Katy F (@KateBlahRah) reported@tescomobile I would like someone 2 investigate how this happened. That a premium rate text service can just start charging a person & TESCO bill their customer. When that customer (me) has had no contact, no texts & did not subscribe to the service. Does Tesco billing have a security issue?
-
mar dea (@MartindeakinMd) reported@tescomobile Yeah the problem is the master number needs to be my number but alas I'm not with Tesco. Don't worry Rob managed to log in and get PAC codes sent to relevant phones. They in turn will text them to me!
-
Michael Chandler (@MyWords2021) reported@tescomobile Just under 4 hours talking to customer services about PAC number & unlocking. Constantly cut off and not called back by a team who would have trouble spelling the word 'A' So delighted to leave this joke company
-
stella (@x_x_stella_x_x) reported@tescomobile I did question it but was told it would still be applied. All very well to offer to cancel it but Black Friday deals have finished now and it was my daughters birthday present. Shall I just take it back off her? 💩 service all round. I’ve been a loyal mobile customer for years

Mark! (The Herald Angels Sing) (@gomark) reported@tescomobile Hiya. Is there a known issue with the network in the Stockport/High Peak area, please? If so, any potential fix timeline? Had little to no signal at home for 4 days now - occasional brief flicker of a bar or two, then instantly gone again. First time I've had this.

1stBallymacashbeaver (@1stBallymacashb) reported@tescomobile Still awaiting to hear from fraud team. Customer not Fraudster #disappointedcustomer.

ReturnOfTheBern (@BernReturn) reported@tescomobile hello I just did an online top up of my Tesco mobile phone, paid £10 and I have the receipt, but every time I've tried to call my voicemail to check it, it says I need to top up my phone...which I just did. Help ASAP!

Katy F (@KateBlahRah) reported@tescomobile I didn’t subscribe. That’s the point. How do they have my details. Why are TESCO billing me? It’s an Android. I don’t have a SPAM text folder. Yes, I’ve spoken to customer service, but they were of no use to find out how this happened and how I can get my money back.
-
Mark! (The Herald Angels Sing) (@gomark) reported@tescomobile Yeah after looking into it, I don’t think you can force 3G on iPhone 12 - they might support it in the background but you can’t limit them to it exclusively. Pretty sure they don’t even support 2G any more.
