  @TalkTalk Hi I had an email from Melissa Dube from the complaints team .With due respect, she has not applied high professional standards. She missed out one part of the complaint completely. Wouldn't like to think that was intentional but it makes my problem with TalkTalk worse.

  You know how everyone takes to Twitter to whinge about things! ….. I gotta just say @TalkTalk customer service were so helpful and kind when we noticed a problem with my mum’s phone line : she’s a falls risk now and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ok!

  @TalkTalk are people still experiencing issues in the Glasgow area? My internet has been on and off every few minutes for the last 10 days, I've had to use all my data on phone to hotspot my house and now I've run out. Still no internet, seriously think I should change providers

  @TalkTalk Hi Unfortunetly your talktalk page, wont allow me to do DM when i click it keeps going to the home page.. We have been on the chat online also and using the app have tried to resolve with no change in status (result repeatedly showing weak signal). Outage since 4th of April

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   @FunJustJustin @TalkTalk there is obviously an issue as the response time on the live help is really poor. The strange thing is that the Broadband is working. Like you was glad to see not just us having the issue.
