@TalkTalk what a disgraceful customer service!!! Hours and hours on the phone trying to find out where my router is, disconnected by @TalkTalk 3 times and still not have my answers. DO NOT switch to @TalkTalk people!!! If you are with them RUN!

@TalkTalk @AgataMarkiewic1 My phone line is more or less useless as far as I can tell, and has been for a few days. TT are impossible to contact via phone or chat. I got an "upgrade" recently and was warned there may be issues during the transition, but TT are not making this easy. Regretting contract.

@TalkTalk So my internet is down happened last night around midnight not it's happened ten mins ago even tho they say no faults the internet light is not on I have tried calling all day about last night's problems yet No1 seems to want to help

@TalkTalk A case manager finally phoned today. 13 days later and we're finally getting a new router. By the time it arrives it'll be 16 days without your WiFi. Awful, shocking service.
