I have a donated iPhone locked to @tescomobile that I’m trying to prepare for a special needs user. Anyone able to help with an unlock ?

  • Gharri74 Gillian Harrison (@Gharri74) reported

@tescomobile I’m sorry but I’m looking at moving my business elsewhere. Courier has lied and marked down that new phone was accepted at my old address by someone of my surname, maybe it was the ghost of my dead husband. This could all have been sorted if they’d not lied and not dumped parcel

  • arkangel0 Angel Illustrations (@arkangel0) reported

@tescomobile Double check that URL again Callum, still not working

  • BabyBoomer1960 Karen 🌻 (@BabyBoomer1960) reported

@tescomobile @Tesco Yes, but never received the confirmation email. So he went on Tesco live chat, the assistant closed the account & arranged pick up for return. The prob he’s now having is that he can’t do a factory reset cos the verification code is getting sent to the number he can’t access!

  • Jerryparr Jerry Parr (@Jerryparr) reported

@tescomobile No new sim cards. But now old number not working and phones have disappeared from the app and my daughters says she has zero top up remaining when we are paying Monthly!! Not sure we even want to go back to the shop now!

  • davejines76 DaveJines (@davejines76) reported

@tescomobile If you go into their announcement forums they say they actively support 98% of the UK and are close on 99% but again working on is very different to having. They utilise the small print of terminology, they'll never achieve 99% because can't get the rights/technology limitations

  • oneashleym Ashley Munson (@oneashleym) reported

@tescomobile But you use the O2 network, which does support cellular services... I don't understand the issue...

  • Mabel_Axford Katie-Ellen Axford (@Mabel_Axford) reported

@tescomobile I don’t really buy that, I never usually have an issue. If it’s usually slow are things being done to improve it? I’ve barely got any signals to make calls so barely have 3G
