@tescomobile Nah, they are happy on their new network now. "You" only offered to help when they were leaving, they didn't get a lot of support when problems arise, ie not been able to text eachother!

@tescomobile I tried to buy bananas at your high street store but the self service till would not let me scan them and they're were NO staff around to help and I had to get my son so I ended up just taking them. Sort it out or you will lose out on more banana profits I am sure if it 😡

Maybe moving to @tescomobile wasn't the best idea. Had the phone for a week and nothing but problems, I'm on contract but have just gone to make a call and I need a top up. It thinks I'm on pay as you go. It's the 3rd problem in a row.

@tescomobile Too much and not enough to give a better service to those who suffer very low signal and @TelefonicaUK is one of those who won’t do anything about it

@tescomobile @TelefonicaUK It don’t matter who the mobile network provider is in my area as the signal from everyone is near enough dead signals

@tescomobile Easy decision for me. Probably just cancel my direct debit, never buy anything from Tesco again and never buy another @apple Iphone. Businesses today are borderline scamming consumers. How can a less than 2yr old phone be unusable after 8 hours when it's not even used all day?

@tescomobile Terrible service, its taken 1 month to be issued a refund, after stating 5 days.
