@tescomobile so disappointed with my @SamsungMobile flip 3, had screen issues,was sent away,had an email stating user error and it would cost me £299, not even a year old! Screen protector is all cracked so the shop said just take it off, now the screen is nearly all black>

@tescomobile I have recently upgraded my sim only contract. I asked to keep the same number and was ensured this would happen. Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

@tescomobile Replaced by your insurance company. I have been on the phone to them for an hour. any cost associated to this problem I will take legal action.
