So @TalkTalk are adamant they can’t cancel the £50 charge or collect their box not sure any court in this land would agree with them but quite prepared to argue the case when this pandemic is over

@TalkTalk For the 5th time this month I have no WiFi and I haven’t heard back from your team - when am I allowed to cancel my contract and incur no charges because you’re breaching the contract by not providing me with WiFi

@TalkTalk I have waited for 2 days to get broadband installed. BT openreach engineer untrained and without equipment 1st time. 2nd time no show. Now have someone coming, or not, between 8 and 1 tomorrow. Saturday! Poor communication. Even poorer service.

...it seems to be a common issue for many TalkTalk customers. Paying £34 a month for a service that is not being provided is absolutely disgusting. Really disappointed with the poor service, having advisors ignore my questions, and being asked to pay for an engineer to fix it!

@TalkTalk Terrible service, internet is rubbish. It was better 25 years ago FFS.... Customer service terrible. At least working days to get new parts . Not good enough.
