@tescomobile so disappointed with my @SamsungMobile flip 3, had screen issues,was sent away,had an email stating user error and it would cost me £299, not even a year old! Screen protector is all cracked so the shop said just take it off, now the screen is nearly all black>

@tescomobile absolutely disgusted by your lack of customer service, the rudeness of your customer advisors on your customer service call centre, my friend is ill and needs ha refund for a faulty Nokia phone due to android update which has corrupted her phone, 1/2
