Hendondave (@Hendondave) reported@glamvicar @tescomobile And I’ll never forget the “service” from T-Mobile who threatened court action over £1.18 due despite being told I had fully paid up my mum’s account after she had died a few days earlier. T-Mobile then wondered why I cancelled my own account with them. They are beneath contempt.

I have a Samsung flip which I purchased in January on contract, tha handset has developed a crack on the screen along the flip which now appears a common fault. You have told me to purchase a PAYGO phone whilst mine is repaired at my expense.
