    @tescomobile it didn’t no went in store to do a sim swap at about half 10 I lost service on the new sim a few hours later so assumed it had swapped but still no service so phoned up and said it hadn’t swapped over, still no service now

    @tescomobile 13hrs after being assured that my numbers will have transferred across & still all sims showing 'not registered on network'. WHEN will this be resolved? What options do I have? If I request a PAC code today & take out contracts elsewhere, will the transfer work?

    @tescomobile It just says that the network can be slow. Which is what I’ve been told for the last 6 months. I just want to be able to make calls. #notgoodenough

    @tescomobile hi I moved to a different network 2 months ago. I cancelled with Tesco and the bank but you're still taking money out of my account even though I am out of contract. Thanks for your help

    @tescomobile hi, I switched 3 sim contracts over from Sky today but all 3 sims are still showing as 'not registered on network'. I have called your live chat but all they have advised is to call your customer services!!! Not easy when the phones don't work! Any suggestions
