@tescomobile It’s funny you say that. I had to rely on Vodafone and EE customers to help me out in an urgent situation. This tells me everything I need to know about which isn’t the network to be with.

Pathetic service one again from @tescomobile who have now cut me off mid call as its hit 9 o'clock leaving my contract phone switched to a pay as you go sim with £0 credit while hey 'fix' a problem. No phone, vulnerable parents, 2 kids but none of that matters to tesco mobile

@tescomobile still waiting for that email to sign credit agreement even tho when I try to cancel am told I can as I have signed it. No email no phone even tho was guaranteed that it’s all fine and don’t worry you will get it. Then it’s a delayed delivery from @Apple sky was ok

@tescomobile I would like an email address to send a complaint too. I tried using the “email us” feature on your website but my email is too long and I need to include screenshots

@O2 bizarre that your cancellations make no retention attempts. 15 years on and off with the network and don’t seem fussed about losing customers at all. @tescomobile what’s the quickest way to pick up a sim!?

@tescomobile I haven’t had any mobile signal for over a week and it doesn’t look like it will be fixed any time soon. Please can you advise re compensation and when the issue will be fixed?

@tescomobile in Stromness and the coverage map says I should be getting 4G service. I can't connect to make a 4444 call Any ideas fit getting connected?

@tescomobile Hi. I've just been speaking to your tech support about getting a replacement 5G capable sim card. He told me that the phone might stop taking calls until it arrives (up to 2 days). That's useless - is there really no way of replacing the sim without losing service?

@AndyMackay_ @tescomobile The real mystery here is (a) why the hell have you been with o2 for that long, and (b) why the hell would you want to remain with the worst network in the country and just change which middle man you deal with?!
