@tescomobile I have recently upgraded my sim only contract. I asked to keep the same number and was ensured this would happen. Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

@tescomobile @keithy1988 Its not hardware. Have family on tesco mobile, all dire for signal and speed. All worked fine on Vodafone. All poor since moving across. Never network or provider fault.

@Tesco delivery L8 & lots damaged! Y I will not shop with you again! Pics:2 items NOT noticed at doorstep & returned to driver. TOTAL 8 food tins 2 canned drinks 1 pepper 1 pot pasta & my eggs all damaged beyond use. & to top it all no @tescomobile signal 2 call U!!

@MrGouldthorpe @tescomobile Omg you too. New Samsung phone. SIM not working in it. 3 chats, 2 phone calls to "care" team. 2nd of which was rude and unhelpful. Finally "we'll send out a new SIM". 🤯 Better work this time.
