    @TalkTalk your complaints process is shambolic- I don’t know how you’re still allowed to trade. It’s 2023, surely you can sort out customer experience? I’ve spent hours on the phone and still no further forward.

    @TalkTalk You always say send DM but when i disclose further details you divert to chat links and a generic cust service number. You never actually help, just give the illusion of help publically to save face.
