@TalkTalk Hi, unfortunately had 2 call & go thru disconnections 2 talk to a human. WiFi down & now have to wait 2/3 days for engineer. Terrible service, no call back from agent from my initial enquiry & when you call you just get sent a text Msge & get cut off. Very disappointed

@TalkTalk your new login procedures included verification by sending 6 digits code to email address. But it does NOT WORK if you copy & paste it to login in page You have to manually key in each number for it to work. Needs a small system change please; so copy and paste works

@TalkTalk Any time frame when internet services will be resumed ? 15 hours without any internet, unable to get through online or phone , waited 4 hours for absolutely nothing . Horrendous customer service.
