Day 2 - @TalkTalk 1hour 30 minutes into a call and your technical advisor still can’t seem to get hold of any management or anyone capable of fixing the issue “on our system it’s fine “would I be calling if it was fine” clearly not can’t wait to cancel!

@TalkTalk Terrible service. My 95 year old Mum is without her talk talk phone until Monday. The first engineer available is 5 days away even though she’s on their “vulnerable” list. Shocking!

@TalkTalk Any idea what’s going on with your email servers? Status checker says all good but my wife has had password issues with outgoing email all day. Password fine for incoming.
