@tescomobile Seriously, 33 minutes on the phone about a complaint to be told after 31 mins you can’t find the account. I have letters about the complaint. I rang the number on the letter from you.. Customer service??? Sorry??

@tescomobile My only option is to pay phone off and return to my old provider. Not a great business service.

@tescomobile Oh really! I'll be honest with you, it doesn't sound that way to me. I work in telecoms but not affiliated with any network but when I heard the advert, I was a little surprised and had to ask the question.

@tescomobile Thanks for your advice regarding contacting customer service. Unfortunately you’re advisors didn’t have a clue what I was on about and just said we don’t provide it. Working from home as a business customer is an issue if there are signal problems. 1of 2

@tescomobile They might have put their prices up but at least they offer customer service. I guess you get what you pay for. Every little doesn't help.

@tescomobile As I have now been on hold for your Additional Support Team for an hour, and your Chat function doesn't work on your website, can you tell me how I can explain to my father, who has dementia, that the phone company he uses has no interest in trying to help? Thanks.

@tescomobile It doesn't help seeing silly ads apologising for other companies when there are better deals out there.

@tescomobile Callum, I would suggest you read the thread and try again. Also, given many other organisations can quote for a repair even through Google I am sure you can quote. Or are you trying to avoid writing down the rather excessive figure we have already been given?

@tescomobile The account holder requested my name to be added - twice. She was assured that it had been added. It's a very poor reflection on tesco that you agreed to do it and didn't. It's the Ryan Air kind of service. Try to make it our fault. If its possible it should've been done by now.

@tescomobile Hi, I’ve recently joined Tesco Business Mobile from Vodafone. I’ve now come across a major issue in that it appears that Tesco don’t have the Wifi calling option ( even though O2 offer this ). This causes me major problems as the phone signal is very poor in my home
