@tescomobile Hello Jade, I did leave a tweet several days ago and also been in touch with you and O2 by email. O2 keep saying problems are solved but they are not. Have now received message from them to say “should” be fixed by 21st Feb. Post Code OX33 1TR

@tescomobile Hello, I have still not been able to send or receive calls fro home. I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@tescomobile Liz, 3 Tesco Mobile staff chatted and assured me within some months that this job will be done. If Tesco Mobile stores chatting records then you can easily investigate your internal issues.I still hope I will get this SIM card activated until they will send me an official letter.

@tescomobile It’s a shame you don’t operate in the same way as others. BT allowed us to change 2 phones onto other much better tariffs mid contract with no issues. It’s a shame but it’s obviously time to move these 4 phones away from you when the contracts expire.

@tescomobile why on earth do you have same number enquiry lines for reporting a stolen phone as everything else. Losing a phone is already really stressful and the need to get it closed down to avoid further loss is important being in a queue of general enquiries does not help.

@tescomobile But then cancel the whole contract without warning despite continuing to take money out of my account? Your phone call the other week said there was no problem.
