@tescomobile Today l decided to make my protest against Tesco's horrible TV advertisement by cancelling my Tesco Mobile account. I explained why and the girl put the phone down on me. You can't get much more anti English than that.

Well, that's my Nokia 216 finally sorted out, finally received a SIM card, and requested for an e-Top Up card too. Now l need to register my clubcard and the e-Top Up card to the mobile, soon as it arrives. Thanks to @tescomobile for the help, I can't wait to use my new cellphone

@tescomobile Liz, I deleted original tweet as I was able to get through to a customer service agent who identified the issue as a technical glitch on Tesco's side as my daughter had not used up her allowance.

@tescomobile It's been cancelled from my banks end, as the bill date was changed well in advance (when I made a previous payment, in February) advisor told me there have been a lot of system errors recently, so not my fault.

the year is 2021 and companies are still using indian call centres with staff that cant complete even the most basic of tasks. 5 minutes of blood-boiling poor service from @O2 and im literally shaking with anger. Remind me again why i'm not w/ tesco mobile already? @tescomobile

@IanMartin55 @NeilDavoDavies1 Our reception here is intermittent so I find it easier to contact my colleagues who also have iphones I got a good deal from @tescomobile on the contract price & the cost of the phone far (Tesco use the O2 network) better than my previous O2 account it pays to shop around.

@juliemac1000 Ask for you pac code when you register with a new contract give them that pac number & they’ll notify you when your phone will go off & your number will be ported over to your new network @tescomobile make it so simple wish every company did
