Phone from @tescomobile unusable for 3rd time in 4 months (2nd in 2 weeks) and has to be sent back yet again. Scheduled callback missed, complaints escalated instore but still no contact. COVID is no excuse for poor process or service.

@pxthomas93 @tescomobile Yes. I have experienced similar before when a venture capital company trashed a tech start up. This was years ago, they were so ahead of their time, it was a tragedy. They were one of the first companies to sell online. I was the voice that guided the customer.

@tescomobile Thank you very much, Maria, the complaint section didn't work in Chrome but it worked in Mozilla. So finally, I have sent it, fully hoping the SIM activation process will be done or at least made clear for customers to know exactly what to expect when asking for activation.

@tescomobile Thank you Liz. The complaints procedure is unclear - I’ve complained, had a response I’m not happy with, so how do I escalate the complaint?

@tescomobile I had 3 chats within 6 days with Tesco Mobile staff but there was always assurance about activation of this SIM. I understand that nothing may be perfect but is this necessary to tell people it's OK when actually it doesn't work? I didn't know what disconnection means until now.
