    @tescomobile Since Tesco outsourced their Customer Service to Crapita it's been truly awful. Had to take them to the ombudsman for a resolution. Please avoid folks!

    @tescomobile we are trying to top up our granny's data allowance and are going round and round in circles with the robot on the phone unable to talk to a human, please can you help, the app is also not working. 🤯

    @tescomobile Value isn't all about money. Tesco is cheaper than EE but Tesco is terrible value because it doesn't work properly for miles round where I live.

    @tescomobile absolutely no service all day. No 3g let alone 4g. No wonder the people in a tesco mobile shop have told me to go to @EE

    @Apple @AppleSupport @tescomobile As Apple hasn't responded after i posted that my less than two yr old Iphone XS through Tesco has a failing battery already, i want to let you know that i will never buy another Apple product or shop with Tesco. You've lost my business for life.
