@tescomobile Today l decided to make my protest against Tesco's horrible TV advertisement by cancelling my Tesco Mobile account. I explained why and the girl put the phone down on me. You can't get much more anti English than that.

Try to deny they could of sent me a damaged phone or that it could have got damaged sitting on my doorstep until I got home, but now there's a problem it's all down to me, the paying customer. Faulty phone cost £1000 + and still paying for it. AVOID @tescomobile guys!!

@UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

Nearly 1 month now since my phone was stolen and I asked @tescomobile, as a pay monthly customer for years, for my number back. A simple request you would think. Don’t ever ever take out a contract with Tesco Mobile.

@tescomobile you just missold my elderly mum a 24 month contract with 0.5gb data and a junk phone she didn’t need. Now she doesn’t have enough data to contact anyone with and your customer service ignored her. Pathetic.

@tescomobile what a joke this Company is. Delivering to a wrong address even though their system is correct and unable to call me back until after the delivery takes place. They can't even cancel the delivery. This is the second time this has happened and 5 hrs wasted on phone

@tescomobile I see the manager call back to deal with my complaint that apparently took 5 working days (embarrassing really) it's now been 10 working days and still no contact. Glad my contract is up...I'm shifting over to @giffgaff or @ThreeUK
