@tescomobile Today l decided to make my protest against Tesco's horrible TV advertisement by cancelling my Tesco Mobile account. I explained why and the girl put the phone down on me. You can't get much more anti English than that.

@tescomobile Surely Tesco board has the financial abilty and brain power to implement a system where a new sim will deactivate an old sim when activated ensuring the customer has continuation of service for which they have paid for? Or in 2020 is this a ambitious goal in the distant future?

When I opened the box, wasn't the iPhone 12 and was some "Square Readers" £20-"30 which seems like some payment method device. I raised the question to Chat Online from Tesco mobile website Customer service, so far 45 minutes and no resolution. @tescomobile
