    @AlmasyKinneas @TalkTalk I had same issue and solved it myself. Click on "Another amount", enter the amount you want to pay and it should go to the payment screen

    @articeddie @TalkTalk Wow that is bad. I really hope my issue can be sorted at the exchange. Apparently it was started to be looked at on Friday but haven't heard anything since. 🤞 I'll be back online by the end of this week.

    @TalkTalk how is it possible that your employees tell me you’re closed at 7pm when i want to cancel my account? even your bio says you close later. convenient that i can never get through to anyone when trying to cancel, isn’t it?

    @TalkTalk I've been waiting since December to have the missed engineer message removed from the My Account. They said the issue has been sorted. Still on my account. Utter rubbish. How hard is it to remove a message.

    @TalkTalk You also never informed us that there is a risk of the account being cancelled from your side once a change in ownership has been requested, this was confirmed by your team. There seems to be no consideration of postal delays contributing to you not having received the form 3/

    The @TalkTalk connection I have is terrible - over the last few years your troubleshooting has done nothing. Is there a TalkTalk approved wifi monitoring app/service I can use to record the poor performance. This is NOT an account specific question so no need to ask me to DM 👍🏼
