@OpenreachHelp & @TalkTalk please help a young working family of 4 with no internet for 9+wks. 18+hrs on calls. 5 pushed fix dates. No one taking responsibly. Can't book covid tests, buy nappies, fill in new school forms or WFH. We rely on internet so we rely on you. Pls help us

Hey @TalkTalk if there are network issues why can't you simply put an update on your status page or text affected customers? You know, like update the customers with the service you're supposed to be offering us as an ISP?

@DigbyTW Check your contract, it may have a minimum download speed clause. If so they have 30 days to fix it at their own expense or you can exit the contract without paying the exit fees. I did this to TalkTalk a few days ago and got an engineer to my door in 24h

@TalkTalk hi there we are having issues with our landline, we can’t call certain mobile numbers back home, someone called my mum this afternoon after we contacted you over the weekend but it has stopped working once again
