@TalkTalk I earlier this year "upgraded" from Fibre 35 to Fibre 65. Previously I was getting around 38mbs after the "upgrade" I got exactly the same. Complained but was told that is my lines max. I would like to revert to Fibre 35 HELP!

So, my daughter has ended up with a £156 bill after she used her @EE mobile to call @TalkTalk 's customer services' number (who cut her off twice) to cease her broadband in her student flat. Talk Talk's number wasn't included in her free minutes. Absolute ripoff. @MartinSLewis

@clarizza77 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp That's basically what I've done. I've tracked down emails of TalkTalk and Openreach CEOs. So far the Openreach CEO has responded and the Customer Service Director has promised urgent action - however TalkTalk sticking to their claim that it'll be 48 more hours just to look at it.

@TalkTalk I experienced download speeds less than 0.06mbps on Saturday, then normal operation on Sunday, but back to 0.06mbps today. I can barely use Twitter, and speed is erratic. Some sites appear better than others maybe due to higher proportion of textual content. Please help

@TuhmSG @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp Literally from the first call to installation in Vietnam has never taken me more than half a day. If wires have got damaged I can normally spy a man up a ladder within the next hour. "Broadband Communism" was pretty fantastic.
