@MattCohenBass @TalkTalk Their online account login hasn't worked for around 12 months. Just want to change my payment details. They say it's a fault that's due to be fixed, but I may have retired by then!!!

but just half an hr online cost quite a bit of credit, so basically talktalk fix your wifi/signal problems as if I get this problem when I really need to use the internet I will be so 😠😡

@TalkTalk Internet has been down for the past Hour in EN2 - when doing a line test it ends with there's was a technical fault.... I do need to complete work that require Internet connection.....

@TalkTalk I’ve already spent hours with your chat support....saying and doing the same things..they wouldn’t tell me that info....your internet keeps dropping so I’ll get my own router as yours is clearly faulty ..I’ve sent a DM to waste more time on this

@TalkTalk I’ve spoken to 12 different people about moving house. The last two hung up on me after leaving me on hold. The one before that promised to cancel my previous account, for a house I no longer live in, but didn’t. Seriously, tf is going on?

@TalkTalk id never recomend talk talk. Awful wifi signal for years and I cant cancel my contract!
