@tescomobile Will have to read small print incontract. Sure it says a fee can be paid and trade up early? No idea. No help in the shop. You have brilliant deals now which aren't available to me. Not happy as very weak intermittent signal anyway. Can hardly use the phone.

@tescomobile took out a Sim Only 12M contract a few weeks ago, still waiting for my text/email for the 6M free Clubcard Plus promo you are running. Spoke to CS on 4th April who send he was manually sending the invite, but still nothing... Can you help? Thanks

@tescomobile is the network down in mid kerry area or is it just me trying to top up phone and it tells me no cellular access ,topped up online and still no cellular access

@tescomobile Only option i have to double my data to 10GB a month is to pay for Club Card plus. All extra costs on top of £17.99 a month. So yet another £7.99 a month plus phone insurance. Lots of money for a phone signal very weak most of the time.

@Top_CashBack is the @tescomobile offer legit. As it says na after I've taken a new contract out. Feel annoyed. Tesco online chat said they only put offers on their page. So is this a scam. False advertising top cash back?? Tesco mobile cancel my order instead if so.

@tescomobile switched to you from Vodafone, my number switch “happened” yesterday. However I can not received calls! I have used the chat system twice now for help but I am still waiting for this to be rectified. Please can I have an update? I have received no response so far??

@tescomobile Tried to top up & encountered an error, I spoke with an agent on live chat and they tried to top up on their end but they couldn’t either. Told me to go to the shop & buy a top up but I’m abroad, so I can’t, what can I do? When will the issue be resolved?
