@tescomobile I am very disappointed that Tesco has decided to go along with the other money grabbing mobile airtime providers. . except O2.. which puzzles me as you use their mobile network... profiteering ?? Anyway, tesco will be losing 6 contracts before the end of the year.

@tescomobile customer support network is a farce. Two months of trying to resolve a problem; have resorted to lodging a formal complaint online (under the heading ‘please ask your question here’)…it’s not a question Tesco! Automation and bots = very unhappy customers! Unreal!

@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Listen thanks for you help but I have gone over this at least 4 time with you chat people and twice in store Tesco have had there chance. I have had enough of Tesco mobile and going round in circles and the lack of knowledge or any understanding from some customer care team

So disappointed with @tescomobile I’m 9 months away from ending my contract and having issues with signal at my dads and sue to my brother needing a kidney transplant I need coverage all the time. Despite my efforts I’m getting nowhere. I can’t afford the exit fee but need signal

@tescomobile I’ve recently upgraded my SIM card to 5G within 2 months. I’ve been advised that if 5G isn’t available I’d get 4G. Mostly getting edge service at home and work.
