    @TalkTalk On Friday Talk Talk issued a message stating that they were working on an upgrade over the weekend and that normal service would resume on Monday at 8 am ,unfortunately they did not say in which year. I note that the message has been taken down.

    @TalkTalk No point in messaging you this has been going on for over 2 weeks without resolution if you can somehow manage to get openreach's engineers to get a move on that would be something.

    @TalkTalk I have no land line signal I've been online to do checks & so you know this you've noted it. BUT the drop down, what to do next is not working. So you're not fixng my line . You've got my mob so call me on that at tell me whats happeneing please

    @TalkTalk No one has been in touch, no reply to my DM nor my tweet. I cannot even login into my online account despite not changing my password. I understand things can go wrong but to be totally left in the dark with no communication is unacceptable. Now on day 4, still no phone lines.

    @TalkTalk My internet is awful iv won 1 ombudsman case but it’s still bad. I also told you about the social tarrif and you Havnt applied it to my account still???
