    @TalkTalk just had an email about my bill increasing, when you are not even providing the minimum ‘fast’ service I am currently paying for. Do I need to call in regard to this? I am WFH and barely able to do so due to your poor internet services

    @DanielHyde @TalkTalk Aye, I may have to get a replacement router or something. If that doesn't sort it then I'll either go down the business route or see if there's any other options.

    @carolsuewade @Iloveautumn2 Many of her failings have been well publicised, but I'd draw attention to receiving the Wooden Spoon Award for poor customer service for two years in a row whilst at TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk How can you justify let alone get away with putting up a "fixed" contract by £2.50 a month? And don't give me that crap about increased usage last 12 months, it was a pandemic, everyone was working from home what did you expect? Define "Fixed".

    @chazdraycott @TalkTalk Yeah TalkTalk retail have pretty poor customer service when it comes to technical support which is quite surprising when you find out the business side is pretty good

    @TalkTalk your service is shite and so is your website and now you want extra money ? If I have two devices connected to my broadband box it has a melt down, was ok at the initial £17 price but it cuts out far too much. And now you want more, I’m off

    @WatfordScot @TalkTalk My vulnerable friend has been out of phone service for over two weeks, I can understand your frustration. Never experienced such awful service. They have made numerous appointments which they have not kept.

    @TalkTalk why has my fibre broadband speed dropped by 50% during none peak times... I've had 2 bill increases since Xmas, reason cited was use are improving the service.... It dosnt look like use are to me absolute shambles Internet service provider
