@TalkTalk There keeps being a ‘problem between us and the exchange’ and this is manifesting exactly the same. Clearly it’s not right for this to keep happening. How can we ensure it is properly fixed so we don’t get this again? It’s been very frequent the last few weeks

@TalkTalk We have been waiting since 19th March to get connected. We have done all the chasing and it is getting us nowhere.....Not sure we want to continue with such a crap service, even before we are connected.

Promised a call from @TalkTalk today, didn't get one of course and I have had no broadband for more than 48 hours. All I can do is use another system, but this is not good enough and is seriously impacting my work. Leaving is not a simple matter, moreover, I pay for this service.
