  @tescomobile Hi Liz,does this all mean that within a short time 3 independent Tesco Mobile experts who chatted with me irresponsibly lied to me? Hereby I can't count on that service anymore?Then thanks.The bigger company the fewer individual responsibilities towards individual customers.Sad.

  @tescomobile I am currently using the live chat and have been told that they cannot find out the reason that my name change has been actioned. They have told me that they will send out a new form but I cannot see how this will solve the issue if I have already taken that step.

  @tescomobile I find it unbelievable that the Passport Office has been able to complete my name change faster and they're notoriously slow.

  @tescomobile That is the biggest lol of them all as i got two smart phones and having spent over £40 on to tesco . My question was why i could not get the phones to work EVER. Was told by "service rep at Mobile phones i must have been using google ect or internet.

  @tescomobile It is Swindon - doesn’t matter what part of Swindon I’m in or the time. 🥺it’s so frustrating trying to use phone for vital calls & video calls. When I’m not being provided a service I’m paying for?

  @tescomobile utter disgraceful customer “service” this afternoon. We have a charity mobile phone that is a number people in crisis use. It had a software update then stopped working. Two phone calls and 49 minutes later, we still have no CHARITY phone.

  @tescomobile No issues according to that. She’s AB15 6HE. She’s been trying to call all morning but message says it’s too busy so try later. Any ideas?
