.@TalkTalk Ey up, I’ve been without internet for 3 weeks, ran line tests, spoke to multiple people and nothing has happened. Still no engineer call. Can you please fix it, or cancel my contract, waive the fee and I’ll join virgin with twice the speed for the same price

Can't play games, can't stream anything and can't download **** all. Thanks @TalkTalk paying for 65mbs only getting 8mbs when it's working before it drops. Also on a plus note my upload is 17mbs 🤨🤔

@TalkTalk Are you saying that the only means of contact that you provide for cancellations is via your call centre? The phone line that I have been paying you for has not worked for over a year and mobile coverage is poor at my property. Please provide me with an alternative channel

@virginmedia I've been with VM over ten years. My monthly payment went from under £20 to £44 and since then it keeps dropping out. The tivo box is hard to turn on. I can get talktalk much cheaper. I can't get through on the phone to cancel. I was on hold 29 minutes before I had to go out.

@TalkTalk hey, your call centre is absolutely abysmal. Call handlers can't even recognise phonetic alphabet and can't answer any questions. Put on hold at any opportunity and hung up on constantly. How can you say this is a good service?? #cancelled
