    I cannot believe the sheer lack of customer service from @TalkTalk I wish I’d never signed up. I’ve had intermittent and no service at all since the beginning of the contract. Can anyone recommend a decent wi-fi provider for #Bexhill area. Box Internet isn’t available here.

    @TalkTalk @DMSConsultancy This reply from talktalk is their problem. Don't read nor understand what customers are saying to them. They're constantly on the defensive so their first instinct is "please DM us so we can help..."

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk I switched to @BTBroadband because of the same issues, no connection, send an engineer, no engineer booked, no connection and repeat, they need to take to stage, with this hilarious show they call customer service x
