    @TalkTalk It’s back up and running again. I’m amazed you require me to DM you when you should be informing the customers affected by your outage.

    @TalkTalk My internet went down suddenly about 2010hrs and I’ve done three reboots to no avail. Your online support isn’t available until 9am, so please tell me how I can start working from home at 7.30am?

    @RyanSavage87 @TalkTalk I’m in Lossie, too. @TalkTalk are being not very er, talkative… Appears to be affecting Inverness/Aberdeen down to Lothians as far as I can make out.

    @Jorden_md @TalkTalk @TalkTalk don’t seem to be acknowledging anything. Maybe because they don’t start work until 9am, even when there’s a major outage. Not great service.

    @TalkTalk shocking service last night when fibre customers across Scotland had no broadband for 7+ hours. No info on website. Unable to log in to report a fault. No answer to calls. Tweets met with "DM us". Things go wrong, yes - acknowledge issue, apologise, fix and COMMUNICATE
