Ali. Me (@AlisonWagstaff3) reported@tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a £3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me £3 plus the £5 buffer back.

Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. He did not care about my problems and simply wanted to push responsibility to the online team
