    Still trying to set up an account with @YourSSE .. a second complaint raised! Now my Internet connection is down @TalkTalk are investigating... so I am going for a walk on the beach.

    @TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

    @TalkTalk Interesting company name. I really would like to TALK to a human being instead of an automated phone service, online chat thing or text. Elderly mother's phone reported as not working 8th September. Not satisfactory.

    @TalkTalk I was told last night I would get a call back from a supervisor today at 12 o’clock, I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS. I rang over an hour ago to be told I would receive a call from a supervisor. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS. This is disgraceful customer service.

    @TalkTalk i’ve had enough- I’m leaving. I’m fed up of the appalling customer service and endless lies. I look forward to joining my new supplier & getting some real customer service. … what a novel experience that will be. And the new provider is paying the exit fees - win-win.
