    @TalkTalk still not received the promised £60 welcome gift promised by CSA on new faster broadband. Had to scrape £s together for the large bill last month. Another CSA promised would appear on todays bill..but NOT so! Feel let down by you! CSA Faye now trying to sort out.

    @TalkTalk Not happy. 2 agents said they would deal with an incorrect early termination charge, when I decided to leave because of a price hike but it is still included on final bill today. Unlikely to return as a customer with this level of service.

    Having major problems with my email server from Talk Talk. Cannot verify server identity keeps popping up, I’ve had to switch off my mail so that I can use my phone. @TalkTalk
