    @tescomobile That is the biggest lol of them all as i got two smart phones and having spent over ยฃ40 on to tesco . My question was why i could not get the phones to work EVER. Was told by "service rep at Mobile phones i must have been using google ect or internet.

    @tescomobile coverage is shocking & appalling- Iโ€™m in a town centre youโ€™d expect coverage to be strong. If connected to home wifi thatโ€™s fine -if I go out & try to use data & FaceTime - very unreliable/poor connection constantly. Iโ€™m paying for a service your not providing!

    @tescomobile I am currently using the live chat and have been told that they cannot find out the reason that my name change has been actioned. They have told me that they will send out a new form but I cannot see how this will solve the issue if I have already taken that step.
