@tescomobile Again,just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

Unbelievably they are not issuing the refunds through Tesco stores only through Payzone agents however the bar code they sent with the email advising how much you were overcharged doesn't scan so no refund
