalkTalk @Ofcom internet has been down for over 24 hours which has affected me from WFH today! Full day of work lost been on the phone to talktalk all day getting no where, keep getting told to call back and then they keep disconnecting me disgusted in the service 😡😡😡😡😡

@TalkTalk Wifi is down, trying to WFH - making it impossible - only just got connected after date of instalment was moved from 3rd Jan to 24th. Not a happy customer, no one can help as all your systems are down for updating - why is this not done in OOHs?

@TalkTalk I’m still without internet over 48hrs now and the only resolution by the technical support team was that I need a new router. I’ve said it’s not the router after running my own diagnostics - but your technical team don’t believe me
