    @tescomobile so disappointed with my @SamsungMobile flip 3, had screen issues,was sent away,had an email stating user error and it would cost me £299, not even a year old! Screen protector is all cracked so the shop said just take it off, now the screen is nearly all black>

    Absolutely disgusted with @tescomobile, told that they would cancel all direct debits when contract ended however have been taking pmts since May'21 & refuse to refund. Am looking to cancel all contracts & will shop somewhere else. @clairefweir #donotusetescomobile

    @tescomobile no phone network for over a week. Reset all settings on phone as requested. No help. Was then told it was a phone mast issue. Travelled to completely different town. Still no network. Not a phone issue as other sims work in my phone. Costing me work.

    @tescomobile SHOCKING SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS PROCESS WORSE!!! Tried to complain about shocking service I’ve been receiving through tesco mobile incorrectly changing my bill date and called and web chatted so many times to be told it has been changed when it hasn’t been. Part 1

    @DisneyPlus I was given a code by @tescomobile for free 3months,It runs out in December. I want to cancel now so I don't get charged but account settings isn't giving the option. What can i do please .

    @tescomobile shocking to call about upgrade as am out of contract with being pushed by agent if i want to give 30 days notice to cancel when no mention of cancelling throughout entire call. #callsarerecorded #notwanted Do better for customers and be more like @ThreeIreland

    @tescomobile I have had mobile phone since 2014 and Clubcard points have been going nowhere. I spoke to Clubcard AND Tesco Mobile yesterday and was told this would be sorted within 24 hours. 24 hours later, nothing. So I call to find out that NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. PLEASE FIX!
