    @TalkTalk I’m in Aberdeen and have had no internet since 12.30am on Thursday 13th. I called and was (eventually) told they’re working on it and would be resolved 2-3 hours. It’s now 10am on 14th. I need internet for work, please help

    @TalkTalk Phone and internet down since yesterday 2pm. Automated message says fault has been resolved, but it hasn't. Phone lines closed. Please can you advise me on what I should do?

    @TalkTalk DM’d and now being advised to call for support. TalkTalk disconnected the web chat earlier leaving us with our master socket front plate removed as requested. Why do we now have to go through the same questions all over again to get to the same stage of diagnostics?

    @TalkTalkBizCare cancelled my account in June 21 and paid upfront the costs until the contract ended in December 21 but still getting billed because someone in talktalk didn’t do their job. I cancelled the contract and went with Virgin, terrible service at talktalk

    @TalkTalk When can the thousands of people across the Uk, myself included, expect your company to fix the major outages you have been facing? Over the passed 36 hours, we've been lucky if our broadband has held out for all of ten minutes at a time. And that's being generous.
