@TalkTalk why is it that I've had nothing but trouble with your broadband for months. I was told a new router would sort it! Still is 💩. Try to log on to my account and even that's having technical difficulties. should have swapped supplier!!!!

@SarahHemm @TalkTalk I had an awful experience with my mum and @virginmedia - we tried to get them to do a simple task and they failed repeatedly. So she lost her phone number of 40 years in a flash. Hugely upset. I’m so sorry you’ve all been through this. Can you reroute calls to a mobile?

@TalkTalk why is that I can see Black Friday deals on my phone when I log in to my account. But cannot see them on my laptop. AND when I called customer services they couldn’t explain this. Nor code they offer me the Black Friday deal. I give up in the end.

Utterly digusted with @TalkTalk internet service and customer service. Paying for a 35Mb download service for over a year that has rarely reached speeds close to that. Sometimes 3Mbs top speed. Upload speed is barely there at all. I could never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

Day 15.... Still no Internet. Mother was due to receive a manager callback between 12 and 2.... no call now due on the 30/11..... we will be on 20 days no Internet then. We'll done @TalkTalk a customer that WILL be leaving
