@tescomobile Today l decided to make my protest against Tesco's horrible TV advertisement by cancelling my Tesco Mobile account. I explained why and the girl put the phone down on me. You can't get much more anti English than that.

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile I was going to reply say they may be limited by the back to back agreement they have with their network provider but that is a really odd limitation

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile “Every Little Helps” - they took the ‘little’ too seriously in this phrase and whilst, yes even a small amount of data will help, it’s really a drop in the ocean for Tesco. 1000 requests = 20,000gb. Also 20gb isn’t enough for average of 4 hours daily online learning!

@tescomobile seem to be under the impression that ignoring me is a brilliant idea. Wrong seriously stupid idea, I will continue to expose the utter incompetence and ignorance by #Tescomobile Still no call back, rather foolish to act like cowards

As a teacher in a school full of low-income families I'm really disappointed that @tescomobile aren't doing everything they can to support online learning. Time to find a new mobile provider. Anyone want to recommend one to me?

@tescomobile absolutely disgusted you will not cancel a pay monthly contract because I can't answer my mums security question. How could I, she has suffered a stroke, can't speak, is incapacitated and must continuing with top ups she can never ever use. Absolutely pitiful

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile To be fair, it’s quite a bit easier/cheaper for 3 as the owner of the network v’s Tesco as a wholesaler/MVNO. They would have been better off doing nothing to be fair, the pressure should be on Voda, O2 & EE. Someone at Tesco didn’t think this through as now they look cheap

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile Bear in mind the vast majority of their users are probably mostly at home and making no use of their data allowance. There is no capacity issue.
