    @Hhhhhhh74314524 @TalkTalk TalkTalk fibre is down in Downham Market for me. Seems to be problems all over West Norfolk. TalkTalk support stopped responding to me over Twitter DM also.

    @TalkTalk Can you give an update on this please.. my elderly parents have been cut off, via the outage, and no update since 11am.

    @TalkTalk I just went to the account and run a line test etc and got a text back saying everything is working fine as it should but it is still a total blackout.

    @TalkTalk Still not working here in north Norfolk. Off since yesterday pm. An update as to when we can expect service to resume would be the right thing to do here @TalkTalk Really poor.

    @TalkTalk Talk talk worst broadband and customer service in the uk. You take money for services you can’t provide. I’m going to be contacting the financial ombudsman and ofcom about your despicable lack of service
