    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom, thanks for this. I was told to expect a call within 48 hours, but that was 840 hours ago. DMs with @TalkTalk suggest that this isn't really a problem, and I should just carry on waiting. Will follow your steps now.

    Another outage with @vmbusiness !! Kind of fed up of this now. Paying over the odds for a leased line connection that spends more of it time down than it does up! @TalkTalkBizCare you always seem to be at the centre of it TalkTalk! Sort out your unstable network. #unreliable

    @mohammed__usman Covid has somehow become an excuse for inexcusably bad customer service. They are just using it as some sort of get out. TalkTalk we’re just as bad before. Covid is the best thing that happened to them as they can blame it all on that rather than their own incompetence
