@tescomobile Hello. Your bio says you're here to help. It would be nice if that were true. Any way to actually buy the phone I was offered at the price I was offered? It is your company's fault that it's taken me a week to get this "far" with the order, after all.

. @tescomobile @clairefweir also btw, last Wednesday I was told Friday is the end of the investigation and you would call me. Never did, I had to call you. Friday I was told today 3 October was the actual end and you would call me... today... 4 more days.

@tescomobile disappointing customer service at your Shettleston, Glasgow branch. My 75 year old mum bought a basic mobile phone from you, went back 2 days later to get some functionality advice and was told as it wasn't on your mobile network they couldn't help her. Poor show!

@tescomobile I already have these details and I'm still waiting for a response. Tesco Mobile seriously need to invest more training in their overseas customer service and take ownership of issues raised by customers instead of the customer going round in circles and achieving nothing.

@tescomobile @clairefweir the thing is, this shouldn't be all on my time. Some of it yes, that's fair (3days, 5days) all good. But it should be taken seriously and good contact with the customer should happen rather than this ramshackle approach. Being told different things etc.

@tescomobile If the rest of the service is anything to go by, I won't hold my breath.
